صُممت أنظمة تعليق ICON Vehicle Dynamics لـ Toyota 4Runner 2010-2023 و Toyota FJ Cruiser 2010-2014 لتحقيق أقصى أداء مع مراعاة احتياجات السائق المحترف. ينصبّ تركيز مهندسي ICON بشكل أساسي على زيادة مدى حركة العجلات وقدرة التخميد، مما ينعكس على تحكم ممتاز بالسيارة وجودة قيادة عالية على الطرق المعبدة وخارجها.
يتضمن نظام Stage 8 هذا مساعدات كويل أوفر مقاس 2.5” مضبوطة خصيصاً للسيارة بمدى حركة ممتد، ومزودة بـخزانات خارجية مزودة بصمام CDCV لخصائص تبريد استثنائية، وسوست (Coil Springs) من تصميم ICON لإحساس قيادة أفضل عبر كامل مدى الحركة. صمام ICON CDC هو صمام قابل للتعديل من الخارج يحد من تدفق الزيت إلى الخزان، مما يوفر 10 مستويات من نطاقات قوة تخميد الانضغاط.
كما أن مساعدات الكويل أوفر هذه قابلة لتعديل الارتفاع لتوفير رفع أمامي من 0 إلى 3.5” فوق الارتفاع الأصلي، مما يتيح استخدام جنوط وإطارات أكبر حجماً وأكثر جرأة.
لا تقتصر مقصات Delta Joint العلوية المصنوعة من ألمنيوم بيليت (Billet) على إضافة القوة والمتانة، بل تساعد أيضاً في الحفاظ على مواصفات ضبط الزوايا الأصلية، وتتيح تعديل زاويتي Caster/Camber على السيارة، وتسمح بضبط زوايا العجلات بشكل صحيح عند ارتفاع الرفع الذي يوفره هذا النظام.
أذرع الربط الخلفية العلوية والسفلية القابلة للتعديل من ICON مصنوعة من ألمنيوم بيليت 6061 مشغول بتقنية CNC ومؤكسد (Anodized) لمقاومة التآكل. تتميز أطقم أذرع الربط هذه برؤوس أذرع FK (Rod End) مبطنة بـ PTFE وجلب بولي يوريثين قابلة للتشحيم لزيادة مرونة حركة التعليق، وتقليل الانحراف، وإمكانية تعديل طول أذرع الربط على السيارة.
توفر سوست ICON الخلفية راحة على الطرق المعبدة وأداءً فائقاً على الطرق الوعرة مع رفع خلفي بمقدار 2” فوق الارتفاع الأصلي لوقفة مستوية من الأمام إلى الخلف. يتضمن النظام عمود Track Bar خلفياً قابلاً للتعديل لضمان محاذاة صحيحة للعكس الخلفي، وتحسين مرونة الحركة، وضمان التوافق مع سيارات 4Runner المزودة بنظام KDSS.
يوفر القطر الأكبر لمساعدات Omega الخلفية من فئة 2.5 Aluminum Series بنظام التجاوز (Bypass) والخزان الخارجي أداءً متميزاً على الطرق الوعرة وقيادة سلسة في الشارع، مع 28 إعداداً لضبط الانضغاط والارتداد.
يتميز هذا النظام بمقصات علوية (Control Arm) مزودة بمفصل Delta Joint الحاصل على براءة اختراع من ICON. Delta Joint هو كرة مقص (Ball Joint) شديدة التحمل بزاوية حركة عالية، يجمع بين متانة كرة المقص وخصائص أداء الـ Uniball التقليدي.
ورغم أن الـ Uniball المعتمد كمعيار في الصناعة يؤدي عملاً ممتازاً في السماح لمقصات السيارة بالحركة بأقل قدر من التقييد، إلا أن به نقطة ضعف أساسية تجعله دون المستوى المطلوب في الاستخدام اليومي، وهي تعرّضه للعوامل الخارجية.
يتميز Delta Joint بغلاف مطلي بالزنك يوفر الطبقة الأولى من مقاومة التآكل، بينما يمنع مانع تسريب الشحم المتين العناصر الضارة من الوصول إلى الأجزاء الداخلية للمفصل. ويزيد البناء المعدني على المعدني والتصميم القابل للتشحيم من عمر Delta Joint، مع ضمان تشغيل خالٍ من الضوضاء في الوقت نفسه.
وما يجعل Delta Joint فريداً هو أنه يمنح مقصات ICON العلوية أفضل ما في العالمين، بمزايا تجعله أكثر متانة من الـ Uniball، وقادراً في الوقت نفسه على زاوية حركة أكبر من كرة المقص التقليدية.
ملاحظة توافق #46: نظام التعليق متوافق مع KDSS. لا تُستخدم كتائف نقل عمود التوازن الأمامي في السيارات المزودة بنظام KDSS. بعض سنوات الصنع تتطلب قصاً بسيطاً لتركيب كتيفة الخزان الأمامي.

ICON Vehicle Dynamics 2010-2023 Toyota 4Runner and 2010-2014 Toyota FJ Cruiser suspension systems are designed with maximum performance and the serious driver in mind. ICON engineers’ primary focus is to increase wheel travel and damping ability, which translates into outstanding vehicle control and ride quality both on and off-road.
This Stage 8 system includes vehicle-specific tuned, extended travel 2.5” coilover shocks featuring CDCV equipped remote reservoirs for exceptional cooling properties and ICON-engineered coil springs for superior vehicle “feel” through the range of travel.
The ICON CDC Valve is an externally adjustable valve that restricts oil flow into the reservoir which creates 10 levels of compression damping force ranges. These coilovers are also height adjustable for 0-3.5” of front lift over stock, allowing the use of larger, more aggressive wheel and tire combinations.
Billet aluminum Delta Joint upper control arms not only add strength and durability but help retain factory alignment specs, offer on-vehicle caster/camber adjustment, and allow proper wheel alignment at the lift height this system provides. ICON billet aluminum adjustable rear upper and lower links are made from CNC machined 6061 aluminum and anodized for corrosion resistance.
These link arm kits feature PTFE-lined FK rod ends and greaseable polyurethane bushings for increased suspension articulation, reduced deflection, and on-vehicle link arm length adjustability. ICON rear coil springs deliver on-road comfort and superior off-road performance with 2” of rear lift height over stock for a level stance front to rear.
An adjustable rear track bar is included to provide proper rear axle alignment, improve articulation, and ensure fitment on KDSS equipped 4Runners. The 2.5 Aluminum Series Omega bypass remote reservoir rear shocks’ larger diameter offers outstanding performance off-road and a smooth ride on the street 28 settings of compression and rebound adjustment.
This system features upper control arms with ICON's patented Delta Joint. The Delta Joint is a heavy-duty high angle ball joint that combines the durability of a ball joint with the performance characteristics of a traditional uniball.
While the industry standard uniball does a great job of allowing the control arms of a vehicle to articulate with little bind, they do have an inherent weakness that leaves more to be desired when used in a daily driven application - exposure to the elements.
The Delta Joint features a zinc plated housing providing the first layer of corrosion resistance, while a tough grease seal keeps potentially harmful elements out of the inner workings of the joint. Metal on metal construction and a greaseable design increase the longevity of the Delta Joint while at the same time allowing for noise-free operation.
What makes the Delta Joint unique is that it brings the best of both worlds to ICON upper control arms with features that make it more robust than a uniball, and at the same time capable of greater angularity than a typical ball joint.
