يناسب المركبات المزودة بحزمة Ground Effects (GFX). الأطراف غير مرفقة. استخدم الأطراف / الحافة السفلية الأصلية. طورت Borla تقنية عادم ثورية تمكّن مهندسيها من تحقيق تحكم غير مسبوق وخاص بكل مركبة في النغمة الصوتية للعادم عبر كامل نطاق RPM، مع الاحتفاظ بنسبة 100% من قدرات زيادة القوة التي يوفرها تصميم Multi-Core الحاصل على براءة اختراع من Borla.
تُسمى هذه التقنية ATAK (Acoustically-Tuned Applied Kinetics)، وهي تنتج أعلى مستويات dB (ديسيبل) المتاحة في تشكيلة Borla القانونية للشوارع، وهي مصممة لعشاق الأداء العالي الذين يفضلون نغمات العادم على أنظمة الصوت في سياراتهم. يتمثل تركيز ATAK في رفع مستوى الصوت مع الحفاظ على وضوحه، وتجنب التشوه الذي يوجد عادة في أنظمة العادم الأعلى صوتًا.
ومع ATAK، يُضبط خرج الصوت مثل معادل الصوت الرسومي (Graphic Equalizer) لتشكيل الموجات الصوتية وتركيزها للحصول على أفضل خرج بصوت عالٍ. يبدأ تطوير كل نظام ATAK بدراسة مكثفة للخصائص الصوتية لكل مركبة. وتعتمد التقنية على خصائص مضبوطة حسب الطلب لأنوية الشكمان الداخلية، والتي تتم معايرتها لكل مركبة على حدة لتقديم الصوت الأكثر تميزًا.
يمكن مشاهدة نظرة عامة كاملة على التقنية على www.youtube.com/Borla. تتوفر حاليًا عدة أنظمة Borla ATAK. لسيارة Camaro 6.2L V8 موديلات 2010-2013 تتوفر أنظمة Cat-Back للموديلات غير المزودة بخيار "Ground Effects"، وأنظمة Cat-Back وAxle-Back للموديلات المزودة بطقم Ground Effects.
تحتفظ أنظمة Axle-Back بالشكمان الأمامي الأصلي، لذا لا يتحقق التأثير الكامل لصوت ATAK، لكنها تبقى أعلى صوتًا من S-Type.

Borla(r) has developed a revolutionary exhaust technology that enables our engineers to deliver unprecedented vehicle-specific control over the acoustical note of an exhaust throughout the RPM range, while retaining 100% of the power-adding capabilities of Borla(r)'s patented multicore design.
Called ATAK(r) (Acoustically-Tuned Applied Kinetics), this technology produces the highest available dB (decibel) levels in the Borla(r) street-legal lineup, and is designed for high-performance purists who prefer exhaust notes over their stereos. The focus of ATAK(r) is to pump the volume while retaining clarity of sound, avoiding distortion typically found in louder exhausts.
With ATAK(r), the sound output is tuned like a graphic equalizer to shape and focus sound waves for optimum high-volume output. The development of each ATAK(r) system begins with extensive study of each vehicle's acoustical properties.
The technology is based on custom-tuned attributes of the internal muffler cores, which are calibrated on a vehicle-by-vehicle basis to deliver the most desirable sound. For the 2010-2013 6.2L V8 Camaro there are Cat-Back(tm) systems for models without the "Ground Effects" option, and Cat-Back(tm) systems and Axle-Back systems for models with the Ground Effects kit. The Axle-Back systems retain the stock front muffler so the full effect of the ATAK(r) Sound is not realized, but they are still louder than the S-Type.
Like all Borla(r) exhaust products, each system is handmade in the USA by master craftspeople and features premium T-304 high-quality stainless steel construction, ultra-smooth mandrel bent piping, mirror-polished tips, and a Million-Mile Warranty.
