تُعد بساتم Ultra Series المطروقة (Forged) من JE الأقوى والأكثر تكاملاً من حيث المزايا بين البساتم الجاهزة المتوفرة في السوق. متوفرة لمحركات Honda وAcura K20a/K24a. تتميز بساتم Ultra Series بتقنية التطريق الحصرية Aligned Grain Flow من JE التي توفر قوة شد فائقة مثالية لضغوط السلندر العالية جداً في المحركات المزودة بوسائل زيادة القوة (تيربو أو سوبرتشارجر أو نيتروز).

مجرى التجميع (Accumulator Groove)، تشطيب ناعم للتاج (Smooth Crown Finish)، ملاءمة مسمار البستم (Pin Fit)، طلاء حراري للتاج (Thermal Crown)، منافذ غاز جانبية (Lateral Gas Ports)، وطلاء تنورة البستم (Skirt Coat). بساتم Ultra Series مصنوعة 100% في الولايات المتحدة الأمريكية.
مجرى التجميع (Accumulator Groove): مجرى خاص بين الشنبر العلوي والشنبر الثاني يوفر حجماً إضافياً لغازات التسرب (Blow-by). يساعد ذلك على تقليل الضغط بين الشنابر، مما يحسّن إحكام الشنبر العلوي ويقلل من اهتزاز الشنابر عند ضغوط السلندر العالية.
منافذ غاز جانبية: تقوم هذه العملية بتفريز شقوق في أعلى مجرى الشنبر العلوي وتوفر مساراً لضغط الاحتراق للوصول خلف الشنبر العلوي، مما يؤدي إلى زيادة إحكام الشنابر، وهي الأكثر شيوعاً في سباقات المضمار الدائري.
Thermal Crown: يُطبَّق هذا الطلاء العازل للحرارة على رأس البستم ليعكس الحرارة مرة أخرى إلى غرفة الاحتراق، مما يحسّن سرعة غازات العادم وطردها مع تقليل انتقال الحرارة للمساعدة في إطالة عمر البستم.

Ultra Series Pistons feature JE’s proprietary Aligned Grain Flow forging technology providing next-level tensile strength ideal for the extreme cylinder pressures of power adder engine builds.
Equipped with the following custom level features
Accumulator Groove, Smooth Crown Finish, Pin Fit, Thermal Crown, Lateral Gas Ports, and Skirt Coat. Ultra Series pistons are made 100% in the USA.
Accumulator Groove: A specialty groove between the top and second ring provides added volume for blow-by gases. This helps reduce pressure between the rings, improving top ring seal and minimizing ring flutter at high cylinder pressures.
Lateral Gas Ports: This process mills slots into the top of the top ring groove and provides a pathway for combustion pressure to get behind the top ring. Resulting in increased ring seal and is most common in circle track applications.
Thermal Crown: Applied to the piston crown, this thermal barrier coating reflects heat back into the combustion chamber to improve exhaust gas velocity and scavenging while reducing heat transfer to help extend piston life.
Pin Fit: The pin bore is precision honed to attain an exact pin clearance. Clearances typically range from .0003 to .0010 between the wrist pin and pin bore.
