مبردات الزيت من CSF أكثر صلابة ومتانة بكثير، وتتحمل معدل ضغط انفجار أقصى أعلى من التصاميم الشائعة ذات الصفائح الملحومة بالمونة/المكدّسة. وهذا يتيح تركيب المبرد في أماكن قد تتعرض لكثير من الحطام (الواجهة الأمامية، مبرد الدفرنس، الفتحات الجانبية، إلخ). وعند استخدام مبرد زيت تقليدي، غالبًا لا يُنظر في هذه الأماكن للتركيب بسبب خطر التلف.

يستخدم CSF #8371 وصلات الدخول/الخروج نفسها بمقاس M22 x 1.5 المستخدمة في معظم مبردات الزيت من CSF. توفر خطوة السن هذه تنوعًا كبيرًا في خيارات التوصيل مع الحفاظ على أفضل خصائص تدفق ممكنة. بقطر اسمي 22mm، تُعد فتحات M22 x 1.5 المسننة كبيرة بما يكفي للعمل مع وصلات محوّلة يصل حجمها إلى -16AN. كما أضافت CSF منفذين 1/8 NPT في كل خزان للتنفيس أو لحساسات الحرارة.
يمكن تدوير مبرد الزيت بأي اتجاه عند التركيب. يُستخدم مبرد الزيت هذا في مبرد زيت ناقل الحركة CSF Ford GT Transaxle Oil Cooler مركباً بشكل جانبي. ومع ذلك، سيكون الاتجاه العمودي مع توجيه المدخل/المخارج للأعلى أو للأسفل هو الاستخدام الأكثر شيوعاً لمعظم الاستخدامات العالمية.

تستخدم جميع مبردات الزيت من CSF نظام تثبيت بثلاث فتحات (3 hole) في طرفي القلب. ويتيح الموضع والاتجاه مجموعة واسعة من خيارات التثبيت. وتوفر خطوة السن M8 x 1.25 قوة شد وقص أكثر من كافية لمتانة فائقة وقطع تثبيت سهلة التوفير.
يتميز مبرد الزيت الجديد بتصميم Bar الفريد «Aero-Flow» من CSF. يوفر تصميم القلب هذا توفيراً في الوزن مقارنة بقلوب Bar/Plate التقليدية دون التضحية بالمتانة. ويوفر تصميم CSF الحصري أقصى تدفق للزيت والهواء عبر القلب.
صُمم منتج التبريد CSF #8371 ليكون من نوع «Custom Fit» (تركيب مخصص). قد يتطلب تركيب المنتج إجراء تعديلات. إذا لم تكن واثقًا من قدرتك على تركيب هذا المنتج، توصي CSF بتركيبه لدى مركز تركيب مؤهل.

CSF oil coolers are much more robust, durable, and can withstand a higher peak burst rate than common brazed plate-type/stacked designs. This allows the cooler to be mounted in areas that might get high debris (front fascia, diff cooler, side vents, etc). When using a conventional oil cooler, the type of mounting locations are often not considered due to the risk of damage.
The CSF oil cooler is designed to withstand a tremendous amount of vibration and debris. You can even stand on it!
The CSF #8371 uses the same M22 x 1.5 Inlet/Outlet connections as most of the CSF Oil Coolers. This threat pitch offers a huge variety of connection options while maintaining the best possible flow characteristics. With a nominal diameter of 22mm, the M22 x 1.5 threaded bungs are large enough to work with adapter fittings as large as -16AN.
CSF also included two 1/8 NPT Ports on each tank for bleeding or temperature sensors.
The oil cooler can be clocked in any orientation for mounting. This oil cooler is used on the CSF Ford GT Transaxle Oil Cooler mounted in a sideway configuration. However, a vertical orientation with the inlet/outlets pointed up or down will be the most common use base for most universal applications.

All CSF Oil Coolers utilize a 3 hole mounting system on ends of the core. The position and orientation allows for a wide variety of mounting options. The M8 x 1.25 thread pitch offers more than enough tensile and sheeting strength for extreme durability and easy to source hardware.
The new oil cooler features CSF's unique "Aero-Flow" Bar Design. This core design offers weight savings over traditional bar/plate cores without sacrificing durability. CSF's proprietary design offers maximum oil and airflow through the core.
The CSF #8371 Cooling product is designed to be a "Custom Fit" application. The product installion may require modifications. If you do not feel confident installing this product CSF recommends taking it to a qualified installation facility.
