نظام تعليق Stage 7 رفع 2-3in CDXS بيليت (Billet) بسوست ثقيلة (Heavy Rate) من ICON لـ Bronco Sasquatch 21-23

يتميز نظام التعليق Stage 7 من ICON Vehicle Dynamics لـ Ford Bronco 2021-2026 بمساعدات كويل أوفر بخزانات خارجية (Remote Reservoir) مصنّعة بدقة وبصمامات مخصصة مع تقنية CDCV، لتحقيق أقصى مدى حركة ممكن مع جودة قيادة فائقة وأداء تعليق ممتاز على الطرق وخارجها.

كما تتيح هذه الكويل أوفرات ضبط ارتفاع السيارة للحصول على رفع أمامي 2-3” ورفع خلفي 1.25-2.25” مقارنة بسيارات Bronco الأصلية ذات 4 أبواب المزودة بباقة Sasquatch.

تزيد الخزانات الخارجية بشكل كبير من حجم زيت المساعد ومساحة سطح تبديد الحرارة لمقاومة السخونة الزائدة والتكهف (Cavitation) تحت الاستخدام الشاق، وهما ما قد يؤدي إلى ضعف أداء التخميد، مما يضمن أداءً ثابتاً للمساعدات عند السرعات العالية على التضاريس الوعرة. كما يتميز Stage 7 بصمامات التحكم في تخميد الانضغاط ثنائية السرعة (CDXS) الحصرية من ICON لضبط أداء التعليق بدقة.

تتحكم تقنية CDXS في تدفق الزيت أثناء الانضغاط، مع إمكانية ضبط قوة الانضغاط عالية السرعة ومنخفضة السرعة بشكل مستقل. وتتيح 10 إعدادات متدرجة منفصلة لكل من مقبضي ضبط السرعة المنخفضة والعالية إجراء تعديلات مستقلة لاستجابة التحكم ودرجة الشراسة العامة للتعليق.

ولاستيعاب الزيادة في مدى الحركة وارتفاع الرفع اللذين توفرهما كويل أوفرات ICON، يأتي طقم Stage 7 هذا مع مقصات علوية (Upper Control Arms) من ألمنيوم بيليت (Billet) توفر إمكانية ضبط زاويتي الكاستر والكامبر على السيارة مباشرة، وتتميز بمفصل Delta Joint PRO الحاصل على براءة اختراع، والذي يتيح حرية حركة تصل إلى 90 درجة.

تتضمن المرحلة Stage 7 أيضاً طقم الأذرع الخلفية الكامل من البيليت (Billet) بما في ذلك الأذرع العلوية، وعمود Track Bar الخلفي الأنبوبي القابل للتعديل من ICON. صُممت الأذرع العلوية المضافة لتحافظ على مسافة كافية عن خزان الوقود أثناء أقصى حركة للتعليق، وتتميز بجلب لا تحتاج إلى تشحيم ورؤوس أذرع (Rod End) ضخمة من FK وإمكانية الضبط وهي مركبة على السيارة تماماً مثل الأذرع السفلية.

كما يتميز عمود Track Bar القابل للتعديل بجلبتنا التي لا تحتاج إلى تشحيم بصلابتين مختلفتين (Dual-Durometer) ورأس ذراع (Rod End) من FK، إضافة إلى إمكانية الضبط وهو مركب على السيارة لمحاذاة العكس الخلفي لسيارة Bronco بشكل مثالي مع أي ارتفاع رفع.

تُركّب الكويل أوفرات الخلفية باتجاه العمود للأعلى (Shaft Up) وتأتي بسوست (Coil Springs) تصاعدية مزدوجة المعدل من تصميم ICON الحصري، توفر قدرة تحميل إضافية لمن يحمّلون سيارات Bronco بانتظام بمعدات وتجهيزات إضافية، مع الحفاظ على أداء ممتاز على الطرق المعبدة والوعرة.

صُمم نظام التعليق هذا ليوفر مدى حركة يصل إلى 11.5" للتعليق الأمامي و14" للتعليق الخلفي عند استخدامه مع إطارات 35X12.50. ويمكن استخدامه بأمان مع إطارات 37" وأكبر عند استخدام محددات الحركة العلوية الاختيارية (Up-Travel Limiters) (تباع بشكل منفصل).

ملاحظة التركيب #273: السوست الخلفية عالية الصلابة Heavy Rate Rear Coil Springs من ICON مُحسّنة لزيادة ارتفاع مؤخرة Bronco المحمّلة بوزن إضافي في الخلف. ستؤدي هذه السوست إلى ميلان إيجابي طفيف (ارتفاع الخلف عن الأمام) عندما تكون Bronco غير محمّلة.

ملاحظة التركيب #267: تم اختبار التوافق مع قطع التوجيه من ICON والأصلية (OE). نظراً لضيق الخلوص مع الكويل أوفر الأمامي، قد لا تتوافق بعض قطع التوجيه التجارية البديلة.

21-26 BRONCO SASQ 2-3" LIFT STAGE 7 SUSPENSION SYSTEM CDXS BILLET HEAVY RATE

The ICON Vehicle Dynamics Stage 7 Suspension System for the 2021-2026 Ford Bronco features our precision-manufactured, custom valved remote reservoir coilover shocks with CDCV to yield the maximum travel possible along with superior ride quality and suspension performance both on and off-road.

These coilovers also allow for the adjustment of ride height to yield 2-3” of front lift and 1.25-2.25” of rear lift over stock 4-door Broncos with the Sasquatch Package.

Remote reservoirs greatly increase shock oil volume and heat dissipation surface area to resist overheating and cavitation under hard use, which can lead to damper fade, ensuring sustained shock performance at speed through rough terrain. Stage 7 also features ICON's exclusive Compression Damping Dual Speed (CDXS) valves for precisely dialing in your suspension performance.

CDXS controls fluid flow under compression, with independent adjustability of high speed and low speed compression force. 10 discreet detented settings for both low and high-speed adjustment knobs allow separate adjustments for handling response and overall aggressiveness.

To accommodate the increased travel and lift height afforded by the ICON Coilovers, this Stage 7 kit comes with Billet Aluminum Upper Control Arms which provide on-vehicle caster and camber adjustability and feature our patented Delta Joint PRO, which allows for up to 90-degrees freedom of movement.

Stage 7 also includes the complete billet rear link kit including upper links and ICON's tubular Adjustable Rear Track Bar. The added upper links have been designed for clearance from the fuel tank during maximum articulation and feature greaseless bushings, massive FK rod ends, and on-vehicle adjustability just like the lower links.

The Adjustable Track Bar also features our dual-durometer greaseless bushing and an FK Rod End, as well as on-vehicle adjustability for perfectly aligning the Bronco's rear axle for any lift height.

The rear coilovers are mounted in a shaft up orientation and feature unique ICON engineered progressive dual rate coil springs that provide extra weight capacity for those who frequently load out their Broncos with extra gear and equipment while maintaining excellent on- and off-road performance characteristics.

This suspension system is designed to provide up to 11.5" of front suspension travel and 14" of rear suspension travel when used with 35X12.50 tires. It may be safely used with 37" and larger tires if using the optional up-travel limiters (sold separately).

UCAs feature the patented (U.S. Pat. 10,731,700) Delta Joint Pro with 90 degrees of total articulation.
