طقم الواجهة الأمامية Ultimate المرحلة 5 لـ Jeep JK 07-18
لتحسين تخميد التوجيه ومنع اهتزاز المقود (Wobble)، يتضمن طقم Stage 4 هذا مثبت التوجيه ICON Centerline Steering Stabilizer لتخميد حركات التوجيه والقضاء على اهتزاز المقود.
صُمم ICON Centerline Steering Stabilizer لتوفير تخميد توجيه ثابت بتصميم العمود النافذ (Through-Shaft)، فيقضي على إحساس الدفع والسحب الشائع في مثبتات التوجيه التقليدية، ويتميز بـ«منطقة قيادة» (Drive Zone) قابلة للتعديل بـ 9 مستويات من التخميد تؤثر على 110 درجات من حركة المقود يساراً أو يميناً من المنتصف.
ويتيح ذلك للمستخدم تخصيص مدى إحكام أو مرونة تحكم سيارته في منتصف نطاق التوجيه. وقد طُوّر هذا المثبت مع مراعاة مجموعة واسعة من مكونات JK من سوق ما بعد البيع (Aftermarket)، فهو بتصميم عالي الخلوص مع خزان قابل للتدوير يتيح تركيبه على جميع أنظمة الرفع من ICON وكذلك معظم أنظمة الرفع الأخرى في السوق.
ويشترك مثبت التوجيه Centerline الجديد في نفس مزايا التصنيع الممتازة لمساعدات ICON المجرّبة من فئة 2.0 Aluminum Series، ومنها: جسم مساعد من ألمنيوم 6063 بطلاء أنودايز شفاف لمقاومة التآكل، وعمود من الفولاذ المقسّى المطلي بالكروم بقطر 5/8” للمتانة، وزيت مساعدات فاخر 5WT يوفر خصائص تخميد ثابتة عبر نطاق واسع من درجات حرارة التشغيل، ومجموعة موانع تسريب مقاومة للحرارة العالية وطويلة العمر تتحمل الظروف القاسية على الطرق المعبدة وخارجها.
ويُثبَّت مثبت Centerline باستخدام مشابك ذراع توجيه (Tie Rod) من ألمنيوم بيليت مشغول بتقنية CNC مقاس 1-3/8” (تتوفر مشابك مقاس 1-5/8”)، ويتميز رأس الذراع (Rod End) برولمانات كروية (Spherical Bearings) من FK لتشغيل دقيق وموثوق.
تتضمن المرحلة 5 (Stage 5) أيضاً مجموعة كاملة من كرات المقص (Ball Joint) الأمامية العلوية والسفلية Dynatrac HD BallJoints. تتميز كرات المقص Dynatrac HD بأجسام بيليت (Billet) عالية المتانة ومعالجة حرارياً مع سيقان من الكرومولي (Chromoly)، إلى جانب كرة من الستانلس ستيل معالجة حرارياً ومصقولة بدقة.
تمنع موانع التسريب الفريدة دخول الملوثات، كما تأتي كرات المقص بحلمات تشحيم ونقاط احتكاك مطلية بـ PTFE لتوفير عمر خدمة طويل ومتين. وتستخدم كرات المقص الفاخرة هذه أيضاً تصميم أمان حصرياً بحلقة تثبيت (Snap-Ring) يمنع أجسام كرات المقص من التحرك داخل مبيت العكس (Axle) تحت الوزن الثقيل للإطارات الكبيرة في التضاريس القاسية.
كما يتضمن طقم تركيب من Dynatrac لجعل عملية التركيب بسيطة ومباشرة. غالباً ما تتآكل كرات المقص الأصلية (OEM) بسرعة مع إطارات الطرق الوعرة الكبيرة أو قطع مسافات طويلة على الطرق أو القيادة القاسية على الطرق الوعرة.
ويوفر استبدال كرات المقص الأصلية المتآكلة بكرات Dynatrac HD BallJoints، المصممة خصيصاً لتلبية المتطلبات الصارمة لهذه المركبات، حلاً طويل الأمد ويساعد على تحقيق أقصى قدر من قابلية القيادة الشاملة لسيارة Jeep Wrangler.
يتضمن طقم Stage 5 Ultimate للواجهة الأمامية لـ Jeep Wrangler JK 2007-2018 عمود Track Bar أمامياً قابلاً للتعديل من ICON. يُعد عمود Track Bar الأمامي حلاً مثالياً لضمان تمركز محور (Axle) الجيب بشكل صحيح أسفل المركبة، إلى جانب فوائد أخرى. يتيح Double Adjuster من ICON إجراء التعديل والقطعة مركّبة على المركبة لتسهيل ضبط زوايا الواجهة الأمامية بعد التركيب.
وتعمل جلبة متعددة الصلابة (Multi-Durometer) لا تحتاج إلى صيانة، مقترنة برولمان رأس ذراع (Rod End) مقاس 3/4”، على التخلص تقريباً من الانحراف الشائع في جلب عمود Track Bar الأصلية. تعمل هذه الصلابة الإضافية على تحسين ثبات المركبة وتساعد على منع مشاكل اهتزاز الواجهة الأمامية (Wobble) المحتملة الناتجة عن مواد الجلب الأكثر ليونة.
كما تحسّن هذه الوصلات مرونة حركة التعليق الإجمالية (Articulation) بالسماح للتعليق بالتحرك في كامل مداه دون أي تعليق أو انحشار.
صُممت أطقم Ultimate Front End من ICON Vehicle Dynamics لتحسين إحساس التوجيه والتحكم بالمركبة وسهولة القيادة بشكل عام، وذلك عبر استبدال وترقية القطع الأصلية (OE) الحيوية المتآكلة.
وبالشراكة مع أصدقائنا في Dynatrac، يسر ICON أن تجمع قطع نظام التعليق الخاصة بها مع كرات المقص Dynatrac HD BallJoints لتقديم حل متكامل لنظام التعليق الأمامي يعالج مشاكل التوجيه الشائعة التي قد تؤدي إلى ارتخاء الإحساس بالمقود، وتراجع الثبات، وانحراف المسار على الطريق، وتآكل الإطارات غير المتساوي، بل وحتى ظاهرة الاهتزاز العنيف (Death Wobble).
إن القدرة على ضبط زاوية الكاستر (Caster) ضمن المواصفات الصحيحة أمر بالغ الأهمية لتوازن وثبات سيارتك Jeep Wrangler JK. وتكتمل المرحلة Stage 5 بطقم كامات ضبط الزوايا JK Alignment Cam Kit من ICON Vehicle Dynamics الذي يوفر ضبطاً إضافياً يفوق الأصلي لإعادة زوايا Jeep JK إلى مواصفات المصنع عند رفعها بأنظمة التعليق لدينا مقاس 3" أو 4.5".

07-18 JEEP JK STAGE 5 ULTIMATE FRONT END KIT
To improve steering damping and wobble prevention this Stage 4 features the ICON Centerline Steering Stabilizer to damp steering inputs and eliminate steering wobble.
Engineered to provide consistent steering damping with a through-shaft design, the ICON Centerline Steering Stabilizer eliminates the common push/pull sensation associated with traditional steering stabilizers and features an adjustable “Drive Zone” with 9 levels of damping that affects 110 degrees of steering wheel input to the left or right of center.
This allows the end user to customize how tight or how loose their vehicle handles in the middle of the steering range. Developed with a wide range of aftermarket JK components in mind, this stabilizer is a high clearance design with a rotatable reservoir that allows for fitment on all ICON lift systems as well as most other lifts on the market.
This new Centerline Steering Stabilizer shares the same great build features as our proven ICON 2.0 Aluminum Series shocks.
These features include a clear anodized 6063 aluminum shock body for corrosion resistance and a 5/8” chrome plated hardened steel shaft for durability, premium 5WT shock oil that provides consistent damping characteristics across a wide operating temperature range, and a high temperature, long wear seal pack that stands up to harsh conditions found both on and off-road.
The Centerline Stabilizer mounts using CNC machined billet aluminum 1-3/8” tie rod clamps (1-5/8” clamps available) and the rod end features FK spherical bearings for precise and reliable operation.
Stage 5 also includes of a full set of front upper and lower Dynatrac HD BallJoints. Dynatrac HD Balljoints feature heat-treated high-strength billet bodies with chromoly stems along with a heat-treated, precision-ground stainless-steel ball.
Unique seals prevent contamination, and the ball joints have greaseable fittings and PTFE-coated wear points to provide a long, durable service life. These high-end ball joints also use an exclusive snap-ring safety feature design to prevent the ball joint bodies from moving in the axle housing under the heavy weight of large tires in extreme terrain.
A Dynatrac installation kit is also included to make install a simple, straight forward process. The OEM ball joints often wear quickly with larger off-road tires, many road miles, or extreme off-roading.
Replacing worn factory ball joints with Dynatrac HD BallJoints, built specifically for the rigorous demands of these vehicles, provides a long-term solution and help maximize the overall drivability of the Jeep Wrangler.
This Stage 5 Ultimate Front End Kit for the 2007-2018 Jeep Wrangler JK features the ICON adjustable front track bar. front track bar is great solution ensure that the Jeep’s axle is properly centered under the vehicle in addition to providing other benefits. ICON’s Double Adjuster allows for on vehicle adjustment to streamline the front-end alignment after installation.
A maintenance free, multi-durometer bushing paired with a 3/4” rod end bearing virtually eliminates the deflection that is common in the stock track bar bushings. This added rigidity improves vehicle handling and helps prevent possible front-end wobble issues from more compliant bushing materials.
These joints also improve the overall articulation by allowing the suspension to cycle fully without binding.
