طُوِّرت هذه المساعدات واختُبرت على نطاق واسع في أقسى الظروف في أستراليا، وهي مساعدات Bypass كبيرة القطر حساسة للموضع مع خزان منفصل، مصممة لتُركَّب بالتربيط على مركبتك دون أي تعديلات، وتجمع بين راحة قيادة كبيرة داخل المدينة وقدر كبير من التخميد في نهاية الشوط لتحكم استثنائي بالشاسيه وثبات على الطرق الوعرة.
أداء التخميد قابل للتعديل بسهولة عبر نطاق واسع من الارتداد والانضغاط، مما يُحدث تغييرات كبيرة في أداء قيادة مركبتك ويتيح ضبطًا مخصصًا يناسب الظروف وإعداد المركبة. الجسم والخزان والمكونات كلها مصنوعة من ألمنيوم 6061 T6 مؤكسد بطبقة صلبة من النوع Type 3 بسماكة 40 micron، مما يضمن تبديدًا استثنائيًا للحرارة ومقاومة للتآكل ولأضرار الحجارة.
ولم يقتصر الأمر على تصميمها وتطويرها واختبارها بالكامل من قبل فريق مهندسي القيادة في Old Man Emu التابع لـ ARB، بل إن جميع مساعدات BP-51 تُصنَّع داخليًا لدى ARB. ولتحقيق ذلك، استُثمر بشكل كبير في أحدث الآلات، مما يمنح ARB تحكمًا كاملًا في عملية التصنيع لضمان أعلى جودة ممكنة.

Old Man Emu brings racing technology to every day adventures: BP-51 (Bypass 51mm diameter bore) shock absorbers feature revolutionary, patent pending technology developed to deliver unparalleled on and off road performance.
Developed and extensively tested under the harshest conditions in Australia, these big bore, position sensitive bypass shock absorbers with remote reservoir are designed to bolt onto your vehicle without any vehicle modifications and combine considerable ride comfort around town with significant amounts of end-zone damping for exceptional chassis control and handling off road.
The damping performance is easily adjustable across a wide range of rebound and compression, resulting in significant changes to the ride performance of your vehicle, enabling a custom tune to suit the conditions and vehicle set up.
The body, reservoir and components are all made from 6061 T6 aluminum, Type 3 40 micron hard anodized ensuring exceptional heat dissipation, corrosion resistance and resistance to stone damage. Not only designed, developed and tested entirely by ARB's team of Old Man Emu ride engineers, all BP-51 shock absorbers are manufactured in-house by ARB.
In order to achieve this, significant investment has been made in state of the art machinery providing ARB total control of the manufacturing process to ensure the highest possible quality.
