قلب إنتركولر Bar & Plate عالي الأداء مقاس 20x12x4
تُستخدم قلوب الإنتركولر CSF Bar & Plate من قِبل بعض أشهر شركات التعديل والأداء في هذا المجال. هذا القلب بتدفق أفقي (Horizontal Flow) بمقاس 20" x 12" x 4" مصنف لقوة 850 WHP، وهو الخيار المثالي لإنتركولر عالي الأداء مخصص لسيارتك. يُختبر كل قلب إنتركولر من CSF تحت ضغط 120psi لأقصى اعتمادية في تطبيقات ضغط التيربو العالي.
يُصنع يدويًا باستخدام قوالب وتجهيزات تثبيت للحصول على قلب مستقيم تمامًا، داخل غرفة نظيفة وباستخدام القفازات في مصنع CSF، لضمان لحام نحاسي (Brazing) سليم وسطح نظيف لأي لحام مستقبلي. يتميز بتصميم زعانف متداخلة عالية الدقة ومتعددة الفتحات (لجانبي الهواء المحيط والضغط في القلب) لتحقيق أفضل نقل حراري ممكن.

High-Performance Bar & Plate Intercooler Core 20x12x4
CSF Bar & Plate Intercooler Cores are used by some of the most renowned tuning and performance companies in the industry. This 20" x 12" x 4" Horizontal Flow Core is rated for 850 WHP and the perfect fit for your custom high-performance intercooler. Each CSF Intercooler core is pressure tested at 120psi for maximum reliability in extreme boost applications.
Hand-Built using jigs & fixtures for a perfectly straight core in a clean room using gloves inside the CSF factory to ensure proper brazing and a clean surface for future welding. Featuring a multi-louvered high precision staggered fin design (for both ambient and pressure sides of the core) for the best heat transfer possible.
The CSF #8063 is a universal cooling product and will require some custom work and/or fabrication to install. If you do not feel confident installing this product CSF recommends taking it to a qualified installation facility.
