Delta Joint PRO هو مفصل التعليق المبتكر الجديد من ICON، الذي يجمع بين متانة وطول عمر كرات المقص بأسلوب المصنع، وبين أداء وقوة يتفوقان على كرات المقص التقليدية المخصصة لرياضة السيارات. تم تحسين القوة والمتانة باستخدام كرة أكبر بمساحة تحميل أكبر بنسبة 56% مقارنة بـ Delta Joint القياسي، إلى جانب إحكام أفضل لمانع تسريب التشحيم.

لكن الأداء المحسّن هو جوهر Delta Joint PRO، إذ يوفر حركة مفصلية كاملة بزاوية 90 درجة من أقصى طرف إلى الآخر. وهذا يمثل تحسناً بنسبة 14% في مدى الحركة مقارنة بـ Delta Joint الأصلي عالي الكفاءة، مما يتيح أقصى حركة للتعليق دون تعليق عبر كامل مدى المشوار. صُمم Delta Joint PRO لتحمل الاستخدام القاسي، بكرة وعمود من الكرومولي بسطح تحميل مُقسّى حتى Rockwell C 55.

أما المجاري القابلة للاستبدال فمصنوعة من معدن ملبّد مشرّب بالجرافيت، ومشغولة بأدق التفاوتات لتوفير واجهة تحميل مثالية من معدن إلى معدن. كما أعدنا تصميم نظام التشحيم بقنوات توزع الشحم بكفاءة أكبر دون أن تتجاوز مانع تسريب المحمل.

صُمم طقم المقصات العلوية من ألمنيوم بيليت من ICON لتحسين الأداء العام لسيارة Ford Raptor Gen3 الجديدة، من خلال تصحيح هندسة الواجهة الأمامية، وإتاحة ضبط الكامبر والكاستر، وتحسين الخلوص بين مكونات نظام التعليق. صُنعت من ألمنيوم بيليت 6061 مشغول بتقنية CNC يجمع بين خفة الوزن والمتانة العالية.

ويتيح استبدال كرة المقص الأصلية (OE) بكرة ICON Delta Joint PRO شوطاً كاملاً للانضغاط والتدلي (Bump & Droop) في نظام التعليق الأمامي مع التخلص من الاحتكاك والتعليق. وتوفر وصلات FK Rod End من نوع Heim مقاس 7/8” أداءً دقيقاً وسلساً على امتداد نطاق الحركة، بينما يتيح جلب الضبط المزدوج المميز من ICON ضبط الكامبر والكاستر والمقص مركّب على السيارة.

ومع تضمين جميع المكونات والبراغي اللازمة لتركيب كامل، تُعد هذه المقصات العلوية (UCA) المصنوعة من البيليت الترقية المثالية لـ Ford Raptor 2021-2026.

21-26 RAPTOR BILLET UCA DJ PRO KIT

Delta Joint PRO is ICON's innovative new suspension articulation joint which combines the durability and longevity of factory style ball joints with performance and strength that exceeds traditional motorsports-style ball joints.

Strength and durability are improved by using a larger ball with 56% more bearing surface than our standard Delta Joint, along with improved lubrication sealing. But improved performance is at the heart of the Delta Joint PRO, with a full 90 degrees of articulation, from one extreme to the other.

This represents a 14% improvement in range of motion, over the highly capable original Delta Joint, allowing for maximum bind-free suspension movement through the complete range of travel. The Delta Joint PRO is built to take the abuse, with a chromoly ball and shaft that has a bearing surface hardened to Rockwell C 55.

The replaceable races are made of graphite-impregnated sintered metal, machined to the finest tolerance to provide a flawless, metal-to-metal bearing interface. We also redesigned the lubrication system, with lubricant channels that distribute grease more efficiently without extending past the bearing seal.

This ICON billet aluminum upper control arm kit is designed to improve the overall performance of the new Gen3 Ford Raptor with corrected front end geometry, adjustable camber and caster, and improved suspension component clearance. These are constructed of CNC machined 6061 billet aluminum merging light weight with high strength properties.

Replacing the OE ball joint with the ICON Delta Joint PRO allows for full bump and droop travel of the front suspension while eliminating bind. FK Rod End 7/8” heim joints provide precise and smooth function throughout the range of travel while ICON’s signature double adjuster sleeve allows for on-vehicle camber and caster adjustment.

Included with all components and hardware necessary for a complete install, these billet UCAs are the perfect upgrade for the 2021-2026 Ford Raptor.
