30-0300 X-Series Wideband AFR Gauge Controller.
(Bit Rate).
عداد X-Series OBDII Wideband رقم 30-0334 معتمد للعمل مع برامج DiabloSport in Tune 3 وTrinity 2 وEFILive وHPTuners وDashDaq.

Accurate AFR data is critical when tuning an engine. Running rich (very low air/fuel ratio, excessive fuel) can cause a loss in power, while running too lean (very high air/fuel ratio, not enough fuel) may result in serious engine damage.
Using a wideband air/fuel controller during the tuning process allows you to monitor AFR and adjust tuning parameters to optimize them for maximum power and efficiency. AEM has a comprehensive line of highly accurate, reliable wideband air/fuel controllers that
Additional wiring for a 0-5v or RS232 Serial output can be added by the user for outputting to a data logger.
This OBDII pass-through capability replaces the traditional AEMnet stream available in the 30-0300 X-Series Wideband AFR Gauge Controller.OBDII CAN-bus OUTPUTThe OBDII output simulates an auxiliary ECU signal when plugged into a vehicle's OBD port, which requires a unique address from the other ECUs already on a vehicle's network.
PATENTED X-DIGITAL TECHNOLOGY - It's The FastestX-Series Widebands are the fastest responding wideband air/fuel ratio controllers in independent testing against 17 other wideband UEGO air/fuel controllers.* The controller's high speed, patented, X-Digital technology (Patent 9,575,030) ensures no loss of signal fidelity and full transient response, making it able to identify the slightest fluctuations in AFR and output them in full value.
AEM's default OBDII CAN address will work with most popular vehicles and adjustments should not be necessary. However, AEM has provided OBDII address programmability through the buttons on the gauge face if a different address other than the default address is required, allowing users to program ECU #, Parameter Identification (PID), Message Identifier, and Bit Rate.
The 30-0334 X-Series OBDII Wideband Gauge is validated to work with DiabloSport in Tune 3, Trinity 2, EFILive, HPTuners and DashDaq software. The X-Series Wideband AFR OBDII Gauge includes an OBDII pass-through connector and 4.9LSU sensor that can be free-air calibrated or used with the factory resistor calibration.
AEM's X-Series OBDII Wideband UEGO AFR Sensor Controller Gauge (PN 30-0334) provides tuners who are using piggyback tuning modules or open source software with the ability to view AFR through the factory CAN-bus stream that is output by the factory ECU, and deliver the most accurate, safe and powerful tune.
WHY RESPONSE TIME MATTERS - Faster response time improves wideband feedback control, and can provide a safer, more powerful and accurate tune. AEM's Wideband Controllers with X-Digital technology reduce deadtime and can improve the performance of your vehicle through more accurate AFR tuning.
X-Series Wideband UEGO AFR Controllers Gauge were fastest responding wideband air/fuel ratio controllers in an independent test vs. 17 competitors wideband AFR controllers
AEM X-Series Wideband Gauges and the X-Series Inline Controller support the popular 4.9LSU sensor and offer both factory calibration resistor and free-air calibration methods. Factory resistor calibration provides precise calibration when the sensor is new, while free-air calibration can help correct drift as the sensor ages.
AEM Wideband UEGO (Universal Exhaust Gas Oxygen) Controllers are powerful, cost-effective tuning tools that accurately monitor engine Air/Fuel Ratio (AFR). Accurate AFR data is critical for tuning because running rich can reduce power, while running too lean may cause serious engine damage.
The UEGO sensor connector should not be modified because it contains a laser-etched calibrated resistor specifically created for the attached sensor; modifying it will invalidate the sensor's output.
Independent testing by 360° Product Testing, reported August 31, 2015, against 17 competitor wideband UEGO Air/Fuel Controllers found the AEM X-Series Inline with 4.9LSU sensor and X-Series Wideband UEGO AFR Gauge with 4.9LSU sensor recorded the fastest response times.
Wideband UEGO sensors are wear items affected by leaded fuel, automotive fluids, particulates, mechanical or thermal shock, and being unheated while exposed to exhaust. Free-air calibration may correct drift, but sensor replacement as part of regular vehicle maintenance is recommended. Follow the instruction manual when performing free-air calibration.
