يتميز التصميم الفريد لتشكيلة مبردات الزيت من CSF بمزايا واضحة مقارنة بمبردات الزيت التقليدية (من النوع اللوحي/المكدس). يمكن وضع مبردات الزيت في مساحات أضيق أو في مناطق مختلفة من المركبة لا تتوفر فيها مساحة سطحية عمودية كبيرة. كما يمكن للمقاسات المستطيلة الأطول أن تساعد في تجنب تكديس عدد كبير من المبردات مما قد يسبب مشاكل في تدفق الهواء إلى المكونات الأخرى في نظام التبريد.
ويسهّل موضع منفذي الدخول/الخروج تمديد خطوط الزيت كثيراً؛ إذ يجب عادةً تمديد خطوط مبرد الزيت من أطراف مختلفة/متقابلة من المبرد وغالباً ما تكون متجهة للأعلى أو للأسفل، وعادةً ما يجب تمديد أحد الخطوط من جانب المبرد إلى الجانب الآخر ليتم توجيههما معاً إلى وصلة التغذية/الإرجاع في نظام الزيت.
مبردات الزيت من CSF أقوى وأكثر متانة بكثير ويمكنها تحمل معدل انفجار أقصى أعلى، مما يتيح تركيب المبرد في مناطق قد تتعرض لكمية كبيرة من الحطام (الواجهة الأمامية، مبرد الدفرنس، الفتحات الجانبية، إلخ...). ومبرد الزيت من CSF مصمم لتحمل كمية هائلة من الاهتزاز والحطام.
يمكن تركيب مبرد الزيت مزدوج المرور (Dual-Pass) هذا أفقياً أو عمودياً أو موازياً للأرض (بشرط حصول مبرد الزيت على تدفق هواء مناسب). يتميز مبرد الزيت CSF #8201 بخزانات طرفية مخصصة بزاوية أمامية 45'، مما يتيح تركيبه بشكل مستوٍ داخل صدامات RS بنمط '73. الوصلات موجهة مباشرة إلى الخلف.
للحصول على أفضل تدفق هواء وأعلى أداء، توصي CSF بقص الحوض الأمامي للسماح بتدفق هواء مناسب يخرج خلف مبرد الزيت وأسفل المركبة. يوفر قص الحوض الأمامي أيضاً خلوصاً يسمح بإضافة غطاء مروحة خلفي لسحب مزيد من الهواء عبر المبرد عند السرعات المنخفضة أو أثناء الدوران في الوضع الخامل.
في التطبيقات العامة، تُستخدم مبردات الزيت هذه عادةً لزيت المحرك وزيت ناقل الحركة وسائل التوجيه المعزز وزيت الدفرنس، كما يمكن استخدامها كمبادل حراري للماء.
CSF #8201 منتج تبريد عالمي، ويتطلب تركيبه بعض الأعمال المخصصة و/أو التصنيع. إذا لم تكن واثقًا من قدرتك على تركيب هذا المنتج، توصي CSF بتركيبه لدى مركز تركيب مؤهل.
Universal Dual-Pass Oil Cooler / RS Porsche / M22 x 1.5 / 22L x 4.75H x 2.16W
The unique design of CSF's oil cooler line has distinct advantages over conventional style oil coolers (plate-type/stacked oil coolers). The oil coolers can be placed in tighter spaces or different areas of the vehicle that don't have much vertical surface area.
Longer rectangular sizes can also help with avoiding the stacking of too many coolers which may cause airflow issues to other components in the cooling system. Inlet/outlet port placement is much easier to route oil lines. Typical oil cooler lines have to be routed from different/opposite ends of the cooler often facing up or down.
Usually one line has to run across from one side of the cooler to the other to then be routed together to the feed/return connection of the oil system. The CSF oil coolers are much more robust, durable, and can withstand a higher peak burst rate. This allows the cooler to be mounted in areas that might get high debris (front fascia, diff cooler, side vents, etc...).
The CSF oil cooler is designed to withstand a tremendous amount of vibration and debris.
This Dual-Pass Oil Cooler can be mounted horizontally, vertically, as well as parallel to the ground (provided that the oil cooler has proper air-flow). The CSF #8201 Oil Cooler has custom end tanks with a 45' front angle, allowing it to fit flush inside '73-style RS bumpers. The fittings are pointed straight back.
For best airflow and highest performance, CSF recommends cutting the front tub to allow for proper air flow, exiting behind the oil cooler and underneath the vehicle. Cutting the front tub will also give clearance to allow adding a rear fan shroud to pull more air through the cooler at slower speeds or while idling.
In universal applications these oil coolers are commonly utilized for engine oil, transmission oil, power-steering fluid, and differential fluid, plus can be used as a water heat exchanger.
The CSF #8201 is a universal cooling product and will require some custom work and/or fabrication to install. If you do not feel confident installing this product CSF recommends taking it to a qualified installation facility.
