صُممت أنظمة تعليق ICON Vehicle Dynamics لـ Ford F-150 Tremor 2021-2026 لتقديم أقصى أداء مع مراعاة احتياجات السائق المحترف. ينصبّ تركيز مهندسي ICON بالدرجة الأولى على زيادة مدى حركة العجلات وقدرة التخميد، مما ينعكس على تحكم ممتاز بالمركبة وجودة قيادة عالية على الطرق المعبدة وخارجها.
يتضمن نظام Stage 5 هذا مساعدات كويل أوفر مقاس 2.5” معايرة خصيصاً للمركبة وبطول مخصص لـ F-150 Tremor، لزيادة مدى حركة العجلات الأمامية بنسبة 20% مقارنة بالمساعدات الأصلية. تتميز هذه الكويل أوفرات بخزانات منفصلة (Remote Reservoirs) مزودة بـ CDEV لتبريد استثنائي، وسوست (Coil Springs) من تصميم ICON لإحساس قيادة أفضل للمركبة على امتداد مدى الحركة.
كما أن هذه الكويل أوفرات قابلة لتعديل الارتفاع لتوفير رفع أمامي بمقدار 2.5-3” مقارنة بالوضع الأصلي، مما يتيح استخدام جنوط وإطارات أكبر حجماً وأكثر جرأة.
لا تقتصر مقصات Delta Joint Pro العلوية الأنبوبية (Tubular Upper Control Arms) على F-150 على إضافة القوة والمتانة، بل تساعد أيضاً في الحفاظ على نطاق مواصفات ضبط الزوايا (الميزانية) الأصلي، مع زيادة زاوية الكاستر (Caster) مقارنة بالأصلية، وتستوعب ارتفاع الرفع الإضافي الذي يوفره هذا النظام.
تستخدم المساعدات الخلفية ICON 2.5 Aluminum Series CDEV ذات الخزان الملحق (Piggyback Reservoir) نظام صمامات (Valving) مخصصاً للمركبة، وتوفر تخميداً أعلى وتبديداً أفضل للحرارة، مما يحقق توازناً في أداء الشاحنة من الأمام إلى الخلف.

لكن الأداء المحسّن هو جوهر Delta Joint PRO، مع زاوية حركة كاملة تبلغ 90 درجة من أقصى طرف إلى الآخر. ويمثل ذلك تحسناً بنسبة 14% في نطاق الحركة مقارنة بمفصل Delta Joint الأصلي عالي الكفاءة، مما يتيح أقصى حركة للتعليق دون تقييد عبر كامل نطاق المشوار. صُنع Delta Joint PRO لتحمّل الظروف القاسية، بكرة وعمود من الكرومولي (Chromoly) بسطح تحميل مقسّى حتى Rockwell C 55.
أما المجاري القابلة للاستبدال فمصنوعة من معدن ملبّد (Sintered) مشرّب بالجرافيت، ومشغولة بأدق التفاوتات لتوفير واجهة تحميل معدنية على معدنية خالية من العيوب. كما أعدنا تصميم نظام التشحيم بقنوات توزع الشحم بكفاءة أكبر دون أن تمتد إلى ما بعد مانع تسريب المفصل.
يستخدم نظام ICON Intelligent Control (IIC) حساسات مدمجة لمراقبة قوى التسارع (G-forces) وحركة شاصي السيارة، إلى جانب الإعدادات التي يحددها المستخدم، لإجراء تغييرات شبه فورية وفعّالة في تخميد الانضغاط
التوافق مع الجنوط والإطارات الأصلية: غير متوافق مع جميع تركيبات الجنوط/الإطارات الأصلية المتاحة. يُنصح بجنوط معدلة بأوفست أقل/عمق خلفي (Backspace) أقل.

21-26 FORD F150 TREMOR 4WD 2.5-3" STAGE 5 SUSPENSION SYS TUBULAR UCA / LEAF PACK
ICON Vehicle Dynamics 2021-2026 Ford F-150 Tremor suspension systems are designed with maximum performance and the serious driver in mind. ICON engineers’ primary focus is to increase wheel travel and damping ability, which translates into outstanding vehicle control and ride quality both on and off-road.
This Stage 5 system includes vehicle-specific tuned 2.5” coilover shocks in a F-150 Tremor specific length for a 20% increase in front wheel travel over stock. These coilovers feature CDEV equipped remote reservoirs for exceptional cooling properties and ICON-engineered coil springs for superior vehicle “feel” through the range of travel.
These coilovers are also height adjustable for 2.5-3” of front lift over stock, allowing the use of larger, more aggressive wheel and tire combinations. Tubular Delta Joint Pro upper control arms on the F-150 not only add strength and durability, but help retain factory alignment spec range, increasing caster over stock and allow for the extra lift height this system provides.
ICON 2.5 Aluminum Series CDEV piggyback reservoir rear shocks utilize a vehicle-specific valving and offer increased damping and head dissipation, balancing the performance of the truck from front to rear.
Focus on driving and let ICON Intelligent Control (IIC) read the terrain and make near-instant adjustments via the Compression Damping Electronic Valve (CDEV) at each individual shock. Control the system wirelessly through the IIC app on your phone and once configured the system functions without driver input.
ICON Multi-Rate Leaf Springs are included to allow rear spring rate and ride height customization, improve ride quality, and reduce axle wrap by eliminating the factory rear blocks. Rear ride height is kept within an acceptable range using the ICON billet aluminum 1" lowering shackles.

This system features upper control arms with ICON's patented Delta Joint PRO. Delta Joint PRO is ICON's innovative new suspension articulation joint which combines the durability and longevity of factory style ball joints with performance and strength that exceeds traditional motorsports-style ball joints.
The Delta Joint PRO features a new rebuildable, serviceable design in which any component may be removed, inspected, and replaced without having to purchase a whole new joint. Strength and durability are improved by using a larger ball with 56% more bearing surface than our standard Delta Joint, along with improved lubrication sealing.
But improved performance is at the heart of the Delta Joint PRO, with a full 90 degrees of articulation, from one extreme to the other. This represents a 14% improvement in range of motion, over the highly capable original Delta Joint, allowing for maximum bind-free suspension movement through the complete range of travel.
The Delta Joint PRO is built to take the abuse, with a chromoly ball and shaft that has a bearing surface hardened to Rockwell C 55. The replaceable races are made of graphite-impregnated sintered metal, machined to the finest tolerance to provide a flawless, metal-to-metal bearing interface.
We also redesigned the lubrication system, with lubricant channels that distribute grease more efficiently without extending past the bearing seal.
ICON Intelligent Control (IIC) uses onboard sensors to monitor G-forces and movement of vehicle chassis along with user defined settings to actively make near instantaneous compression damping changes
