لا يزيد القلب المصنوع من الألمنيوم بسماكة 42mm وبصفين (2-Row) سعة سائل الرديتر فحسب، بل يحسن أيضاً قدرة القلب على تبديد الحرارة. تحسّن تقنية B-Tube الحصرية من CSF انتقال الحرارة بنحو 15% مقارنة بالأنابيب البيضاوية الملحومة العادية. بالإضافة إلى ذلك، تعظّم الزعانف متعددة الفتحات فائقة الكفاءة تدفق الهواء عبر القلب لتحقيق أفضل أداء ممكن.
الكفاءة عامل أساسي في القيادة على الطرق الوعرة، إذ تكون السرعات منخفضة عموماً، فينتهي بك الأمر بالاعتماد على المراوح لتمرير معظم الهواء عبر الرديتر. ورغم أن المراوح الأصلية تؤدي عملاً جيداً في سحب الهواء عبر قلب الرديتر، يبقى تدفق الهواء أقل مما تراه عادة أثناء القيادة في المدينة. القلب الأكبر والأكثر كفاءة سيُبقي حرارة محركك تحت السيطرة ويحافظ على قوة أدائه.
كما أن القلب الأكبر يساعد أيضاً عندما يكون الرديتر مغطى بالغبار أو الأتربة أو الطين. ورغم أن الرديتر لا يعمل بأقصى كفاءته في هذه الحالات، فكلما زادت سعة التبريد الإجمالية لديك كان ذلك أفضل. بالإضافة إلى ذلك، الخزانات الجانبية مصنوعة من ألمنيوم عالي الجودة وملحومة بالقلب بتقنية TIG لقوة إضافية.

2nd Gen Crosstrek / 5th & 6th Gen Impreza High-Performance All-Aluminum Radiator
The 42mm 2-Row aluminum core not only increases the fluid capacity of the radiator, but also improves the cores ability to dissipate heat. CSF's Exclusive B-Tube Technology improves heat transfer by approximately 15% over regular oval welded tubes. In addition, the super-efficient multi-louvered fins maximize airflow through the core for the best possible performance.
Efficiency is key in off-roading as speeds tend to be lower overall so you end up relying on the fans to move most of the air over the radiator. While the factory fans do a decent job pulling air through the radiator core, it is still less airflow than you'd typically see in city driving.
A larger and more efficient core will keep your engine temps in check and keep your engine running strong. Also, a larger core also helps when your radiator is covered in dust, dirt, or mud. While a radiator isn't functioning at peak efficiency in there situations, the more overall cooling capacity you have the better.
In Addition, the end tanks are made from high grade aluminum and TIG welded to the core for extra strength. In contrast, the OEM crimped onto plastic end tank design is much weaker and creates a weak point where failure is more likely.
Because the CSF radiator is designed as a true plug-and-play drop-in fit application, installation requires absolutely no modifications, trimming, or cutting.
The stout 2.0L (FB20) and 2.5L (FB25) naturally aspirated motors are more than up for the task of off-roading and overlanding. However, those activities can be a lot harder on it than you might expect. Between dealing with traction loss, steep inclines, and additional weight of gear, there is almost always more strain on the engine.
The result is above average operating temperatures that the factory radiator can struggle to keep up with. That's why CSF developed this High-Performance All-Aluminum Radiator for the Crosstrek and Impreza.
The CSF #7216 Cooling product is designed to be a "Drop-In Fit" application. The product will install in the OEM Location with no modifications necessary unless otherwise noted or instructions are included in the product package.
