Ford Bronco & Ranger Heavy-Duty All-Aluminum Radiator
The Bronco and Ranger's cooling system is fine for some drivers, but those who are pushing the limits of these rigs will put a strain on the factory system. However, it's not just those with added power and hardcore off-roaders that can benefit from an upgraded cooling system. Many overlanders, campers, and more casual off-road goers add a lot of weight and drag to their rigs.
Accessories like Roof mounted tents, campers, spare tires, fuel cans, and/or towing can put a lot of extra strain on both the engine and cooling system. An upgraded radiator can mean the difference between non-stop action, and having to give your engine a break to recover from overheating or heat soak.
The CSF radiator features the latest 5mm fin technology. The smaller fin height significantly increases the heat exchange surface area improving overall cooling efficiency and recovery. A larger 2-Row 42mm aluminum core (vs 1-row OEM 28mm core) increases the core volume of the radiator by 38%.
This greatly improves the cores ability to dissipate heat and increases overall fluid capacity. CSF's Exclusive B-Tube Technology improves heat transfer by approximately 15% over regular oval welded tubes. In addition, the ultra-efficient multi-louvered fins maximize airflow through the core for the best possible performance.

The original OE radiator from Ford is a plastic tank radiator with a single row aluminum core design. While this is generally accepted as good quality and durable, it has its limits. Those limits start to show in serious off-road builds, those running higher boost, and adventures with a lot of added weight.
The TIG-Welded 100% All Aluminum construction increases the overall strength of the radiator. This improves durability and longevity so you can be confident it will hold up to hard driving conditions. The CSF radiator mounts in the factory location and requires no modifications or cutting to install.
The CSF #8228 Cooling product is designed to be a "Drop-In Fit" application. The product will install in the OEM Location with no modifications necessary unless otherwise noted or instructions are included in the product package.
