نظام سحب هواء بارد Momentum GT مع فلتر Pro DRY S
صُممت واجهة الربط الفريدة بين الفلتر والعلبة من Momentum لتستوعب أكبر فلتر هواء ممكن. يتميز فلتر هواء شعاعي التدفق 360-degree هذا بارتفاع 8” وفلنجة 4" ووسط الترشيح Pro DRY S الخالي من الزيت المكوَّن من ثلاث طبقات من الألياف الصناعية لأقصى درجات الراحة. توفر طبقاته المتدرجة كفاءة ترشيح عالية وقدرة كبيرة على حجز الغبار دون الحاجة إلى استخدام الزيوت.
وسط الترشيح هذا أنسب للاستخدام في الشوارع. يوفر الغطاء العلوي المقلوب مساحة سطح ترشيح أكبر، مما يطيل الفترات بين مرات الصيانة، بينما يوفر المعدن المقوى أقصى قوة لمنع انهيار الفلتر. تتميز العلبة الملساء المحكمة الإغلاق المصنوعة من قطعة واحدة من البولي إيثيلين المتشابك (XLPE) المقاوم للحرارة بواجهة الربط بين الفلتر والعلبة الحاصلة على براءة اختراع.
يقلل تصميمها المبتكر العدد الإجمالي للقطع، مما يسهّل التركيب. تتيح نافذة رؤية شفافة فحص الفلتر دون عناء ودون الحاجة إلى فك النظام. تتصل العلبة بمجرى مدخل الهواء الأصلي، كما تلتقط الهواء من الفتحة الموجودة في الرفرف لتوفير هواء بارد بشكل أسرع للمحرك.
يتميز هذا النظام بأنابيب سحب عالية الجودة مصممة بالحاسوب ومعايرة على الداينو لتحقيق أقصى مكاسب في القوة مع الحفاظ على ملاءمة مثالية. مادة XLPE المستخدمة فيها مقاومة لتشبع الحرارة ومتينة للغاية. لزيادة كمية الهواء الداخلة إلى نظام سحب الهواء هذا إلى أقصى حد، يتوفر aFe POWER D.A.S. 50-70119S و D.A.S. XL 50-70119A ويُباعان بشكل منفصل (يناسب Toyota Tacoma فقط).
يحل مجرى الهواء الديناميكي (Dynamic Air Scoop) محل مجرى مدخل الهواء الأصلي ويوفر مزيداً من الهواء البارد لنظام السحب مباشرة من مقدمة المركبة. تأتي مرابط ستانلس ستيل ووصلة سيليكون حمراء لتوفير القوة والمتانة. صُممت أنظمة سحب Momentum GT بعدد أقل من القطع لتركيب سريع وسهل.
Momentum GT Cold Air Intake System w/ Pro DRY S Filter
Momentum’s unique filter-to-housing interface was built to feature the largest air filter possible. This 8” tall 360-degree radial flow air filter features a 4" flange and our oil-free Pro DRY S media with three layers of synthetic media for maximum convenience.
Its progressive layering provides great filtration efficiency and dust holding capacity, while not requiring the use of oils. This media is best suited for street use. Its inverted top makes for more filter surface area, resulting in longer service intervals, while reinforced metal provides maximum strength to prevent filter collapse.
The smooth one-piece sealed housing, constructed of heat-resistant cross-linked polyethylene (XLPE), features our patented filter-to-housing interface. Its innovative design minimizes the total number of parts, making for an easy installation. A clear sight window allows for hassle-free filter inspection, without having to disassemble your system.
The housing connects to the factory air inlet duct but also captures air from the opening in the fender to provide more immediate cool air to the engine. This system features high quality, computer-designed, dyno-tuned intake tubes to achieve maximum power gains while maintaining a perfect fit. Their XLPE material is heat soak resistant and extremely durable.
To maximize the amount of air going to this air intake system, aFe POWER D.A.S. 50-70119S and D.A.S. XL 50-70119A are available and sold separately (Only Fits Toyota Tacoma). The Dynamic Air Scoop will replace the factory air inlet duct and provide more cold air to the air intake system directly from the front of the vehicle.
Stainless-steel clamps and red silicone coupler are included for strength and durability. Momentum GT intakes are designed with fewer parts for a fast and easy installation.
