نظام العادم Cat-Back هذا مصنوع من أنابيب ستانلس ستيل 304 بقطر 3 IN مثنية بتقنية Mandrel لأقصى قوة ومتانة. يتميز هذا النظام بشكمان مصقول عالي التدفق من الستانلس ستيل 304 ينتج صوتاً جريئاً. يكتمل نظام العادم هذا بطرفي عادم مزدوجين أسودين بقطر 5 IN من الستانلس ستيل 304 يُثبّتان بالمشابك. تتميز الأطراف بشعار Takeda محفور بالليزر لمظهر فريد.
ينتج هذا النظام صوتاً جريئاً ويطلق كامل القوة الحصانية وعزم الدوران المتاحين. بفضل استخدام شفاه وعلاقات على الطراز الأصلي، يُركّب هذا النظام مباشرة بالبراغي دون الحاجة إلى أي قص أو تعديل لتركيب سهل. يتضمن هذا النظام صمام عادم على الطراز الأصلي يستخدم محرك صمام العادم الأصلي (غير مشمول).
يساعد الصمام على تنظيم تدفق غازات العادم وتوجيهه والتحكم فيه عبر فتح الممرات أو إغلاقها أو إعاقتها جزئياً حسب وضع دواسة الوقود لتحقيق أقصى أداء. يُستخدم دمج بزوايا مشطوفة (Mitered Merge) لتقليل الاضطراب وزيادة سرعة العادم، ما يؤدي إلى زيادة القوة الحصانية وعزم الدوران وتحسين استجابة دواسة الوقود. تُستخدم أحدث تقنيات التصميم بمساعدة الحاسوب لتركيب دقيق على المركبة.

Takeda 3 IN 304 Stainless Steel Cat-Back Exhaust w/ Black Tips
This cat-back exhaust system is constructed of 3 IN mandrel-bent 304 stainless steel tubing for maximum strength and durability. This system features a high-flow 304 stainless steel polished muffler, producing a aggressive sound. Finishing off this exhaust system are dual 5 IN diameter black 304 stainless steel clamp-on exhaust tips.
The tips features a laser etched Takeda logo for a unique style. This system produces an aggressive sound unleashing all available horsepower and torque. Utilizing factory style flanges and hangers this system is a direct bolt-on system, which requires no cutting or modifications for a hassle-free installation.
This system incorporates a factory style exhaust valve which use the factory exhaust valve motor (not included). The valve helps regulate, direct and control the flow of exhaust gases by opening, closing, or partially obstructing passageways depending on throttle position for maximum performance.
A mitered merge is used to decrease turbulence and increase exhaust velocity resulting in increased horsepower, torque and improved throttle response. State-of-the-art computer-aided design technology is utilized for precise vehicle fitment. 100% MIG-Welded for race-proven strength and durability. This system features a 4" x 16" 304 stainless steel resonator to reduce drone.
