صُمم نظام Cat-Back هذا من سلسلة Rebel بطرفي عادم أسودين مزدوجين يخرجان أمام الإطار الخلفي من جهة الراكب لمظهر فريد وجريء. تأتي الأطراف بشعارات aFe Power فريدة محفورة بالليزر على الجانب، ومصنوعة من الستانلس ستيل لمتانة عالية. نظام العادم مصنوع من أنابيب ستانلس ستيل مزدوجة بقطر 3" ملحومة بتقنية MIG ومثنية بتقنية Mandrel لأقصى تدفق وزيادة القوة الحصانية وعزم الدوران.
في الاختبارات، حقق نظام العادم Cat-Back مكاسب تصل إلى + 9 أحصنة و+ 16 lbs. x ft. من عزم الدوران، وفق القياس على جهاز الداينو الخاص بنا. يكتمل هذا العادم بطرف أسود بقطر 3-1/2". يأتي الطرف بشارة aFe Power مقصوصة بالليزر ومثبتة بالبرشام لمظهر جريء.
يشمل نظام العادم Cat-Back عالي الأداء الملحقات والمشابك اللازمة لتركيب سهل دون الحاجة إلى أي قص، ما يجعله نظاماً يُركّب بالبراغي بالكامل. أطراف سوداء بقطر 3-1/2" بمخرج جانبي أوسط: يكتمل العادم بطرفين مزدوجين أسودين بقطر 3-1/2" من الستانلس ستيل 304 يُثبتان بالمشابك، مع شعار aFe Power محفور بالليزر على الجانب لمظهر جريء.
صُممت الأطراف لتخرج من أمام الإطار الخلفي من جهة الراكب لمظهر مخصص فريد. تركيب في غاية السهولة: يستخدم نظام العادم هذا من سلسلة Rebel نقاط التثبيت الأصلية، ما يوفر الثبات وتركيباً سهلاً. إحكام خالٍ من التسريب: تُستخدم مشابك شريطية عالية الجودة لتوفير سطح إحكام كامل بزاوية 360 درجة يمنع مسارات التسريب.
صوت جريء: يُستخدم شكمان من الستانلس ستيل حر التدفق لامتصاص النغمات الحادة، ما ينتج صوتاً قوياً ويطلق كامل القوة الحصانية وعزم الدوران المتاحين. تركيب مثالي: تُستخدم علاقات من نوع Bayonet على طراز المعدات الأصلية للحفاظ على ثبات موضع الأنبوب في ظروف الاهتزاز العالي والحرارة المرتفعة.
يثبّت طرف الـ Bayonet جلبة العلاقة في مكانها لتركيب على طراز المعدات الأصلية لا يتغير مع مرور الوقت. وهذا يجعل التركيب سهلاً دون الحاجة إلى أي قص.
Rebel Series 3 IN Cat-Back Exhaust System w/ Dual Mid-Side Exit Black Tips
This Rebel Series cat-back is designed with dual black exhaust tips that exit in front of the rear passenger tire for a unique, aggressive look. The tips come with unique laser-etched aFe Power logos on the side and are constructed from stainless steel for durability.
The exhaust system is constructed from 3" dual MIG-welded, mandrel bent stainless steel tubing for maximum flow, increased horsepower and torque. In testing, the cat-back exhaust system resulted in gains up to + 9 horsepower and + 16 lbs. x ft. of torque, as measured on our in-house dyno. Finishing off this exhaust is a 3-1/2" diameter black tip.
The tip comes with a laser-cut aFe Power badge riveted on for an aggressive style. The performance cat-back exhaust system includes necessary hardware and clamps for a hassle-free install, with no cutting required making it a true bolt on system. 3-1/2" Dia.
Black Middle-Side Exit Tips: Finishing off the exhaust are dual 3-1/2" diameter black 304 stainless steel clamp-on tips with a laser-etched aFe power logo on the side for an aggressive style. The tips are designed to exit from in front of the rear passenger side tire for a unique custom look.
Installation Is A Snap: This Rebel Series exhaust system uses factory mounting locations providing stability and hassle-free installation. Leak-Free Seal: High quality band clamps are used for a complete 360-degree sealing surface eliminating leak paths.
Aggressive Sound: A free-flowing stainless steel muffler is used to absorb high pitch tones producing a powerful sound and unleashing all available horsepower and torque. Perfect Fit: OE-style bayonet hangers are used to maintain a stable pipe location during high vibration and high heat conditions.
The bayonet tip holds the hanger bushing in place for an OE-style fit that does not change with time. This makes for an easy installation with no cutting required.
