صُنع نظام مواسير الشحن (Charge Pipe) المطوّر هذا من ألمنيوم 6061 بمقاس أكبر وثني دقيق (Mandrel-Bent)، وتُنجز كل ثنية وكل لحام TIG يدوياً في مقر Injen Technology الرئيسي في Pomona بولاية California. يبلغ القطر الداخلي للماسورة الساخنة من Injen 3.00in، بينما يبلغ القطر الداخلي للماسورة الباردة 3.25in.

Injen SES Wrinkle Black Intercooler Pipes
This upgraded charge pipe system is manufactured from oversized mandrel-bent 6061 aluminum and every bend and TIG weld is completed by hand at the Injen Technology headquarters in Pomona, California. The Injen hot-side pipe has an ID of 3.00in and the cold side has an ID of 3.25in.
By utilizing oversized piping on both the hot side and the cold side, these charge pipes are able to reduce restriction, balance the airflow in and out of the intercooler to improve performance, and lower engine damaging exhaust gas temperatures (EGTs).
Most importantly, the restrictive OEM cold side pipe is prone to splitting without warning. When your OEM system splits, you lose boost pressure and it can leave you stranded at any moment.
