نظام تعليق المرحلة 2 رفع 2-3" لـ RAM 1500 19-26 مع مقص علوي (UCA) أنبوبي
صُممت أنظمة تعليق ICON Vehicle Dynamics لـ Ram 1500 2019-2026 مع وضع أقصى أداء والسائق الجاد في الاعتبار. ينصبّ التركيز الأساسي لمهندسي ICON على زيادة مدى حركة العجلات وقدرة التخميد، وهو ما ينعكس على تحكم ممتاز بالمركبة وجودة قيادة عالية على الطرق المعبدة وخارجها.
يتضمن نظام Stage 2 هذا مساعدات كويل أوفر مقاس 2.5” معايَرة خصيصاً للمركبة، مزودة بـخزان داخلي لخصائص تبريد استثنائية، وسوست (Coil Springs) من تصميم ICON تمنح إحساساً متفوقاً بالمركبة على امتداد مدى الحركة.
كما أن هذه الكويل أوفر قابلة لتعديل الارتفاع لتوفير رفع أمامي بمقدار 2-3” فوق الارتفاع الأصلي، مما يتيح استخدام تركيبات أكبر وأكثر جرأة من الجنوط والإطارات، كما أن طولها الأكبر من الأصلي يحسّن الأداء عبر زيادة مدى حركة العجلات الأمامية.
لا تضيف المقصات العلوية الأنبوبية (Tubular Upper Control Arms) من نوع Delta Joint القوة والمتانة فحسب، بل تساعد أيضاً في الحفاظ على مواصفات ضبط الزوايا الأصلية، مع زيادة زاوية الكاستر مقارنة بالأصلي، وتسمح بضبط زوايا العجلات (Alignment) بشكل صحيح عند ارتفاع الرفع الذي يوفره هذا النظام.
يوفر تصميم السوست الخلفية ثنائية المعدل (Dual-Rate) معدل سوستة أنعم عند ارتفاع القيادة مع معدل أكثر صلابة عند الأحمال الزائدة، ليجمعا بين الراحة على الطريق ومقاومة ممتازة لوصول التعليق إلى نهاية شوطه (Bottoming) وأداء متفوق على الطرق الوعرة. ويتيح رفع خلفي بمقدار 1.5” فوق الارتفاع الأصلي وضعية مستوية من الأمام إلى الخلف.
تستخدم المساعدات الخلفية ICON 2.0 Aluminum Series ذات الخزان الداخلي صمامات (Valving) معايَرة خصيصاً للمركبة توازن أداء الشاحنة من الأمام إلى الخلف. يُعد نظام تعليق ICON Vehicle Dynamics Stage 2 لـ Ram 1500 2019-2026 خياراً ممتازاً للسائقين الذين يتطلعون إلى تعزيز قدرات شاحنتهم البيك أب على الطريق وكذلك على الطرق الترابية.
يتميز هذا النظام بمقصات علوية (Control Arm) مزودة بمفصل Delta Joint الحاصل على براءة اختراع من ICON. Delta Joint هو كرة مقص (Ball Joint) شديدة التحمل بزاوية حركة عالية، يجمع بين متانة كرة المقص وخصائص أداء الـ Uniball التقليدي.
ورغم أن الـ Uniball المعتمد كمعيار في الصناعة يؤدي عملاً ممتازاً في السماح لمقصات السيارة بالحركة بأقل قدر من التقييد، إلا أن به نقطة ضعف أساسية تجعله دون المستوى المطلوب في الاستخدام اليومي، وهي تعرّضه للعوامل الخارجية.
يتميز Delta Joint بغلاف مطلي بالزنك يوفر الطبقة الأولى من مقاومة التآكل، بينما يمنع مانع تسريب الشحم المتين العناصر الضارة من الوصول إلى الأجزاء الداخلية للمفصل. ويزيد البناء المعدني على المعدني والتصميم القابل للتشحيم من عمر Delta Joint، مع ضمان تشغيل خالٍ من الضوضاء في الوقت نفسه.
وما يجعل Delta Joint فريداً هو أنه يمنح مقصات ICON العلوية أفضل ما في العالمين، بمزايا تجعله أكثر متانة من الـ Uniball، وقادراً في الوقت نفسه على زاوية حركة أكبر من كرة المقص التقليدية.

ICON Vehicle Dynamics 2019-2026 Ram 1500 suspension systems are designed with maximum performance and the serious driver in mind. ICON engineers’ primary focus is to increase wheel travel and damping ability, which translates into outstanding vehicle control and ride quality both on and off-road.
This Stage 2 system includes vehicle-specific tuned 2.5” coilover shocks featuring an internal reservoir for exceptional cooling properties and ICON-engineered coil springs for superior vehicle “feel” through the range of travel.
These coilovers, are also height adjustable for 2-3” of front lift over stock, allowing the use of larger, more aggressive wheel and tire combinations and their longer than stock length improves performance by increasing front wheel travel.
Tubular Delta Joint upper control arms not only add strength and durability, but help retain factory alignment specs, increasing caster over stock and allow proper wheel alignment at the lift height this system provides.
The dual-rate rear coil design provides a softer ride height spring rate with a firmer overload rate that combine to deliver on-road comfort with excellent bottoming resistance and superior off-road performance. 1.5” of rear lift height over stock allows a for level stance front to rear.
ICON 2.0 Aluminum Series internal reservoir rear shocks utilize a vehicle-specific valving that balances the performance of the truck from front to rear. This system features upper control arms with ICON's patented Delta Joint. The Delta Joint is a heavy-duty high angle ball joint that combines the durability of a ball joint with the performance characteristics of a traditional uniball.
While the industry standard uniball does a great job of allowing the control arms of a vehicle to articulate with little bind, they do have an inherent weakness that leaves more to be desired when used in a daily driven application - exposure to the elements.
The Delta Joint features a zinc plated housing providing the first layer of corrosion resistance, while a tough grease seal keeps potentially harmful elements out of the inner workings of the joint. Metal on metal construction and a greaseable design increase the longevity of the Delta Joint while at the same time allowing for noise-free operation.
What makes the Delta Joint unique is that it brings the best of both worlds to ICON upper control arms with features that make it more robust than a uniball, and at the same time capable of greater angularity than a typical ball joint.
