يتميز نظام التعليق Stage 5 من ICON Vehicle Dynamics لـ Ford Bronco 2021 وما بعدها بمساعدات كويل أوفر بخزان خارجي (Remote Reservoir)، مصنّعة بدقة وبصمامات مخصصة، لتحقيق أقصى مدى حركة ممكن مع جودة قيادة فائقة وأداء تعليق متميز على الطرق المعبدة وخارجها.

كما تتيح هذه الكويل أوفر ضبط ارتفاع السيارة لتحقيق رفع أمامي بمقدار 3-4” ورفع خلفي بمقدار 2-3” مقارنةً بسيارات Bronco الأصلية ذات الأربعة أبواب غير المزودة بباقة Sasquatch.

تزيد الخزانات الخارجية بشكل كبير من كمية زيت المساعد ومساحة سطح تبديد الحرارة لمقاومة السخونة الزائدة والتكهف (Cavitation) عند الاستخدام الشاق، واللذين قد يؤديان إلى ضعف أداء التخميد، مما يضمن أداءً ثابتاً للمساعدات عند السرعات العالية على التضاريس الوعرة.

ولاستيعاب زيادة مدى الحركة وارتفاع الرفع الذي توفره كويل أوفر ICON، يأتي طقم Stage 5 هذا مع مقصات علوية أنبوبية (Tubular Upper Control Arms) توفر تصحيحاً لزاوية الكاستر وتتميز بمفصل Delta Joint PRO الحاصل على براءة اختراع، والذي يتيح حرية حركة تصل إلى 90 درجة.

يبدأ Stage 5 في تحرير حركة التعليق الخلفي لسيارة Bronco مع اكتساب قوة إضافية وخلوص أرضي أكبر بفضل إضافة أذرع التعليق السفلية الخلفية الأنبوبية من ICON. تستخدم هذه الأذرع القابلة للضبط جلباً ثنائية الصلابة (Dual-Durometer) لا تحتاج إلى تشحيم في أحد طرفيها، ورؤوس أذرع (Rod End) ضخمة من FK في الطرف الآخر لتوفير أفضل مزيج من حرية الحركة وجودة القيادة.

رُكّبت المساعدات الخلفية بوضعية العمود للأعلى (Shaft-Up) مع سوست (Coil Springs) فريدة ثلاثية المعدل، لتحقيق أقصى مدى حركة للتعليق الخلفي وأفضل جودة قيادة ممكنة. صُمم نظام التعليق هذا لتوفير مدى حركة يصل إلى 11.5" للتعليق الأمامي و14" للتعليق الخلفي عند استخدامه مع إطارات 35X12.50.

ويمكن استخدامه بأمان مع إطارات 37" وأكبر عند استخدام محددات حركة الصعود الاختيارية (Up-Travel Limiters) (تُباع بشكل منفصل).

يجب إزالة قضبان الحماية من الاصطدام (Crash Bars) الأصلية في سيارات Bronco غير المزودة بباقة Sasquatch لإفساح المجال لإطارات 35" وأكبر، لكن ICON توفر الآن طقم قضبان حماية بديل عالي الخلوص (High Clearance Crash Bar) لمن يرغب في تركيب إطارات أكبر مع الاحتفاظ بوظيفة قضبان الحماية.

صُمم نظام التعليق هذا ليوفر مشوار تعليق (Travel) أمامي يصل إلى 11.5" ومشوار تعليق خلفي يصل إلى 14" عند استخدامه مع إطارات 35X12.50. ويمكن استخدامه بأمان مع إطارات 37" وأكبر عند استخدام محددات المشوار العلوي الاختيارية (تُباع بشكل منفصل).

ملاحظة التركيب #271: السوست الخلفية ثلاثية الصلابة مُحسّنة لتحسين أداء التعليق وجودة القيادة لسيارة Bronco بوزن قريب من الوزن الأصلي. صلابتها الأولية الأنعم ستنتج ارتفاعات أقل من المُعلن عنها عند إضافة وزن إلى مؤخرة السيارة.

ملاحظة التركيب #267: تم اختبار التوافق مع قطع التوجيه من ICON والأصلية (OE). نظراً لضيق الخلوص مع الكويل أوفر الأمامي، قد لا تتوافق بعض قطع التوجيه التجارية البديلة.

الإطارات المقترحة (Aftermarket): 35" x 12.50" (يُنصح بقضبان حماية (Crash Bars) عالية الخلوص رقم القطعة 42000، وتتطلب إطارات 37" فواصل مصدات الارتداد (Bump Stop) للكويل أوفر مع قص وإجراء تعديلات)

The ICON Vehicle Dynamics Stage 5 Suspension System for the 2021-UP Ford Bronco features our precision-manufactured, custom valved remote reservoir coilover shocks to yield the maximum travel possible along with superior ride quality and suspension performance both on and off-road.

These coilovers also allow for the adjustment of ride height to yield 3-4” of front lift and 2-3” of rear lift over stock 4-door Broncos without the Sasquatch Package.

Remote reservoirs greatly increase shock oil volume and heat dissipation surface area to resist overheating and cavitation under hard use, which can lead to damper fade, ensuring sustained shock performance at speed through rough terrain.

To accommodate the increased travel and lift height afforded by the ICON Coilovers, this Stage 5 kit comes with Tubular Upper Control Arms which provide caster correction and feature our patented Delta Joint PRO, which allows for up to 90-degrees freedom of movement.

Stage 5 begins to free up the Bronco's rear suspension articulation while gaining strength and ground clearance with the addition of ICON tubular rear lower suspension links. These adjustable links employ dual-durometer greaseless bushings at one end, and massive FK rod ends at the other to provide the best combination of free articulation and ride quality.

The rear shocks are oriented shaft-up with unique triple-rate coil springs to achieve the most rear suspension travel and the best ride quality possible. This suspension system is designed to provide up to 11.5" of front suspension travel and 14" of rear suspension travel when used with 35X12.50 tires.

It may be safely used with 37" and larger tires if using the optional up-travel limiters (sold separately). The factory crash bars on non-Sasquatch equipped Broncos must be removed to clear 35" and larger tires, but ICON now offers a replacement High Clearance Crash Bar set for those who would like to run larger tires and retain the functionality of the crash bars.
