حمايات جانبية (Rock Sliders) من ARB
بالجمع بين الوظيفة والقوة والحماية وتصميم مميز بصريًا، طورت ARB حماية جانبية (Rock Slider) جديدة كليًا لتناسب JT Gladiator. تتكون حمايات ARB الجانبية هذه من مجموعة الحماية وحامل سفلي للهيكل لتوزيع الحمل وحماية منطقة العتبة السفلية المعرضة للضرر في JT عند الاستخدام على الطرق الوعرة.
وتستخدم الحماية متعددة الطيات حوامل هيكل مثبتة على الشاصي لتوزيع الحمل على طول عتبات المركبة دون تقييد زاوية العبور (breakover). وتُصنع الحمايات من صفائح فولاذية متعددة الطيات بسماكة 4mm مقطوعة بالليزر وملحومة بلحام نبضي. وتوفر الصفائح الفولاذية متعددة الطيات القوة دون الحاجة لمادة أسمك للحفاظ على الوزن عند الحد الأدنى.
ويأتي شكل الحماية المقابل للهيكل منحنيًا ليطابق شكل المركبة. ولتوفير تثبيت إضافي، تُركّب صفيحة عتبة مع صواميل مثبتة (nutserts) M6 ومسامير Torx برأس زر مطلية بالزنك M6. وتُصنع الصفيحة من صفائح فولاذية بسماكة 3mm مقطوعة بالليزر ومطوية، وتحمل شعار ARB مقطوعًا بالليزر في مقدمة صفيحة العتبة.
ولتكمل مجموعة معدات الحماية من ARB لسيارة JT، تأتي الحمايات الجانبية بطلاء بودرة أسود محبب Integrit.
ARB Rock Sliders
Combining functionality, strength, protection and a visually unique design, ARB has developed an all-new rock slider to suit the JT Gladiator. These ARB Rock Sliders are made up of both the slider assembly and a lower body mount to spread the load and protect the vulnerable lower sill area of the JT when used off road.
The multi-folded slider uses chassis-mounted body mounts to spread the load along the length of the vehicle sills and not restrict breakover angle. The sliders are manufactured from multi-folded 4mm laser cut and pulse welded sheet steel. The multi-folded sheet steel provides strength without the need for thicker material to keep weight to a minimum.
The profile of the slider against the body is curved to match the vehicle shape. To provide additional mounting, a sill plate is fitted with M6 nutserts and M6 button head zinc-plated Torx bolts. The plate is manufactured from 3mm laser cut and folded sheet steel and features a laser cut ARB logo at the front of the sill plate.
To complement the ARB JT protection equipment range the Rock Sliders are finished in Integrit(TM) textured black powder coat.
