يتميز هذا النظام بمقصات علوية (Control Arm) مزودة بمفصل Delta Joint PRO الحاصل على براءة اختراع من ICON. يُعد Delta Joint PRO مفصل الحركة المبتكر الجديد من ICON لأنظمة التعليق، إذ يجمع بين متانة وطول عمر كرات المقص (Ball Joint) المماثلة للأصلية، وبين أداء وقوة يتفوقان على كرات المقص التقليدية المخصصة لرياضة السيارات.

يتميز Delta Joint PRO بتصميم جديد قابل لإعادة البناء والصيانة، يمكن فيه فك أي مكوّن وفحصه واستبداله دون الحاجة إلى شراء مفصل جديد بالكامل. وقد تم تحسين القوة والمتانة باستخدام كرة أكبر بسطح تحميل أكبر بنسبة 56% مقارنة بمفصل Delta Joint القياسي لدينا، إلى جانب إحكام أفضل لمانع تسريب التشحيم.

لكن الأداء المحسّن هو جوهر Delta Joint PRO، مع زاوية حركة كاملة تبلغ 90 درجة من أقصى طرف إلى الآخر. ويمثل ذلك تحسناً بنسبة 14% في نطاق الحركة مقارنة بمفصل Delta Joint الأصلي عالي الكفاءة، مما يتيح أقصى حركة للتعليق دون تقييد عبر كامل نطاق المشوار. صُنع Delta Joint PRO لتحمّل الظروف القاسية، بكرة وعمود من الكرومولي (Chromoly) بسطح تحميل مقسّى حتى Rockwell C 55.

أما المجاري القابلة للاستبدال فمصنوعة من معدن ملبّد (Sintered) مشرّب بالجرافيت، ومشغولة بأدق التفاوتات لتوفير واجهة تحميل معدنية على معدنية خالية من العيوب. كما أعدنا تصميم نظام التشحيم بقنوات توزع الشحم بكفاءة أكبر دون أن تمتد إلى ما بعد مانع تسريب المفصل.

لا تضيف المقصات العلوية Delta Joint PRO المصنوعة من ألمنيوم البيليت القوة والمتانة فحسب، بل تساعد أيضاً في الحفاظ على مواصفات ضبط الزوايا الأصلية، وتتيح ضبط الكاستر/الكامبر والسيارة على الأرض، وتستوعب ارتفاع الرفع الإضافي الذي يوفره هذا النظام.

21-26 FORD F150 4WD 3.5-4.5" STAGE 4 SUSPENSION SYSTEM BILLET CDXS LEAF PACK

This system features upper control arms with ICON's patented Delta Joint PRO. Delta Joint PRO is ICON's innovative new suspension articulation joint which combines the durability and longevity of factory style ball joints with performance and strength that exceeds traditional motorsports-style ball joints.

The Delta Joint PRO features a new rebuildable, serviceable design in which any component may be removed, inspected, and replaced without having to purchase a whole new joint. Strength and durability are improved by using a larger ball with 56% more bearing surface than our standard Delta Joint, along with improved lubrication sealing.

But improved performance is at the heart of the Delta Joint PRO, with a full 90 degrees of articulation, from one extreme to the other. This represents a 14% improvement in range of motion, over the highly capable original Delta Joint, allowing for maximum bind-free suspension movement through the complete range of travel.

The Delta Joint PRO is built to take the abuse, with a chromoly ball and shaft that has a bearing surface hardened to Rockwell C 55. The replaceable races are made of graphite-impregnated sintered metal, machined to the finest tolerance to provide a flawless, metal-to-metal bearing interface.

We also redesigned the lubrication system, with lubricant channels that distribute grease more efficiently without extending past the bearing seal.

Billet aluminum Delta Joint PRO upper control arms not only add strength and durability but help retain factory alignment specs, offer on-vehicle caster/camber adjustment, and allow for the extra lift height this system provides.

ICON 2.5 Aluminum Series CDCV piggyback reservoir rear shocks utilize vehicle-specific valving and offer increased damping and heat dissipation, balancing the performance of the truck from front to rear. ICON's exclusive Compression Damping Dual Speed (CDXS) valves are included for precisely dialing in your suspension performance.

CDXS controls fluid flow under compression, with independent adjustability of high speed and low speed compression force. 10 discreet detented settings for both low and high-speed adjustment knobs allow separate adjustments for handling response and overall aggressiveness.

ICON Multi-Rate Leaf Springs allow rear spring rate and ride height customization, improve ride quality, and reduce axle wrap by eliminating the factory rear blocks. Rear ride height is kept within an acceptable range using the ICON billet aluminum 1" lowering shackles.

ICON Vehicle Dynamics 2021-2026 Ford F-150 4WD suspension systems are designed with maximum performance and the serious driver in mind. ICON's primary focus is to increase wheel travel and damping ability, which translates into outstanding vehicle control and ride quality.

To achieve this, these systems include high-strength CNC machined ductile iron steering knuckles that replicate the suspension geometry of the F-150 Tremor and are effectively a Tremor “conversion” for your F-150 4WD.

This Stage 4 system includes vehicle-specific tuned 2.5” coilover shocks featuring CDCV equipped remote reservoirs for exceptional cooling properties and ICON-engineered coil springs for superior vehicle “feel” through the range of travel. These coilovers are adjustable for 3.5-4.5” of front lift, allowing the use of larger, more aggressive wheel and tire combos.

Their combination with the ICON steering knuckles also allows for a 20% increase in wheel travel compared to other ICON F-150 kits.
