يصل الجيل التالي من تقنيات الونش بتصميم مدمج للتحكم بالمحرك الكل في واحد يوفر تركيباً نظيفاً وتشغيلاً سلساً وموثوقاً. صُنع بمكونات من الدرجة الأولى وتم التحقق منه عبر اختبارات أداء صارمة، وتقع وحدة التحكم بالمحرك المدمجة داخل الونش نفسه، مما يتيح له العمل بسلاسة مع الصدامات الحديثة وحساسات المركبة.
يوجد كونتاكتور Albright مخصص مدمج لتوفير طاقة سلسة، بينما يعزز تصميم التوصيل المباشر كفاءة المحرك لتحكم ثابت وسريع الاستجابة دون الحاجة إلى صندوق تحكم منفصل. كما يتميز النظام بتخطيط مدمج موصّل مسبقاً لتركيب سريع، ومقبض كلتش قابل للتدوير بـ 16 وضعية لمرونة في التركيب، وتصنيف IP68 للحماية من دخول الغبار والماء.
صُمم ونش ARB للمتانة وعمر الخدمة الطويل، ويضم علبة تروس من الفولاذ المقسّى رباعية المراحل لأقصى صلابة، ولوحة جسر قطعة واحدة لتحسين الصلابة الالتوائية، ومحركاً مضبوطاً بجهد 12-volt يوفر سرعات سحب عالية للحبل. تضمن الفرامل المثبتة على علبة التروس تثبيت الحمل بنسبة 100% حتى في الظروف الصعبة.
يتم التحكم عبر وحدة تحكم يدوية مدمجة تعمل لاسلكياً لمسافات تصل إلى أربعين متراً أو عبر سلك بطول خمسة أمتار للتوصيل المباشر. يتيح قابس التحكم المثبت عن بُعد تركيبات مخفية، بينما تمنع الوصلة اللاسلكية بتردد 2.4GHz تداخل الإشارات. ويكتمل النظام بمفتاح فصل طاقة بقدرة 500-amp مزود بحبل من الستانلس ستيل وغطاء واقٍ من الغبار.
التوصيلات المسبقة وخيارات التثبيت المتعددة وموضع الكلتش المضبوط مسبقاً تتيح تركيباً سريعاً وخالياً من المتاعب. 16 موضعاً (22.5 deg) لتدوير ذراع الكلتش لمزيد من خيارات التركيب.
يتميز ونش ARB بقاطع تيار (Contactor) مخصص من Albright متصل مباشرة بالمحرك. يزيد هذا التحسين الكفاءة ويلغي الحاجة إلى صندوق تحكم كبير الحجم.

The next generation of winch technology arrives with a compact, all-in-one motor control design that delivers clean fitment and smooth, reliable operation. Built with top-tier components and validated through rigorous performance testing, the integrated motor control unit sits within the winch itself, allowing it to work seamlessly with modern bumpers and vehicle sensors.
A custom Albright contactor is built in to provide seamless power, while the direct-connection design enhances motor efficiency for steady, responsive control without the need for a separate control box.
The system also features a compact pre-wired layout for quick installation, a 16-position clockable clutch handle for flexible mounting, and an IP68 rating that protects against dust and water intrusion.
Engineered for durability and long service life, the ARB Winch incorporates a 4-stage hardened steel gearbox for maximum toughness, a one-piece bridging plate for improved torsional rigidity, and a tuned 12-volt motor that delivers fast line speeds. A gearbox-mounted brake ensures 100% load holding even in demanding conditions.
Control is managed through a compact hand controller that works wirelessly at distances up to forty meters or via a five-meter lead for direct connection. A remote-mounted control plug enables hidden installations, while the 2.4GHz wireless link prevents signal interference.
The system is completed with a 500-amp power isolation switch equipped with a stainless lanyard and protective dust cover.
Prewired connections, versatile mounting options, and preset clutch positioning allow for fast and hassle-free installation. 16 positions (22.5 deg) for clocking the clutch handle for more installation options.
The ARB Winch features a custom Albright contactor that connects directly to the motor. This improvement increases efficiency and removes the need for a bulky control box.
A 500A isolation switch with universal mount is included with the ARB Winch. It comes complete with a stainless lanyard and dust cover for safe and reliable operation.
