صُممت أنظمة التعليق من ICON Vehicle Dynamics لـ Chevrolet Colorado WT وLT وZ71 2023-2026 مع التركيز على أقصى أداء وعلى السائق الجاد. ينصبّ تركيز مهندسي ICON في المقام الأول على زيادة مشوار العجلات وقدرة التخميد، ما ينعكس على تحكم ممتاز بالمركبة وجودة قيادة عالية على الطرق المعبدة وخارجها.
يتضمن نظام Stage 5 هذا مساعدات كويل أوفر مقاس 2.5” مضبوطة خصيصاً للمركبة مزودة بخزانات خارجية مجهزة بصمامات CDCV لخصائص تبريد استثنائية، وسوست (Coil Springs) مصممة من ICON لإحساس قيادة متفوق طوال مدى المشوار.
صُممت مساعدات الكويل أوفر هذه خصيصاً لعرض المسار (Track Width) الأضيق لهذه الفئات من Chevrolet Colorado، كما أنها قابلة لتعديل الارتفاع لتوفير رفع أمامي بمقدار 1.75-2.5” فوق الارتفاع الأصلي، ما يتيح استخدام تركيبات أكبر وأكثر جرأة من الجنوط والإطارات.
ويحسّن طول مشوارها الممتد الأداء عبر زيادة مشوار العجلات الأمامية بنسبة 20% مقارنة بالأصلي، ليصل الإجمالي إلى 9.5” من الانضغاط الكامل إلى التمدد الكامل. لا تضيف المقصات العلوية الأنبوبية Delta Joint PRO القوة والمتانة فحسب، بل تساعد أيضاً في الحفاظ على مواصفات ضبط الزوايا (Alignment) الأصلية، مع زيادة زاوية Caster مقارنة بالأصلي لضمان ضبط صحيح لزوايا العجلات.
ويتيح نطاق الحركة الأكبر لمقصات Delta Joint PRO تركيب مساعدات الكويل أوفر ذات المشوار الممتد واستيعاب مشوار العجلات الإضافي الذي يوفره هذا النظام. تستخدم المساعدات الخلفية ICON 2.5 Aluminum Series CDCV ذات الخزان الملحق (Piggyback) صمامات (Valving) مخصصة للمركبة، وتوفر تخميداً وتبديداً للحرارة أعلى، لتحقيق توازن في أداء الشاحنة من الأمام إلى الخلف.

يتميز Delta Joint PRO بتصميم جديد قابل لإعادة البناء والصيانة، يمكن فيه فك أي مكوّن وفحصه واستبداله دون الحاجة إلى شراء مفصل جديد بالكامل. وقد تم تحسين القوة والمتانة باستخدام كرة أكبر بسطح تحميل أكبر بنسبة 56% مقارنة بمفصل Delta Joint القياسي لدينا، إلى جانب إحكام أفضل لمانع تسريب التشحيم.
لكن الأداء المحسّن هو جوهر Delta Joint PRO، مع زاوية حركة كاملة تبلغ 90 درجة من أقصى طرف إلى الآخر. ويمثل ذلك تحسناً بنسبة 14% في نطاق الحركة مقارنة بمفصل Delta Joint الأصلي عالي الكفاءة، مما يتيح أقصى حركة للتعليق دون تقييد عبر كامل نطاق المشوار. صُنع Delta Joint PRO لتحمّل الظروف القاسية، بكرة وعمود من الكرومولي (Chromoly) بسطح تحميل مقسّى حتى Rockwell C 55.
أما المجاري القابلة للاستبدال فمصنوعة من معدن ملبّد (Sintered) مشرّب بالجرافيت، ومشغولة بأدق التفاوتات لتوفير واجهة تحميل معدنية على معدنية خالية من العيوب. كما أعدنا تصميم نظام التشحيم بقنوات توزع الشحم بكفاءة أكبر دون أن تمتد إلى ما بعد مانع تسريب المفصل.

ICON Vehicle Dynamics 2023-2026 Chevrolet Colorado WT, LT, and Z71 suspension systems are designed with maximum performance and the serious driver in mind. ICON engineers’ primary focus is to increase wheel travel and damping ability, which translates into outstanding vehicle control and ride quality both on and off-road.
This Stage 5 system includes vehicle-specific tuned 2.5” coilover shocks featuring CDCV equipped remote reservoirs for exceptional cooling properties and ICON-engineered coil springs for superior vehicle “feel” through the range of travel.
These coilovers, specifically designed for the narrower track width of these Chevrolet Colorado submodels, are also height adjustable for 1.75-2.5” of front lift over stock, allowing the use of larger, more aggressive wheel and tire combinations.
Their extended travel length improves performance by increasing front wheel travel by 20% over stock, for a total of 9.5”, from full compression to full extension. Tubular Delta Joint PRO upper control arms not only add strength and durability, but help retain factory alignment specs, increasing caster over stock to ensure proper wheel alignment.
The Delta Joint PROs' increased range of motion allows the fitment of the extended travel coilovers and the increased wheel travel this system provides. ICON 2.5 Aluminum Series CDCV piggyback reservoir rear shocks utilize a vehicle-specific valving and offer increased damping and heat dissipation, balancing the performance of the truck from front to rear.
The included ICON CDC Valves are externally adjustable valves that restrict oil flow into the reservoir which creates 10 levels of compression damping force ranges.

This system features upper control arms with ICON's patented Delta Joint PRO. Delta Joint PRO is ICON's innovative new suspension articulation joint which combines the durability and longevity of factory style ball joints with performance and strength that exceeds traditional motorsports-style ball joints.
The Delta Joint PRO features a new rebuildable, serviceable design in which any component may be removed, inspected, and replaced without having to purchase a whole new joint. Strength and durability are improved by using a larger ball with 56% more bearing surface than our standard Delta Joint, along with improved lubrication sealing.
But improved performance is at the heart of the Delta Joint PRO, with a full 90 degrees of articulation, from one extreme to the other. This represents a 14% improvement in range of motion, over the highly capable original Delta Joint, allowing for maximum bind-free suspension movement through the complete range of travel.
The Delta Joint PRO is built to take the abuse, with a chromoly ball and shaft that has a bearing surface hardened to Rockwell C 55. The replaceable races are made of graphite-impregnated sintered metal, machined to the finest tolerance to provide a flawless, metal-to-metal bearing interface.
We also redesigned the lubrication system, with lubricant channels that distribute grease more efficiently without extending past the bearing seal.
