نظام العادم Cat-Back هذا مصنوع من أنابيب ستانلس ستيل 304 بقطر 3" إلى 2-1/2" بتشطيب مصقول بالفرشاة ومثنية بتقنية Mandrel لأقصى قوة ومتانة. يتميز هذا النظام بشكمان عالي التدفق من الستانلس ستيل ينتج صوتاً قوياً. قد يختلف تشطيب الشكمان. يكتمل نظام العادم هذا بطرفي عادم مزدوجين مصقولين بقطر 4-1/2" من الستانلس ستيل 304. تتميز الأطراف بشعار Takeda محفور بالليزر لمظهر فريد.
بفضل استخدام علاقات على الطراز الأصلي، فهذا نظام يُركّب مباشرة بالبراغي دون الحاجة إلى أي قص أو تعديل لتركيب سهل. يوفر صمام العادم على الطراز الأصلي تجربة ثنائية الوضع حقيقية. في الوضع العادي، تُوجَّه جميع غازات العادم عبر الشكمان لتمنح صوتاً عميقاً رياضياً. في وضع Sport، يُفتح الصمام ليسمح لغازات العادم بتجاوز الشكمان، ما يمنح صوت عادم جريئاً بفرقعات مميزة.
يستخدم صمام العادم محرك الصمام الأصلي (غير مشمول). يُستخدم مجمّع دمج بزوايا مشطوفة (Mitered Merge Collector) لتقليل الاضطراب وزيادة سرعة العادم، ما يؤدي إلى زيادة القوة الحصانية وعزم الدوران وتحسين استجابة دواسة الوقود. توفر الشفاه المشغولة من الستانلس ستيل ومشابك V-band وصلات سهلة التركيب وخالية من التسريب.
بفضل استخدام أحدث تقنيات التصميم بمساعدة الحاسوب، صُمم نظام العادم هذا ليركب بدقة عالية مطابقة للمواصفات الأصلية. ملحوم بتقنية TIG بنسبة 100% لقوة ومتانة مثبتتين في السباقات. يخفّض نظام العادم Cat-Back من Takeda وزن سيارتك Supra بمقدار عشرة أرطال.

Takeda 3 IN to 2-1/2 IN 304 Stainless Steel Cat-Back Exhaust System w/Polish T
This cat-back exhaust system is constructed of 3" to 2-1/2" mandrel-bent brushed finish 304 stainless steel tubing for maximum strength and durability. This system features a high-flow stainless steel muffler, producing a powerful sound. Muffler finish may vary. Finishing off this exhaust system are dual 4-1/2" diameter polished 304 stainless steel exhaust tips.
The tips features a laser etched Takeda logo for a unique style. Utilizing factory style hangers, this is a direct bolt-on system that requires no cutting or modifications for a hassle-free installation. The factory-style exhaust valve provides a true bi-modal experience. In normal mode, all of the exhaust gases are directed through the muffler providing a deep, sporty tone.
In Sport mode, the valve opens, allowing exhaust gases to bypass the muffler, providing an aggressive, crackling exhaust sound. The exhaust valve utilizes the factory valve motor (not included). A mitered merge collector is used to decrease turbulence and increase exhaust velocity, resulting in increased horsepower, torque, and improved throttle response.
Stainless steel machined flanges and v-band clamps provide simple to install, leak-free joints. Utilizing state-of-the-art computer-aided design technology, this exhaust system is designed for custom, high tolerance factory fitment. 100% TIG welded for race-proven strength and durability. The Takeda cat-back exhaust shaves ten pounds of weight off your Supra.
