مبردات هواء الشحن عالية الأداء لـ BMW X5M / X6M / XM
صممت CSF في الأصل مبردات هواء الشحن (Charge-Air-Coolers) لمحرك BMW S63 لسيارات F9X M5/M6. وقد بيع أكثر من خمسمئة طقم من أطقم الإنتركولر هذه، كثير منها على سيارات معدّلة بقوة 1000+ hp. ونظرًا لشعبيتها ونجاحها، تلقت CSF طلبات كثيرة لتصنيع مجموعة تناسب X5M وX6M. وعملت CSF مع Carbahn التابعة لـ Steve Dinan لتطوير قطع التثبيت اللازمة لاستخدام هذه المبردات.
والنتيجة - نظام توصيل وتشغيل حقيقي لا يتطلب أي تعديلات للتركيب، سينقل سيارة M SUV الخاصة بك إلى مستوى جديد كليًا.
تم استبدال الخزانات الطرفية البلاستيكية الأصلية OEM الضعيفة المثبتة بالكبس بخزانات طرفية مصبوبة أكبر من CSF، محللة بتقنية CFD وملحومة بالكامل بتقنية TIG بنسبة 100%. كما دمجت CSF أنبوب الهواء المشحون (Charge Pipe) في تصميم الخزان الطرفي العلوي. ويلغي التصميم المصبوب من قطعة واحدة أنابيب الهواء المشحون البلاستيكية الأصلية الملصوقة.

قلوب مبردات هواء الشحن (Charge-Air-Cooler) من CSF أكبر حجمًا بنسبة 100% من المبردات الأصلية. صُممت هذه القلوب خصيصًا باستخدام تحليل CFD والاختبارات لضمان الأداء الأمثل والتوافق المثالي. يأتي كلا المبردين مع وصلات ماء "Quick Connect" بنمط OEM بالإضافة إلى منافذ للحساسات لتركيب سريع وسهل.

تأتي مبردات هواء الشحن (Charge-Air-Coolers) بطلاء OEM+ Crinkle Black (أسود مجعّد). بالإضافة إلى ذلك، تتوفر تشطيبات مخصصة بتكلفة إضافية لمن يبحث عن مظهر أكثر تميزًا لحجرة المحرك.

BMW X5M / X6M / XM High-Performance Charge-Air-Coolers
CSF originally designed the BMW S63 Charge-Air-Coolers for the F9X M5/M6. Over five hundred of these Intercoolers kits have been sold with many of them on 1000+ hp builds. Due to their popularity and success, CSF has received many requests to have a set made to fit the X5M and X6M.
CSF worked with Steve Dinan's Carbahn to develop the mounting hardware needed to use these coolers. The result - a true plug-and-play system requiring no modifications to install that will take your M SUV to a whole new level.
The weak OEM crimped-on plastic end tanks have been replaced with CSF's larger, CFD analyzed, 100% TIG-welded cast end tanks. CSF also integrated the charge pipe into the design of the top end tank. The single piece cast design removes the glued-on factory plastic charge pipes. This creates a much stronger system that can handle much higher boost pressures.
The CSF Charge-Air-Cooler Cores are 100% larger in volume than the factory coolers. These cores were custom designed using CFD analysis and testing to ensure optimal performance as well as perfect fitment. Both coolers come with OEM-Style "Quick Connect" water connections as well as sensor ports for fast and easy installation.
Integrated dual 1/8 NPT ports are located on both outlet side air tanks for quick and easy installation of aftermarket methanol/nitrous injection systems. The positioning of these ports have been carefully designed to place the injection system directly into the post-intercooled charge-air stream for maximum performance.
The Charge-Air-Coolers come in an OEM+ Crinkle Black Finish. In addition, custom finishes are available at an additional cost for those looking for a more unique engine bay look.
The CSF #8315 Cooling product is designed to be a "Drop-In Fit" application. The product will install in the OEM Location with no modifications necessary unless otherwise noted or instructions are included in the product package. Please see the manufacturer repair manual for standard installation instructions.
If you do not feel confident installing this product CSF recommends taking it to a qualified installation facility.
