صُممت أنظمة التعليق من ICON Vehicle Dynamics لـ Ford F-150 4WD 2021-2026 مع وضع أقصى أداء والسائق الجاد في الاعتبار. ينصبّ تركيز مهندسي ICON الأساسي على زيادة مدى حركة العجلات وقدرة التخميد، وهو ما ينعكس على تحكم ممتاز بالمركبة وجودة قيادة عالية سواء على الطرق المعبدة أو خارجها.
يتضمن نظام Stage 5 هذا مساعدات كويل أوفر مقاس 2.5” معايرة خصيصاً للمركبة، مزودة بـخزانات خارجية (Remote Reservoir) مزودة بصمام CDEV لخصائص تبريد استثنائية، مع سوست (Coil Springs) من تصميم ICON تمنح إحساساً متفوقاً بالمركبة طوال مدى الحركة.
كما أن هذه الكويل أوفر قابلة لتعديل الارتفاع لتوفير رفع أمامي بمقدار 2.75-3.5” مقارنة بالوضع الأصلي، مما يتيح استخدام جنوط وإطارات أكبر وأكثر شراسة.
مقصات علوية Delta Joint PRO من ألمنيوم بيليت (Billet) لـ F-150 لا تضيف القوة والمتانة فحسب، بل تساعد أيضاً في الحفاظ على نطاق مواصفات الضبط (Alignment) الأصلية، وتوفر تعديل زاويتي الكاستر والكامبر (Caster/Camber)، وتستوعب ارتفاع الرفع الإضافي الذي يوفره هذا النظام.
تستخدم المساعدات الخلفية ICON 2.5 Aluminum Series المزودة بصمام CDEV ذات الخزان الملحق (Piggyback) صمامات معايرة خصيصاً للمركبة، وتوفر تخميداً أعلى وتبديداً أفضل للحرارة، مما يحقق توازناً في أداء الشاحنة من الأمام إلى الخلف.

يتميز Delta Joint PRO بتصميم جديد قابل لإعادة البناء والصيانة، يمكن فيه فك أي مكوّن وفحصه واستبداله دون الحاجة إلى شراء مفصل جديد بالكامل. وقد تم تحسين القوة والمتانة باستخدام كرة أكبر بسطح تحميل أكبر بنسبة 56% مقارنة بمفصل Delta Joint القياسي لدينا، إلى جانب إحكام أفضل لمانع تسريب التشحيم.
لكن الأداء المحسّن هو جوهر Delta Joint PRO، مع زاوية حركة كاملة تبلغ 90 درجة من أقصى طرف إلى الآخر. ويمثل ذلك تحسناً بنسبة 14% في نطاق الحركة مقارنة بمفصل Delta Joint الأصلي عالي الكفاءة، مما يتيح أقصى حركة للتعليق دون تقييد عبر كامل نطاق المشوار. صُنع Delta Joint PRO لتحمّل الظروف القاسية، بكرة وعمود من الكرومولي (Chromoly) بسطح تحميل مقسّى حتى Rockwell C 55.
أما المجاري القابلة للاستبدال فمصنوعة من معدن ملبّد (Sintered) مشرّب بالجرافيت، ومشغولة بأدق التفاوتات لتوفير واجهة تحميل معدنية على معدنية خالية من العيوب. كما أعدنا تصميم نظام التشحيم بقنوات توزع الشحم بكفاءة أكبر دون أن تمتد إلى ما بعد مانع تسريب المفصل.
يستخدم نظام ICON Intelligent Control (IIC) حساسات مدمجة لمراقبة قوى التسارع (G-forces) وحركة شاصي السيارة، إلى جانب الإعدادات التي يحددها المستخدم، لإجراء تغييرات شبه فورية وفعّالة في تخميد الانضغاط
التوافق مع الجنوط والإطارات الأصلية: غير متوافق مع جميع تركيبات الجنوط/الإطارات الأصلية المتاحة. يُنصح بجنوط معدلة بأوفست أقل/عمق خلفي (Backspace) أقل.

ICON Vehicle Dynamics 2021-2026 Ford F-150 4WD suspension systems are designed with maximum performance and the serious driver in mind. ICON engineers’ primary focus is to increase wheel travel and damping ability, which translates into outstanding vehicle control and ride quality both on and off-road.
This Stage 5 system includes vehicle-specific tuned 2.5” coilover shocks featuring CDEV equipped remote reservoirs for exceptional cooling properties and ICON-engineered coil springs for superior vehicle “feel” through the range of travel.
These coilovers are also height adjustable for 2.75-3.5” of front lift over stock, allowing the use of larger, more aggressive wheel and tire combinations.
Billet aluminum Delta Joint PRO upper control arms on the F-150 not only add strength and durability, but help retain factory alignment spec range, offer caster/camber adjustment, and allow for the extra lift height this system provides.
ICON 2.5 Aluminum Series CDEV piggyback reservoir rear shocks utilize a vehicle-specific valving and offer increased damping and head dissipation, balancing the performance of the truck from front to rear.

This system features upper control arms with ICON's patented Delta Joint PRO. Delta Joint PRO is ICON's innovative new suspension articulation joint which combines the durability and longevity of factory style ball joints with performance and strength that exceeds traditional motorsports-style ball joints.
The Delta Joint PRO features a new rebuildable, serviceable design in which any component may be removed, inspected, and replaced without having to purchase a whole new joint. Strength and durability are improved by using a larger ball with 56% more bearing surface than our standard Delta Joint, along with improved lubrication sealing.
But improved performance is at the heart of the Delta Joint PRO, with a full 90 degrees of articulation, from one extreme to the other. This represents a 14% improvement in range of motion, over the highly capable original Delta Joint, allowing for maximum bind-free suspension movement through the complete range of travel.
The Delta Joint PRO is built to take the abuse, with a chromoly ball and shaft that has a bearing surface hardened to Rockwell C 55. The replaceable races are made of graphite-impregnated sintered metal, machined to the finest tolerance to provide a flawless, metal-to-metal bearing interface.
We also redesigned the lubrication system, with lubricant channels that distribute grease more efficiently without extending past the bearing seal.
ICON Intelligent Control (IIC) uses onboard sensors to monitor G-forces and movement of vehicle chassis along with user defined settings to actively make near instantaneous compression damping changes
