صُممت أنظمة التعليق ICON Vehicle Dynamics لـ Ford F-150 4WD 2021-2026 لتحقيق أقصى أداء مع مراعاة احتياجات السائق المحترف. ينصبّ التركيز الأساسي لشركة ICON على زيادة مدى حركة العجلات وقدرة التخميد، وهو ما ينعكس على تحكم ممتاز بالمركبة وجودة قيادة عالية على الطرق المعبدة وخارجها.
ولتحقيق ذلك، تتضمن هذه الأنظمة ركب توجيه (Steering Knuckles) عالية القوة مصنوعة من الحديد المرن (Ductile Iron) ومشغولة بتقنية CNC، تحاكي هندسة نظام تعليق F-150 Tremor، لتكون فعلياً بمثابة "تحويل" إلى Tremor لسيارتك F-150 4WD.
يتضمن نظام Stage 5 هذا مساعدات كويل أوفر مقاس 2.5” مضبوطة خصيصاً للمركبة ومزودة بخزانات خارجية (Remote Reservoir) مجهزة بتقنية CDEV لخصائص تبريد استثنائية، مع سوست (Coil Springs) من تصميم مهندسي ICON تمنح إحساساً مميزاً بالمركبة طوال مدى الحركة.
كما أن هذه الكويل أوفر قابلة للتعديل لتوفير رفع أمامي بمقدار 3.5-4.5” فوق الارتفاع الأصلي، مما يتيح استخدام تركيبات أكبر وأكثر شراسة من الجنوط والإطارات. كما يتيح دمجها مع ركب التوجيه (Steering Knuckles) من ICON زيادة في مدى حركة العجلات بنسبة 20% مقارنة بأطقم ICON الأخرى لـ F-150.
لا تقتصر مقصات Delta Joint PRO العلوية المصنوعة من ألمنيوم بيليت (Billet) على إضافة القوة والمتانة، بل تساعد أيضاً في الحفاظ على نطاق مواصفات ضبط الزوايا (الميزان) المصنعية، وتوفر إمكانية ضبط الكاستر/الكامبر (Caster/Camber) دون فكها من المركبة، وتستوعب ارتفاع الرفع الإضافي الذي يوفره هذا النظام.
تعتمد المساعدات الخلفية ICON 2.5 Aluminum Series بخزان جانبي ملحق (Piggyback) ومزودة بتقنية CDEV على صمامات مضبوطة خصيصاً للمركبة، وتوفر تخميداً أعلى وتبديداً أفضل للحرارة. ركّز على القيادة ودع نظام ICON Intelligent Control (IIC) يقرأ طبيعة التضاريس ويجري تعديلات شبه فورية عبر صمام التخميد الإلكتروني للانضغاط (CDEV) في كل مساعد على حدة.
تحكّم في النظام لاسلكياً عبر تطبيق IIC على هاتفك، وبعد ضبطه يعمل النظام تلقائياً دون أي تدخل من السائق. تتيح ريش ICON Multi-Rate تخصيص صلابة الريش الخلفية وارتفاع المركبة، وتحسّن جودة القيادة، وتقلل التواء المحور (Axle Wrap) عبر الاستغناء عن البلوكات الخلفية المصنعية.
يُحافَظ على ارتفاع المؤخرة ضمن نطاق مناسب باستخدام شاكلات تنزيل (Lowering Shackles) مقاس 1" من ألمنيوم بيليت (Billet) من ICON.
يتميز هذا النظام بمقصات علوية (Control Arm) مزودة بمفصل Delta Joint PRO الحاصل على براءة اختراع من ICON. يُعد Delta Joint PRO مفصل الحركة المبتكر الجديد من ICON لأنظمة التعليق، إذ يجمع بين متانة وطول عمر كرات المقص (Ball Joint) المماثلة للأصلية، وبين أداء وقوة يتفوقان على كرات المقص التقليدية المخصصة لرياضة السيارات.
يتميز Delta Joint PRO بتصميم جديد قابل لإعادة البناء والصيانة، يمكن فيه فك أي مكوّن وفحصه واستبداله دون الحاجة إلى شراء مفصل جديد بالكامل. وقد تم تحسين القوة والمتانة باستخدام كرة أكبر بسطح تحميل أكبر بنسبة 56% مقارنة بمفصل Delta Joint القياسي لدينا، إلى جانب إحكام أفضل لمانع تسريب التشحيم.
لكن الأداء المحسّن هو جوهر Delta Joint PRO، مع زاوية حركة كاملة تبلغ 90 درجة من أقصى طرف إلى الآخر. ويمثل ذلك تحسناً بنسبة 14% في نطاق الحركة مقارنة بمفصل Delta Joint الأصلي عالي الكفاءة، مما يتيح أقصى حركة للتعليق دون تقييد عبر كامل نطاق المشوار. صُنع Delta Joint PRO لتحمّل الظروف القاسية، بكرة وعمود من الكرومولي (Chromoly) بسطح تحميل مقسّى حتى Rockwell C 55.
أما المجاري القابلة للاستبدال فمصنوعة من معدن ملبّد (Sintered) مشرّب بالجرافيت، ومشغولة بأدق التفاوتات لتوفير واجهة تحميل معدنية على معدنية خالية من العيوب. كما أعدنا تصميم نظام التشحيم بقنوات توزع الشحم بكفاءة أكبر دون أن تمتد إلى ما بعد مانع تسريب المفصل.
يستخدم نظام ICON Intelligent Control (IIC) حساسات مدمجة لمراقبة قوى التسارع (G-forces) وحركة شاصي السيارة، إلى جانب الإعدادات التي يحددها المستخدم، لإجراء تغييرات شبه فورية وفعّالة في تخميد الانضغاط
التوافق مع الجنوط والإطارات الأصلية: غير متوافق مع جميع تركيبات الجنوط/الإطارات الأصلية المتاحة. يُنصح بجنوط معدلة بأوفست أقل/عمق خلفي (Backspace) أقل.

21-26 FORD F150 4WD 3.5-4.5" STAGE 5 SUSPENSION SYS BILLET UCA / LEAF PACK
ICON Vehicle Dynamics 2021-2026 Ford F-150 4WD suspension systems are designed with maximum performance and the serious driver in mind. ICON’s primary focus is to increase wheel travel and damping ability, which translates into outstanding vehicle control and ride quality both on and off-road.
To achieve this, these systems include high-strength CNC machined ductile iron steering knuckles that replicate the suspension geometry of the F-150 Tremor and are effectively a Tremor “conversion” for your F-150 4WD.
This Stage 5 system includes vehicle-specific tuned 2.5” coilover shocks featuring CDEV equipped remote reservoirs for exceptional cooling properties and ICON-engineered coil springs for superior vehicle “feel” through the range of travel.
These coilovers are alsos adjustable for 3.5-4.5” of front lift over stock, allowing the use of larger, more aggressive wheel and tire combos. Their combination with the ICON steering knuckles also allows for a 20% increase in wheel travel compared to other ICON F-150 kits.
Billet aluminum Delta Joint PRO upper control arms not only add strength and durability, but help retain factory alignment spec range, offer on-vehicle caster/camber adjustment, and allow for the extra lift height this system provides.
ICON 2.5 Aluminum Series CDEV piggyback reservoir rear shocks utilize a vehicle-specific valving and offer increased damping and heat dissipation. Focus on driving and let ICON Intelligent Control (IIC) read the terrain and make near-instant adjustments via the Compression Damping Electronic Valve (CDEV) at each individual shock.
Control the system wirelessly through the IIC app on your phone and once configured the system functions without driver input. ICON Multi-Rate Leaf Springs allow rear spring rate and ride height customization, improve ride quality, and reduce axle wrap by eliminating the factory rear blocks.
Rear ride height is kept within an acceptable range using the ICON billet aluminum 1" lowering shackles.
This system features upper control arms with ICON's patented Delta Joint PRO. Delta Joint PRO is ICON's innovative new suspension articulation joint which combines the durability and longevity of factory style ball joints with performance and strength that exceeds traditional motorsports-style ball joints.
The Delta Joint PRO features a new rebuildable, serviceable design in which any component may be removed, inspected, and replaced without having to purchase a whole new joint. Strength and durability are improved by using a larger ball with 56% more bearing surface than our standard Delta Joint, along with improved lubrication sealing.
But improved performance is at the heart of the Delta Joint PRO, with a full 90 degrees of articulation, from one extreme to the other. This represents a 14% improvement in range of motion, over the highly capable original Delta Joint, allowing for maximum bind-free suspension movement through the complete range of travel.
The Delta Joint PRO is built to take the abuse, with a chromoly ball and shaft that has a bearing surface hardened to Rockwell C 55. The replaceable races are made of graphite-impregnated sintered metal, machined to the finest tolerance to provide a flawless, metal-to-metal bearing interface.
We also redesigned the lubrication system, with lubricant channels that distribute grease more efficiently without extending past the bearing seal.
ICON Intelligent Control (IIC) uses onboard sensors to monitor G-forces and movement of vehicle chassis along with user defined settings to actively make near instantaneous compression damping changes
