تزيد الخزانات الخارجية (Remote Reservoir) بشكل كبير من حجم زيت المساعد ومساحة سطح تبديد الحرارة لمقاومة السخونة الزائدة والتكهف (Cavitation) عند الاستخدام الشاق، وهو ما قد يؤدي إلى تراجع أداء التخميد. صمامات ICON CDC المرفقة هي صمامات قابلة للتعديل من الخارج تحد من تدفق الزيت إلى الخزان، مما يوفر 10 مستويات من نطاقات قوة تخميد الانضغاط.
تُكمل نظام التعليق Stage 7 مساعدات خلفية 2.5 Aluminum Series بخزان خارجي (Remote Reservoir) مصممة خصيصاً لـ Toyota Sequoia 2023-2026. يوفر القطر الأكبر لمساعدات 2.5 Aluminum Series أداءً متميزاً على الطرق الوعرة وقيادة سلسة في الشوارع.

يتميز هذا النظام بكويل أوفرات 2.5 Series بخزانات خارجية مع تقنية CDCV للجزء الأمامي من السيارة، إلى جانب سوست ثنائية المعدل، ووصلات خلفية علوية وسفلية أنبوبية، وعمود Track Bar خلفي قابل للضبط من البيليت، ومساعداتنا المجرّبة 2.5 Aluminum Series بخزانات خارجية وتقنية CDCV للجزء الخلفي.
الأذرع الخلفية العلوية والسفلية الأنبوبية القابلة للتعديل من ICON مصنوعة من الفولاذ بأنابيب DOM مقاس 1-3/4 x .313 للجدار، مع طلاء بودرة أسود متعدد المراحل لمقاومة التآكل. تتميز أطقم الأذرع الخلفية هذه برؤوس أذرع (Rod End) من FK مبطنة بـ PTFE لزيادة حركة التعليق وتقليل الانحراف وإمكانية ضبط طول الذراع.
بالإضافة إلى ذلك، تأتي مركبة بجلب متعددة الصلابة تتيح تشغيلاً خالياً من الضوضاء وأقصى زاوية حركة دون الحاجة إلى تشحيم دوري و/أو أي صيانة أخرى.
يساعد عمود Track Bar الخلفي القابل للتعديل المصنوع من البيليت من ICON على توسيط الأكس الخلفي في سيارتك المرفوعة Sequoia 2023-2026. تتيح أسنان رؤوس الذراع (Rod End) ذات الضبط المزدوج ضبطاً دقيقاً وسهلاً لطول عمود Track Bar "على السيارة" دون الحاجة إلى فكه أو تفكيكه.
صُنع عمود Track Bar بتقنية CNC من قضيب ألمنيوم 6061 مصمت وتمت أكسدته (Anodized) ليتطابق مع مظهر الأذرع العلوية والسفلية المصنوعة من البيليت من ICON.
يوفر تصميم السوست الخلفية ثنائية المعدل معدل سوستة أنعم عند ارتفاع القيادة مع معدل أقوى عند الحمل الزائد، ليجمعا بين الراحة على الطريق ومقاومة ممتازة للارتطام بالقاع وأداء متفوق على الطرق الوعرة. صُممت هذه السوست لارتفاعات القيادة الخلفية الأعلى، وتمنح رفعاً خلفياً بمقدار 2" فوق الارتفاع الأصلي في Sequoia TRD Pro، مما يتيح وقفة مستوية من الأمام إلى الخلف.
ملاحظة تركيب رقم 189: لـ Sequoia TRD Pro يُنصح بطقم إنزال الدفرنس ICON Diff Drop (رقم القطعة 55156) لكنه غير إلزامي. وفي حال تركيب ICON Diff Drop، يلزم أيضاً طقم فواصل درع الحماية السفلي من ICON (رقم القطعة 55164).
ملاحظة التطبيق #85: نطاقات ارتفاع الرفع المعلنة هي لسيارة بتجهيزاتها الأصلية. زيادة وزن السيارة بسبب الإكسسوارات ستغيّر نطاق الرفع.

23-26 SEQUOIA TRD PRO 2.5" STAGE 7 SUSPENSION SYSTEM TUBULAR
This Stage 7 system features the 2023-2026 Toyota Sequoia VS 2.5 Series CDCV remote reservoir front coilovers with a vehicle specific shock length to allow compatibility with the stock front upper control arms found on the Sequoia TRD Pro.
These adjustable coilovers allow up to 1-2.5” of front lift height adjustability over stock, allowing the use of larger, more aggressive wheel and tire combinations.
ICON’s Vehicle-specific shock length and valving along with the larger 2.5” shock body and increased piston area over stock components yield the maximum travel possible with the OE front upper control arms along with superior ride quality and suspension performance both on- and off-road.
Remote reservoirs greatly increase shock oil volume and heat dissipation surface area to resist overheating and cavitation under hard use, which can lead to damper fade. The included ICON CDC Valves are externally adjustable valves that restricts oil flow into the reservoir which creates 10 levels of compression damping force ranges.
Rounding out the Stage 7 suspension system are 2.5 Aluminum Series rear remote reservoir shocks specially tailored for the 2023-2026 Toyota Sequoia. The 2.5 Aluminum Series shocks’ larger diameter offers outstanding performance off-road and a smooth ride on the street.
Remote reservoirs ensure optimum performance by increasing the duration of consistent damping regardless of situation, keeping the shocks at a cooler operating temperature during heavy use. They also feature a unique internal Bump Zone that when used creates an additional 20% of damping force to help better control hard bottom outs.
Also equipped with CDC Valves, these offer 10 settings of compression damping adjustment from soft to hard. Their pairing with the ICON V.S. 2.5 Series front coilovers results in balanced vehicle control from front to rear and an excellent overall driving experience for your Sequoia.
The ICON Vehicle Dynamics Stage 7 complete suspension system for the 2023-2026 Toyota Sequoia TRD Pro is specifically designed to retain the stock billet aluminum front upper control arms found on Sequoia TRD Pro while providing improved on- and off-road performance as well as front-end lift and leveling for a proper stance and fitment of up to 35" tires.
This system features 2.5 Series remote reservoir coilover shocks with CDCV for the front of the truck along with dual rate coil springs, tubular rear upper and lower links, adjustable billet rear track bar, and our proven 2.5 Aluminum Series shocks with remote reservoirs and CDCV for the rear.
ICON tubular steel adjustable rear upper and lower links are made from 1-3/4 x .313 wall DOM tubing and a multi-stage black powder coat finish for corrosion resistance. These rear link arm kits feature PTFE-lined FK rod ends for increased suspension articulation, reduced deflection, and link arm length adjustability.
Additionally, multi durometer bushings are installed that allow for noise free operation and maximum angularity without the need for periodic greasing and/or other maintenance.
The ICON Billet Rear Adjustable Track Bar helps center the axle of your lifted 2023-2026 Sequoia. Double adjuster rod end threads allow easy “on-vehicle” fine adjustment of track bar length without requiring removal or disassembly of the track bar. The track bar is CNC machined from solid 6061 aluminum bar, and anodized to match the look of ICON's billet upper and lower links.
The dual-rate rear coil design provides a softer ride height spring rate with a firmer overload rate that combine to deliver on-road comfort with excellent bottoming resistance and superior off-road performance. Designed for taller rear ride heights, these coil springs yield 2" of rear lift over stock on a Sequoia TRD Pro, allowing for level a stance front to rear.
