Delta Joint PRO هو مفصل التعليق المبتكر الجديد من ICON، الذي يجمع بين متانة وطول عمر كرات المقص بأسلوب المصنع، وبين أداء وقوة يتفوقان على كرات المقص التقليدية المخصصة لرياضة السيارات. تم تحسين القوة والمتانة باستخدام كرة أكبر بمساحة تحميل أكبر بنسبة 56% مقارنة بـ Delta Joint القياسي، إلى جانب إحكام أفضل لمانع تسريب التشحيم.
لكن الأداء المحسّن هو جوهر Delta Joint PRO، إذ يوفر حركة مفصلية كاملة بزاوية 90 درجة من أقصى طرف إلى الآخر. وهذا يمثل تحسناً بنسبة 14% في مدى الحركة مقارنة بـ Delta Joint الأصلي عالي الكفاءة، مما يتيح أقصى حركة للتعليق دون تعليق عبر كامل مدى المشوار. صُمم Delta Joint PRO لتحمل الاستخدام القاسي، بكرة وعمود من الكرومولي بسطح تحميل مُقسّى حتى Rockwell C 55.
أما المجاري القابلة للاستبدال فمصنوعة من معدن ملبّد مشرّب بالجرافيت، ومشغولة بأدق التفاوتات لتوفير واجهة تحميل مثالية من معدن إلى معدن. كما أعدنا تصميم نظام التشحيم بقنوات توزع الشحم بكفاءة أكبر دون أن تتجاوز مانع تسريب المحمل.
صُمم طقم المقصات العلوية (Upper Control Arm) من ألمنيوم بيليت (Billet) من ICON لتحسين الأداء العام لـ Ram 1500 TRX 2021-2024 و Ram 1500 RHO 2025-2026 من خلال تصحيح هندسة الواجهة الأمامية، وإتاحة ضبط الكامبر والكاستر، وتحسين الخلوص بين مكونات التعليق. وهي مصنوعة من ألمنيوم بيليت 6061 مشغول بتقنية CNC يجمع بين خفة الوزن وخصائص المتانة العالية.
يتيح استبدال كرة المقص (Ball Joint) الأصلية OE بـ وصلة ICON Delta Joint PRO شوط انضغاط وتمدد كاملاً (Bump & Droop) للتعليق الأمامي مع منع التقييد (Bind). توفر وصلات Heim من FK Rod End مقاس 7/8” أداءً دقيقاً وسلساً على امتداد نطاق الحركة، بينما تتيح جلبة الضبط المزدوجة المميزة من ICON ضبط الكامبر والكاستر والمقص مركّب على السيارة.
ومع تضمين جميع المكونات والبراغي اللازمة لتركيب كامل، تُعد هذه المقصات العلوية (UCAs) المصنوعة من البيليت الترقية المثالية لـ Ram 1500 TRX 2021-2024 و Ram 1500 RHO 2025-2026.

21-24 RAM 1500 TRX/25-26 RAM 1500 RHO BILLET UCA DJ PRO KIT
Delta Joint PRO is ICON's innovative new suspension articulation joint which combines the durability and longevity of factory style ball joints with performance and strength that exceeds traditional motorsports-style ball joints.
Strength and durability are improved by using a larger ball with 56% more bearing surface than our standard Delta Joint, along with improved lubrication sealing. But improved performance is at the heart of the Delta Joint PRO, with a full 90 degrees of articulation, from one extreme to the other.
This represents a 14% improvement in range of motion, over the highly capable original Delta Joint, allowing for maximum bind-free suspension movement through the complete range of travel. The Delta Joint PRO is built to take the abuse, with a chromoly ball and shaft that has a bearing surface hardened to Rockwell C 55.
The replaceable races are made of graphite-impregnated sintered metal, machined to the finest tolerance to provide a flawless, metal-to-metal bearing interface. We also redesigned the lubrication system, with lubricant channels that distribute grease more efficiently without extending past the bearing seal.
This ICON billet aluminum upper control arm kit is designed to improve the overall performance of the 2021-2024 Ram 1500 TRX and 2025-2026 Ram 1500 RHO with corrected front-end geometry, adjustable camber and caster, and improved suspension component clearance. These are constructed of CNC machined 6061 billet aluminum merging light weight with high strength properties.
Replacing the OE ball joint with the ICON Delta Joint PRO allows for full bump and droop travel of the front suspension while eliminating bind. FK Rod End 7/8” Heim joints provide precise and smooth function throughout the range of travel while ICON’s signature double adjuster sleeve allows for on-vehicle camber and caster adjustment.
Included with all components and hardware necessary for a complete install, these billet UCAs are the perfect upgrade for the 2021-2024 Ram 1500 TRX and 2025-2026 Ram 1500 RHO.
