طقم أذرع Radius بمفاصل Uniball
تريد الارتقاء بنظام تعليق Ford إلى المستوى التالي؟ أذرع Radius Arm من Camburg بوصلات Uniball تصحح الهندسة لتحسين الثبات على الطرق المعبدة والوعرة، وتوفر خلوصًا أرضيًا أكبر وهي أقوى بكثير من الأصلية. تصحح أذرع Radius Arm زاوية الكاستر لتحسين الثبات في الخط المستقيم ودقة الانعطاف، وتقضي على "اهتزاز الموت" (Death Wobble) المزعج الناتج عن الأذرع الأصلية ومواصفات الكاستر المنخفضة.
يتيح تصميمنا الجديد Flip Chip في نقطة الارتكاز السفلية تعديل الكاستر بمقدار 3 درجات، بحيث يمكن استخدامها مع أطقم Leveling مقاس 2-3.5” والأطقم الأعلى 6” في وضع الكاستر المرتفع. تستخدم نقاط الارتكاز الخلفية محامل Uniball من FK مقاس 1” مبطنة بـ PTFE/Teflon مصنوعة في الولايات المتحدة، دون أي تعشيق أو ارتخاء، مع أقصى قدر من الحركة وأقل صيانة، وفواصل ستانلس ستيل معالجة حراريًا.
تُركّب مباشرة بالمسامير على القواعد الأصلية فلا تقلل الخلوص الأرضي ولا تسبب ليونة إضافية في الشاسيه بسبب حامل منخفض. حامل الحساس المعياري متعدد الأوضاع يصحح الهندسة لأنظمة Ford الإلكترونية OnBoard Scales و Smart Hitch ويمكن استخدامه مع أطقم Leveling وارتفاعات القيادة الأعلى 6”.
مصمم بتقنية CAD ومشكّل بالـ CNC وملحوم بتقنية MIG، ويضيف الهيكل الصندوقي المصنّع بسماكة 3/16” صلابة التوائية مع تقليل الوزن. مطلي بطلاء بودرة باللون الرمادي Camburg، ونرفق جميع العتاد والتعليمات اللازمة لتركيب سهل بالمسامير دون عناء.
Uniball Radius Arm Kit
Wanting to take your Ford’s suspension to the next level? Our Camburg uniball radius arms correct geometry for improved handling both on and off-road, have increased ground clearance and are considerably stronger than stock.
The radius arms correct caster for improved straight line stability, precision cornering and eliminates the dreaded “death wobble” from the factory radius arms and low caster alignment specs. Our new flip chip design on the lower pivot allows you to adjust caster by 3 degrees so they can be used in 2-3.5” leveling kits and taller 6” kits in the high caster setting.
The rear pivots utilize Made in the USA FK 1” PTFE/Teflon lined uniball bearings for zero binding or flex, maximum articulation and minimal maintenance with heat-treated stainless steel spacers. These bolt right into the factory mounts so you’re not decreasing ground clearance or inducing additional frame flex with a drop-down bracket.
Our modular multi-position sensor bracket corrects geometry for Ford’s OnBoard Scales & Smart Hitch electronics and can be used in leveling applications and taller 6” ride heights. CAD designed, CNC formed and MIG welded, the fabricated boxed 3/16” construction adds torsional rigidity while minimizing weight.
Powder coated Camburg gray, we include all necessary hardware and instructions for a hassle-free bolt-on installation.
