نظام سحب هواء بارد Momentum مع فلتري Pro 5R وPro DRY S
يجعل التصميم البسيط والأنيق للغلاف المغلق قطعة واحدة التركيب سهلاً للغاية، ويتميز بواجهة ربط الفلتر بالغلاف الخاصة بنا (قيد تسجيل براءة الاختراع). تتيح نافذة رؤية شفافة كبيرة فحص الفلتر دون إزالة صندوق الهواء. الغلاف المصنوع بالقولبة الدورانية مصنوع من البولي إيثيلين المتشابك الأسود، ويُركب مباشرة في الموضع الأصلي على تجويف الرفرف لالتقاط أبرد هواء متاح من مسار السحب الأصلي.
يستخدم هذا النظام أنبوب سحب بلاستيكياً عالي الجودة مصمماً بالحاسوب (CAD) ومضبوطاً على جهاز الداينو ومصنوعاً بالقولبة الدورانية لتحقيق أقصى مكاسب في القوة مع الحفاظ على تركيب مثالي. وتُركب وصلة واحدة من الألمنيوم المشغول (Billet) على الأنبوب لتوفير توصيل مثالي مع خط التفريغ الأصلي. صُمم نظام السحب Momentum هذا حول أكبر فلتر ممكن لأقصى أداء وفلترة.
يتميز هذا الفلتر المخروطي بشفة بيضاوية ضخمة بمقاس 7" وارتفاع 8-1/2" مع وسط فلترة Pro DRY S. يتميز فلتر الهواء عالي الأداء Pro DRY S بـ 3 طبقات من وسط صناعي «خالٍ من الزيت» بشبكة أدق تدريجياً، ومصنوع بإطار من البولي يوريثان بنسبة 100% لعمر طويل ودورات تنظيف متعددة.
تُستخدم مشابك T-bolt فاخرة من الستانلس ستيل ووصلة حدبة (Hump) من السيليكون المقوى لمزيد من القوة والمتانة مع توفير أكثر تركيب أماناً متاحاً. صُممت أنظمة السحب Momentum بعدد أقل من القطع لتركيب سريع وبسيط.
Momentum Cold Air Intake System w/ Pro 5R & Pro DRY S Filters
The simple yet elegant design of the one-piece sealed housing makes installation a snap and features our patent pending filter-to-housing interface. A large clear sight window allows for filter inspection without removal of the air box.
The roto-molded housing is made out of black cross-linked polyethylene and mounts directly into the factory location on the fender well to capture the coolest air available from the factory intake tract. This system uses a high quality plastic CAD designed, dyno-tuned, roto-molded intake tube to achieve maximum power gains while maintaining a perfect fit.
One billet aluminum fitting is mounted on the tube to provide a perfect connection with the factory vacuum line. This Momentum intake system was designed around the largest filter possible to allow maximum performance and filtration. This cone filter has a massive 7" oval flange and is 8-1/2" tall Pro DRY S filter media.
The Pro DRY S performance air filter features 3-layers of progressively finer mesh synthetic "oil-free" media and is constructed with 100% polyurethane frame for long life and multiple cleaning cycles. Premium stainless steel T-bolt clamps and a reinforced silicone hump coupler are used for strength and durability while also providing the most secure installation available.
Momentum intakes are designed with fewer parts for a quick and simple installation.
