نظام سحب هواء بارد Momentum XP مع فلتر Pro 5R أزرق
صُممت واجهة الربط الفريدة بين الفلتر والعلبة من Momentum لتستوعب أكبر فلتر هواء ممكن. يتميز فلتر هواء شعاعي التدفق 360-degree المزيَّت مسبقاً هذا بارتفاع 9” ومدخلين بقطر 3” ووسط الترشيح Pro 5R المزيَّت مسبقاً المكوَّن من خمس طبقات من شاش القطن تزداد دقتها تدريجياً لتحقيق أقصى أداء وترشيح. يوفر الغطاء العلوي المقلوب ومساحة السطح الكبيرة عمراً أطول بكثير بين فترات الصيانة.
وسط الترشيح هذا مثالي للاستخدام في الشوارع. تتميز العلبة الملساء المحكمة الإغلاق المصنوعة من قطعة واحدة من البولي إيثيلين المتشابك (XLPE) المقاوم للحرارة بواجهة الربط بين الفلتر والعلبة الخاصة بنا والتي براءة اختراعها قيد التسجيل. يقلل تصميمها المبتكر العدد الإجمالي للقطع، مما يسهّل التركيب. تتيح نافذة رؤية شفافة كبيرة فحص الفلتر دون عناء ودون الحاجة إلى فك النظام.
تدمج العلبة فتحة سحب الهواء الأصلية. توجّه أنابيب السحب المزدوجة المصنوعة من الألمنيوم المثني بتقنية Mandrel والمطلية بالبودرة باللون الأزرق تدفق الهواء دون قيود من الفلتر إلى التيربوهات لمزيد من القوة الحصانية وعزم الدوران. يربط لي بين الأنبوبين لموازنة ضغط هواء السحب.
تُكمل قطعة إحكام من السيليكون مدخل العلبة وتُحكم الإغلاق مع الكبوت لمنع دخول هواء المحرك الساخن غير المرغوب فيه إلى نظام السحب. توفر مرابط ستانلس ستيل فاخرة من النوع الحلزوني (Worm-Gear) أفضل مقاومة ممكنة للتآكل، وتتيح وصلات سيليكون فاخرة مرونة كافية وتضمن إحكاماً مثالياً. صُممت أنظمة سحب Momentum XP بعدد أقل من القطع لتركيب سريع وبسيط.
Momentum XP Cold Air Intake System w/ Pro 5R Filter Blue
Momentum’s unique filter-to-housing interface was built to feature the largest air filter possible. This 9” tall, pre-oiled 360-degree radial flow air filter features two 3” inlets and our pre-oiled Pro 5R media with five layers of progressively finer cotton gauze media for maximum performance and filtration.
Its inverted top and large surface area provide much longer life between maintenance intervals. This media is perfect for street use. The smooth one-piece sealed housing, constructed of heat-resistant cross-linked polyethylene (XLPE), features our patent-pending filter-to-housing interface.
Its innovative design minimizes the total number of parts, making for an easy installation. A large, clear sight window allows for hassle-free filter inspection, without having to disassemble your system. The housing incorporates the factory air inlet scoop.
Dual mandrel-bent blue powder-coated aluminum intake tubes direct unrestricted airflow from the filter to the turbos for more horsepower and torque. A hose connects both tubes to balance air intake pressure. A silicone seal piece finishes the inlet of the housing and seals to the hood to block off unwanted hot engine air from entering the air intake system.
Premium stainless-steel worm-gear clamps provide the best corrosion resistance possible and premium silicone couplings allows for ample flexibility and guarantee perfect seals. Momentum XP intakes are designed with fewer parts for a quick and simple installation.
