نظام سحب هواء بارد Magnum FORCE Stage-2 مع فلتر Pro 5R
تتميز فلاتر الهواء المزدوجة ذات التدفق الشعاعي 360-degree بفلنجة 4” بوسط ترشيح Pro 5R المشبع مسبقاً بالزيت المكون من خمس طبقات من الشاش القطني المتدرج في النعومة لأقصى أداء. فهي تزود محركك بأكبر كمية من الهواء عالي التدفق، وفي معظم الحالات تحقق أعلى مكاسب في القوة بين خيارات وسائط الترشيح لدينا. هذا الوسط مثالي للاستخدام على الطرق و/أو الحلبة.
تتيح قممها المقلوبة مساحة سطح أكبر للفلتر، مما يؤدي إلى فترات صيانة أطول. يحيط بالفلترين المزدوجين غلاف بوليمري مفتوح من XLPE (بولي إيثيلين متشابك) يقلل من هواء المحرك الدافئ لأقصى أداء. وهو مصمم ومصنّع بدقة ليناسب موقع التثبيت الأصلي تماماً. يتصل الغلاف بمداخل الهواء الأصلية على جانبي السيارة لالتقاط أبرد هواء متاح.
تُستخدم وصلات سيليكون منفاخية (bellow) لاستيعاب حركة المحرك وتسهيل التركيب. تُنقل جميع الضفائر والقواعد الأصلية إلى الجهة الخلفية من غلاف aFe POWER لتركيب مماثل للمصنع. كما يُنقل البلاستيك الخاص بهوائي الراديو الملحوم على علبة الهواء الأصلية إلى غلاف aFe POWER. ويتطلب فك الهوائي من علبة الهواء الأصلية قص لسانَي تثبيت بلاستيكيين ملحومين.
يتميز هذا النظام بأنبوب سحب عالي الجودة مصمم بالحاسوب ومضبوط على الداينو لتحقيق أقصى مكاسب في القوة مع الحفاظ على تركيب مثالي. مادة XLPE مقاومة لتشبع الحرارة (heat soak) ومتينة للغاية. يُحكم شريط الإحكام المركب على حافة الغلاف الإغلاق مع غطاء الصندوق البلاستيكي لحماية فلاتر الهواء من هواء المحرك الدافئ غير المرغوب. يتيح هذا الإعداد صوت سحب هواء أكثر قوة دون التضحية بأي أداء.

Magnum FORCE Stage-2 Cold Air Intake System w/ Pro 5R Filter
Dual 4” Flange 360-degree radial flow air filters feature our pre-oiled Pro 5R media with five layers of progressively finer cotton gauze media for maximum performance. They provide your engine with the largest amount of high-flowing air, and in most cases deliver the highest power gains of our filter media options. This media is perfect for street and/or track use.
Their inverted tops make for more filter surface area, resulting in longer service intervals. The dual air filters are surrounded by an open-element XLPE (cross-linked polyethylene) polymer housing that minimizes warm engine air for maximum performance. It is precisely designed and manufactured to fit perfectly into the factory mounting location.
The housing connects to the factory air inlets on each side of the vehicle to capture the coolest air available. Silicone bellow couplings are used for engine movement and easy installation. All the factory harness and mounts are transferred to the back of the aFe POWER housing for a factory-like installation.
The radio antenna plastic melded on the factory air box is also transferred to the aFe POWER housing. The removal of the antenna from the factory air box requires two plastic melted mounting tabs to be cut off. This system features a high-quality, computer-designed, dyno-tuned intake tube to achieve maximum power gains while maintaining a perfect fit.
The XLPE material is heat soak resistant and extremely durable. The seal trim installed on the housing edge seals to the plastic trunk cover to protect the air filters from unwanted warm engine air. This setup allows for more aggressive air intake noise while not sacrificing any performance.
Premium stainless-steel clamps and flexible silicone couplings are used for strength and durability while also providing the most secure installation available.
