جناح خلفي من ألياف الكربون من Akrapovic

مصنوع من ألياف كربون خفيفة الوزن مصنوعة يدوياً، ومطلي بالورنيش للحصول على تشطيب عالي اللمعان. يُثبّت على دعامتين بتصميم عنق البجعة (swan neck) مصنوعتين من ألمنيوم خفيف الوزن مشغول بتقنية CNC لتوفير أفضل نسبة بين الوزن والأداء، وقد حُسّنت الدعامات لتوفير النسبة المثلى بين قدرة التحمل والوزن.

البراغي المستخدمة لربط الجناح بالدعامات من التيتانيوم عالي الجودة، كما أُضيفت تقويات من التيتانيوم عالي الجودة لثبات هيكلي أفضل عند نقاط المحاور. صُمم بإيحاءات من عالم رياضة السيارات، وطُوّر المقطع الهوائي (aerofoil) للجناح لتحقيق نسبة تنافسية للغاية بين قوة الضغط السفلي (downforce) والمقاومة الهوائية.

وتوضع شفة صغيرة عند الحافة الخلفية للجناح لتحقيق أقصى أداء له بتوليد المزيد من قوة الضغط السفلي. مُحسّن لديناميكا الهواء في BMW M2 وM240i، واستُخدمت ديناميكا الموائع الحسابية (CFD) لضمان أفضل أداء وظيفي، مع اهتمام كبير بضمان ألا تسبب الهندسة العامة اضطراباً إضافياً في الهواء حول المؤخرة أو ضوضاء إضافية على جانب السيارة.

قابل للضبط بالكامل على ثلاثة مستويات، ويجب ضبط الجناح يدوياً على الزاوية المفضلة قبل القيادة. حاصل على موافقة ABE مع موافقة النوع AKR-WI KBA 31882، ومُشطّب بشعار Akrapovic أحادي اللون هادئ على كل جانب.

Akrapovic Rear Carbon Fiber Wing

Manufactured from lightweight hand-crafted carbon fibre, this product is lacquered to create a high-gloss finish. It is mounted on two brackets with a swan neck design, fabricated from lightweight CNC-machined aluminium to provide the best ratio between weight and performance.

The brackets have been optimized to provide the optimum ratio between load-bearing capacity and weight. The bolts used to connect the wing and the brackets are high-grade titanium. High-grade titanium reinforcements have been incorporated for better structural stability at pivot points.

Designed with echoes from the motorsport world, the derived aerofoil of the wing was developed to achieve an extremely competitive ratio between downforce and drag.

A small lip is placed at the trailing edge of a wing to achieve maximum performance of the wing by creating even more downforce.Optimized for the aerodynamics of the BMW M2 and M240i, computational fluid dynamics (CFD) has been used to ensure the best functionality, and great attention has been paid to guaranteeing that the overall geometry does not cause additional air turbulence around the rear or generate additional noise on the side of the car.Fully adjustable to three levels, the wing needs to be manually set to the preferred angle before driving.
