طقم بديل لـ Uniball مقاس 1.25"
هذا الطقم هو ما تحتاجه لإعادة بناء مفاصل uniball في المقصات العلوية من Camburg وبعض المقصات السفلية من إنتاجنا. يشمل الطقم مفصلي uniball من FK بمقاس 1.25 وحلقتي تثبيت (snap rings). هذه القطع مصنوعة في الولايات المتحدة الأمريكية وليست قطعاً مستوردة رخيصة. تحتوي على بطانة داخلية ذاتية التشحيم من PTFE بمواصفات عسكرية لتقليل الالتصاق (stiction) والضوضاء.
بتصنيف حمولة يبلغ 100,730 lbs، فهي أقوى بكثير من البلف (Ball Joint) بالطراز الأصلي ومن رولمانات uniball الأرخص أو الأصغر. القطر الداخلي (ID) للرولمان بعد إزالة فواصل عدم المحاذاة هو 1.25" والقطر الخارجي (OD) هو 2.375". راجع تعليماتنا للحصول على إرشادات خطوة بخطوة. تأكد من المقاس قبل الطلب، إذ تستخدم بعض الإصدارات القديمة من المقصات العلوية مفصل uniball أصغر بمقاس 1.00".
أسهل طريقة للتمييز هي من خلال البرغي. إذا كان البرغي برأس سداسي وفوق مفصل uniball، فهو مفصل uniball بمقاس 1"، لأن مقاس 1.25" يكون البرغي فيه غائراً للأسفل.
1.25" Uniball Replacement Kit
This kit is what’s required to rebuild the uniballs in your Camburg upper arms and some of our lower arms. The kit includes two FK 1.25 uniballs and two snap rings. These are made in the USA and are not some cheap imported parts. They have a self-lubricating military grade PTFE liner internally for reduced stiction and noise. Having a 100,730 lbs.
load rating, these are far stronger than OEM style ball-joints and cheaper or smaller uniball bearings. The bearing ID with the mis-alignment spacers removed is 1.25" and the bearing OD is 2.375".Refer to our instructions for step-by-step directions. Confirm sizing before ordering as some older version upper arms use a smaller 1.00" uniball. Easiest way to tell is by the bolt.
If the bolt is a hex head and above the uniball, than it's a 1" uniball as the 1.25" has the bolt recessed below.
