قلوب الإنتركولر محددة المواصفات من CSF ومصنعة حسب الطلب من PWR. تتميز بصفين من أنابيب التبريد الملفوفة مع زعانف داخلية، مما يجعلها أكثر الإنتركولرات كفاءة. ولذلك فهي قادرة على التخلص من التشبع الحراري (Heat Soak) وخفض حرارة هواء السحب (IATs) بكفاءة أكبر بكثير من تصاميم Bar & Plate أو Tube & Fin التقليدية.
وهذا يمنحنا أقصى أداء لفترات طويلة في ظروف القيادة الصعبة وللمركبات ذات مستويات القوة المرتفعة عبر التعديلات والبرمجة.
دمجت CSF أنبوب الشحن (Charge Pipe) في تصميم الخزان الطرفي العلوي بأنبوب ألمنيوم ملحوم يحل محل القطعة البلاستيكية الأصلية المثبتة بالمسامير والمحكمة بحلقة O-Ring داخلية. وقد ذكر كبير الفنيين في Pacific German أن حلقات O-Ring الأصلية قد تكون عيبًا في تصميم المصنع، إذ اضطروا لاستبدالها بالفعل في عدة أنظمة أصلية.
يتسبب هذا العطل في تسريب ضغط التيربو (Boost) وظهور لمبة فحص المحرك، وهو أمر مفاجئ تمامًا في مركبة بهذه الحداثة.
صُممت إنتركولرات Urus/RS Q8 وهُندست بعناية فائقة لتُركّب تمامًا مثل الوحدات الأصلية OEM التي تحل محلها. وباستخدام جميع نقاط التثبيت الأصلية، يكون التركيب مباشرًا بتصميم "Drop-in Fit". لا حاجة لأي قص أو تعديلات، ولا حاجة لأغطية أو ليات من سوق القطع المعدلة. يمكن إعادة استخدام جميع مكونات OEM المتصلة وإعادة تركيبها.

يأتي CSF #8211R بتشطيب ألمنيوم Billet خام. ويتوفر أيضًا بتشطيب Thermal Black Heat Dispersion (أسود حراري لتبديد الحرارة) (CSF #8211).

Lamborghini Urus / Audi RS Q8 Twin Intercooler Set - Thermal Dispersion Black
The intercooler cores are spec'd out by CSF and custom built by PWR. Featuring two rows of rolled cooling tubes with inner fins, these cores make for the most efficient intercoolers available. Because of this, they are able to eliminate heat soak and lower IATs much more efficiently than traditional Bar & Plate or Tube & Fin designs.
This gives us maximum performance for extended periods of time under demanding driving conditions and for vehicles with increased power levels through modifications and tuning.
CSF has integrated the charge pipe into the design of the top end tank with an aluminum welded pipe replacing the factory bolt-on plastic part which is sealed with an inner O-Ring. The head technician at Pacific German stated that the OEM O-Rings may be a factory design flaw as they've had to replace them on several stock systems already.
This failure causes boost leaks and triggers a check engine light which is quite surprising on such a new vehicle.
The Urus/RS Q8 Intercoolers have been meticulously designed and engineered to fit exactly like the OEM units they replace. Utilizing all factory mounting points, the installation is straightforward with a "drop-in fit" design. No cutting or modifications are required, and there is no need for aftermarket shrouds or hoses. All mating OEM components can be reused and reinstalled.
The CSF Intercoolers feature 100% TIG-welded machined billet aluminum end tanks. This feature is not only aesthetically pleasing, but also offers improved longevity and durability. The CNC machined billet end tanks are ready to withstand increased boost pressures from higher performance tunes, as well as upgraded turbochargers.
CSF once again has teamed up with leading Southern California VAG specialists, Pacific German from Orange County, CA to design, develop, and test the new intercooler kit on their very own Lamborghini Urus.
The CSF #8211R comes in a raw billet aluminum finish. Also available in Thermal Black Heat Dispersion (CSF #8211).
The CSF #8211 Cooling product is designed to be a "Drop-In Fit" application. The product will install in the OEM Location with no modifications necessary unless otherwise noted or instructions are included in the product package. Please see the manufacturer repair manual for standard installation instructions.
