طقم مقصات علوية KINETIK Series Uniball
تتيح المقصات العلوية من كتلة معدنية (Billet) من سلسلة KINETIK Series لـ Silverado 1500 19'-24'، Sierra 1500 19'-24' زيادة مشوار العجلات وحركة التعليق على المسارات الوعرة، مع تصحيح هندسة التعليق وزيادة زاوية الكاستر لتحسين الثبات على الطرق المعبدة والوعرة، وهي أعلى جودة وأقوى بكثير مقارنة بالقطع الأصلية (OEM) للاستخدام على الطرق الوعرة.
خضعت هذه المقصات لتصميم مكثف بتقنية CAD وتشغيل آلي لتلبية معاييرنا العالية. وهي مشغولة بتقنية CNC داخليًا من ألمنيوم Billet 6061 بجودة صناعة الطيران، ومؤكسدة بطبقة Type II ومحفورة بالليزر. نستخدم بلف Uniball أكبر من FK مقاس 1.25" مع بطانة داخلية من PTFE بمواصفات عسكرية لزيادة القوة وطول العمر وتحمّل انحراف أعلى في المحاذاة، مما يتيح أقصى مشوار للعجلات.
ويُثبَّت الـ Uniball على عمود العجلة/الكرسي (Spindle/Knuckle) باستخدام فواصل خاصة بكل طراز مشغولة من الستانلس ستيل المعالج حراريًا، لملاءمة دقيقة دون الحاجة إلى تخريم أو تعديلات. ويتيح الـ Uniball مقاس 1.25" استخدام برغي أكبر وأقوى بنمط 12-point مع غطاء Uniball منخفض يُركَّب بالضغط لمقاومة العوامل الجوية.
يتوفر تعديل إضافي لزاويتي الكامبر والكاستر باستخدام وصلات Heim Joints من الكرومولي من FK مقاس 7/8" أكبر وأقوى، والتي تلغي أيضًا الانثناء/الانحراف أثناء الاستخدام الشاق والفرملة القوية دون تعليق. وتضمن التعليمات خطوة بخطوة مع جميع المثبتات اللازمة تركيبًا ناجحًا لمغامرتك القادمة على الطرق الوعرة.

KINETIK Series Uniball Upper Control Arm Kit
Our 19'-24' Silverado 1500, 19'-24' Sierra 1500 KINETIK Series billet upper control arms allow for increased wheel travel and articulation out on the trail, corrected suspension geometry with increased caster for improved handling both on and off-road and are considerably higher quality and higher strength compared to the OEM parts for off-road use.
These arms have undergone extensive CAD designing and machining to meet our high standards. They are CNC machined in-house from aerospace quality 6061 billet aluminum, Type II anodized and laser etched. We utilize a larger FK 1.25" uniball with a military grade PTFE internal liner for increased strength, longevity and higher misalignment, allowing for maximum wheel travel.
The uniball is adapted to the spindle/knuckle using model specific spacers machined from heat-treated stainless steel, for a precision fit without the need for drilling or modifications. The 1.25" uniball allows for a larger and stronger 12-point bolt with a low-profile press-on uniball cap to resist the elements.
Additional camber and caster adjustment is available with the use of larger and stronger FK 7/8" chromoly heim joints, which also eliminate flexing/deflection under hard use and heavy braking without binding. Given the multitude of factors such as wheel size, offset/backspacing, tire size, brand preferences, and suspension specifics, adjustments like trimming the plastic inner fenders or modifying the body mounts behind the front tires may be necessary to prevent tire rubbing.
