نظام عادم Slip-On Line من التيتانيوم من Akrapovic - (بدون أطراف)
هذا المنتج مصنوع بالكامل من التيتانيوم عالي الجودة ويتميز بقطع خاصة، مع صمامين، واحد لكل جانب من الشكمان، وعاكسين صوتيين. يُصب هيكل الصمامات والمجمّعات جميعها في مسبك التيتانيوم الخاص بالشركة. يتوفر خياران لتصميم أطراف العادم: إما الشكل الثماني المبتكر، كما ظهر لأول مرة على عادم BMW M3/M4، أو التصميم الكلاسيكي الأكثر تقليدية.
تتميز مجموعتا أطراف العادم بأغلفة خارجية مصنوعة يدوياً من ألياف الكربون، وقد أدى استخدام المواد خفيفة الوزن إلى عادم بفارق 7.3 kg (32.7%) مقارنة بالعادم الأصلي القياسي. تزداد القدرة بمقدار 3.9 kW (5.3 hp) عند 2,800 rpm، وسُجلت زيادة في عزم الدوران بمقدار 13.5 Nm عند 2,800 rpm عند الاختبار على جهاز الداينو الخاص بـ Akrapovic مقارنة بسيارة BMW M2 Coupe بعادم أصلي قياسي.
طُوّر العادم لتوفير تجربة قيادة فريدة. إلى جانب طقم التحكم الأكثر تطوراً من Akrapovic – المصمم لتقديم تجربة صوتية استثنائية – يضبط النظام بصماماته وعاكساته الصوتية تدفق الغازات ليقدم نغمة سلسة وغنية أثناء القيادة العادية وصوتاً عميقاً ورياضياً عند قيادة M2 Coupe بأسلوب أكثر ديناميكية وحماساً.
لا حاجة لإعادة برمجة ECU، ويستوفي العادم شروط اعتماد النوع ECE لسيارة BMW M2 Coupe (G87) المزودة بفلاتر OPF. تتوفر أنابيب توصيل وداون بايب اختيارية للاستخدام في الحلبات المغلقة، إلى جانب طقم Akrapovic Sound Kit الاختياري. عند تركيب هذه الخيارات، يصبح اعتماد النوع ECE لنظام Slip-On Line (Titanium) غير صالح.
نظام العادم Slip-On Line (Titanium) معتمد بنوع ECE للسيارات المزودة بفلتر جزيئات Otto/البنزين. يجب طلب طقم أطراف العادم Tail Pipe Set (Carbon) بشكل منفصل كقطعة إلزامية. يرجى اختيار TP-CT/69 أو TP-CT/68 أو TP-CT/73/CF.
Akrapovic Slip-On Line Titanium Exhaust System - (w/o Tips)
This product is totally constructed from high-grade titanium and features special parts, with two valves, one for each side of the muffler, and two acoustic reflectors. The housing of the valves and the collectors are all cast in the in-house titanium foundry.
There is a choice of two tailpipe designs: either the ground-breaking octagonal shape, as first seen on the exhaust for the BMW M3/M4, or the more traditional and classic design.
The twin sets of tailpipes have outer sleeves hand crafted from carbon fibre, and the use of lightweight materials has produced an exhaust that is 7.3 kg (32.7%) in comparison to the standard stock exhaust.
Power is increased by 3.9 kW (5.3 hp) at 2,800 rpm and a torque gain of 13.5 Nm at 2,800 rpm was registered when tested on The Akrapovic dyno against a BMW M2 Coupe with a standard stock exhaust. The exhaust has been developed to provide a unique driving experience.
Together with the most advanced Akrapovic control kit – which has been designed to offer an exceptional sound experience – the system with its exhaust valves and acoustic reflectors tailors the gas flow to a smooth, rich tone at normal cruising and a deep, sporty sound when driving the M2 Coupe more dynamically and enthusiastically.ECU remapping is not needed, and the exhaust meets ECE type-approval conditions for the BMW M2 Coupe (G87) with OPF filters.Optional link pipes and downpipes are available for closed circuit usage, along with the optional Akrapovic Sound Kit.
With the installation of these options, ECE type approval of the Slip-On Line (Titanium) is no longer valid.The Slip-On Line (Titanium) exhaust system is ECE type approved for cars equipped with an Otto/gasoline particulate filter.The Tail Pipe Set (Carbon) has to be ordered separately as a mandatory part.
