سنوركل EVOLUTION لـ Jeep JL/JT
عندما تكون على الطرق الوعرة، تحتاج إلى أن تكون سيارتك Jeep متينة ويُعتمد عليها، لتضمن عودتك أنت وسيارتك إلى المنزل في كل مرة. ضع ذلك في اعتبارك وأنت تقارن سنوركلات المنافسين والمواد المستخدمة في تصنيعها. بعض منافسينا يستخدمون بولي إيثيلين خطي HDPE الأقل جودة أو حتى مادة LLDPE الأضعف في قولبة السنوركلات لديهم.
مادة HDPE رخيصة في التصنيع لكنها لا تقترب أبداً من قوة ومتانة بولي إيثيلين XLPE الذي تستخدمه Injen. تتمتع مادة XLPE بمقاومة للتشقق الناتج عن الإجهاد البيئي تفوق HDPE بـ 20 مرة، ووزن جزيئي أعلى بـ 10 مرات، وقوة تحمل للصدمات والشد أعلى بـ 5 مرات من HDPE. بعبارة أخرى، أنظمة السحب Evolution من Injen مصنوعة بمتانة ومصممة لتوصلك إلى أي مكان تريده. نقطة!
صُمّم نظام السنوركل EVO15168 من Injen Technology خصيصاً لـ Jeep Wrangler 2018+ وشقيقته الأكبر Jeep Gladiator. وعندما نقول خصيصاً فنحن نعني ذلك فعلاً! فباستخدام نمذجة 3D CAD المتقدمة، تمكّن مهندسو Injen Technology من مجاراة كل خط وانحناء في هيكل سيارتك Jeep لتركيب شبه متكامل دون فواصل.
وإلى جانب المظهر الرائع الذي يضيفه هذا السنوركل، يتيح مدخل الهواء المرتفع وصول هواء أبرد إلى المحرك، مما يحسّن عملية الاحتراق ويرفع القوة الناتجة.
يرجى ملاحظة أن نظام السنوركل EVO15168 يتطلب استخدام نظام سحب الهواء البارد EVO من Injen، ولا يتوافق مع أي أنظمة سحب هواء أخرى من السوق التجاري أو مع النظام الأصلي (OE). تعتمد الأطقم على الطراز والمحرك، وقد أوضحناها لك أدناه. ومن المهم أيضاً ملاحظة أنه بينما تتبع معظم المكونات عملية تركيب بسيطة، يتطلب هذا المنتج أيضاً بعض القص البسيط في الكبوت.

EVOLUTION Snorkel For The Jeep JL/JT
When you're out on the trails, you need your Jeep to be durable and dependable, ensuring that you and your Jeep make it home every time. Keep that in mind while reviewing the competitors snorkels and the materials used to manufacture them. Some of our competitors use an inferior HDPE linear polyethylene or even a weaker LLDPE to mold their snorkels.
HDPE is cheap for manufacturing but doesn't come close to the strength and durability of the XLPE polyethylene that Injen uses. XLPE has 20 times the environmental stress crack resistance of HDPE, 10 times the molecular weight of HDPE, and 5 times the impact and tensile strength of HDPE.
In other words, Injen's Evolution intake systems are built tough and designed to get you anywhere you want to go. Period!
Injen Technology's EVO15168 snorkel system is specifically designed for the 2018+ Jeep Wrangler and it's big brother, the Jeep Gladiator. When we say specifically, we mean it too! Using advanced 3D CAD modeling, the engineers at Injen Technology were able to hug every bodyline and curve of your Jeep for a near seamless fitment.
Along with those great looks that this snorkel provides, the raised air inlet also allows cooler air to feed your engine, resulting in an improved combustion process and power output.
Please note that the EVO15168 snorkel system requires the use of Injen's EVO cold air intake and does not fit with any other aftermarket intakes or the OE system. Kits are model and engine dependent, which have been outlined for you below.
It is also important to note that while most components follow a straightforward install process, this product also requires some minor cutting of your hood. For your convenience, this kit includes a template to ease the install process.
Avoid the ingestion of dust, water, and snow is critical for keeping your Jeep moving down the trail. Injen Technology's new 2-piece snorkel system addresses this by relocating your Jeep's engine air inlet from a low, vulnerable position to a high, safe location for a constant supply of cold, clean air.
