نظام عادم Cat-Back - S-Type
موديلات 2024-2026 تشمل E-Ray. موديل 2027 يشمل Grand Sport و Grand Sport X. شكّل تطوير الأنظمة لسيارة C8 Corvette تحديات فريدة. يتضمن نظام Cat-Back هذا بمدخل 3" صمامات AFM ('20-'21)/ DFM ('22-'27) وصمامات العادم ثنائية الوضع NPP ('20-'27). يقدم صوت S-Type صوتاً قوياً ومتوازناً في الوقت ذاته بنبرة عميقة ودون طنين. يتميز بتقنيتي Polyphonic Harmonizer و SwitchFire.
تستخدم تقنية Polyphonic Harmonizer من BORLA وحدات حاصلة على براءة اختراع تحتوي على أنابيب بأقطار وأطوال مختلفة لتوليد نغمات عادم متعددة تتناغم لتمنح صوتاً نقياً وغنياً وممتلئاً.
ومن خلال التخلص تماماً من نقطة التقاطع المركزية المضطربة في X-Pipe التقليدي، يمزج تصميم SwitchFire الحاصل على براءة اختراع من BORLA نبضات الاحتراق من جانبي المحرك بشكل حقيقي لأداء محسّن وصوت مخصص عدواني. يتضمن النظام عازل حرارة موزع بشكل مدروس لمنع أضرار حرارة العادم وحماية سيارتك Corvette. يأتي مع أطراف عادم دائرية 4" بكروم أسود على ستانلس ستيل T-304.
لا يُنصح باستخدام ملمع الستانلس ستيل من BORLA رقم p# 21499 مع أطراف الكروم الأسود هذه. نقترح تنظيف الأطراف بالماء الساخن وقطعة قماش من الألياف الدقيقة. تتوفر الأنظمة أيضاً بأطراف كروم لامع على ستانلس ستيل T-304 أو أطراف ألياف كربون. النظام مصنوع من ستانلس ستيل T-304 ومدعوم بضمان Million Mile Warranty. يُشحن النظام في 2 صندوق.
ملاحظة: بعد تركيب نظام BORLA، يجب إعادة معايرة وحدات التحكم في صمامات AFM / DFM و NPP في نظام العادم وفقاً لمستند GM رقم 5406413. توصي BORLA بأخذ سيارتك إلى وكيل Chevrolet لخدمة إعادة المعايرة.
Cat-Back Exhaust System - S-Type
2024-2026 includes E-Ray. 2027 includes Grand Sport & Grand Sport X. Developing systems for the C8 Corvette presented some unique challenges. This 3" inlet Cat-Back system includes both AFM ('20-'21)/ DFM ('22-'27) valves and NPP ('20-'27) dual mode exhaust valves. The S-Type sound delivers a powerful, yet balanced sound with a deep tone and no drone.
It features our Polyphonic Harmonizer and SwitchFire technology. BORLA'S Polyphonic Harmonizer Technology utilizes patented units that contain pipes of different diameters and lengths to create multiple exhaust notes that harmonize to deliver a clean, rich, full-bodied sound.
Completely eliminating the turbulent center intersection of a standard X-Pipe, BORLA'S patented SwitchFire design truly blends the combustion pulses from both sides of the engine for improved performance and a custom aggressive sound. Strategically placed heat shielding is included to prevent exhaust heat damage and protect your Corvette.
It comes with 4" round black chrome on T-304 stainless steel tips. Using BORLA Stainless Steel Polish p# 21499 is NOT recommended with these black chrome tips. We suggest cleaning the tips with hot water and a microfiber cloth. Systems are also available with bright chrome on T-304 stainless steel tips, or carbon fiber tips.
The system is constructed using T-304 stainless steel and is backed by our Million Mile Warranty. System ships in 2 boxes. NOTE: After installation of the BORLA system, the controllers for the AFM / DFM and NPP valves in the exhaust system should be RE-CALIBRATED according to GM Document ID 5406413.
BORLA recommends taking your car to a Chevrolet dealer for the recalibration service.
