يوفر نظام التعليق بارتفاع 7” من ICON لـ Super Duty 08-10 رفعاً كافياً لاستيعاب إطارات مقاس 37”، مع توفير خصائص قيادة ممتازة على مجموعة واسعة من التضاريس على الطرق المعبدة والوعرة. صُمم كل مكون من مكونات نظام التعليق هذا خصيصاً ليعمل بتناغم مع قطع ICON الأخرى لاستخراج أقصى أداء من السيارة.
يتكون نظام Stage 5 من سوست (Coil Springs) ثنائية المعدل للرفع 7”، وقواعد إنزال مصنّعة لذراع Radius مع شعارات من الستانلس ستيل المصقول بالفرشاة، وكتيفة إنزال لعمود Track Bar، وممددات لمصدات الارتداد (Bump Stop)، ووصلات عمود التوازن، وذراع Pitman مطروق (Forged)، وكتائف للي الفرامل، وريش خلفية تصاعدية المعدل للرفع 5" مع U-bolts، ومساعدات أمامية وخلفية 2.5 Aluminum Series بخزان ملحق (Piggyback).
تضمن المساعدات ذات الخزان 2.5" أداءً مثالياً من خلال إطالة مدة التخميد الثابت بغض النظر عن الظروف، مع الحفاظ على درجة حرارة تشغيل أبرد للمساعدات أثناء الاستخدام الشاق. ترقية صمام ICON CDC مشمولة في هذه المرحلة لمن يرغب في طريقة سهلة لضبط القيادة من الخارج.

يتضمن نظام Stage 4 هذا نظام أذرع Radius من ICON Vehicle Dynamics لـ Ford Super Duty، المزود بجلبة محور (Pivot) محكمة الإغلاق تقلل من انتقال اهتزازات الطريق وتضمن عمراً طويلاً وتشغيلاً هادئاً.

08-10 FORD F250/F350 7" STAGE 5 SUSPENSION SYSTEM W RADIUS ARM
ICON’s 7” Suspension System for the 08-10 Super Duty yields enough lift to clear 37” tires while providing excellent ride characteristics across a wide variety of terrain on and off-road. Each component of this suspension system has been specifically engineered to work in union with other ICON parts to extract maximum performance out of the vehicle.
Our Stage 5 System is comprised of 7” lift dual rate coil springs, fabricated radius arm drop mounts with brushed stainless badges, track bar drop bracket, bump stop extensions, sway bar links, a forged pitman arm, brake line brackets, rear 5" lift progressive rate leaf springs w/ U-bolts, and 2.5 Aluminum Series piggyback reservoir front & rear shocks.
2.5" reservoir shocks ensure optimum performance by increasing the duration of consistent damping regardless of situation, keeping the shocks at a cooler operating temperature during heavy use. The ICON CDC Valve upgrade is included in this stage for those desiring an easy way to tune the ride externally.
ICON Vehicle Dynamics is an industry leader when it comes to Ford Super Duty performance. Our engineers have spent countless hours under these trucks and behind the wheel developing some of the most refined suspension systems available.
Increasing wheel travel and ride comfort is standard operating procedure at ICON, but our engineers aimed high to produce a suspension solution that also maintained the Super Duty’s towing capacity.
This Stage 4 system sees the inclusion of the ICON Vehicle Dynamics Ford Super Duty Radius Arm System that feature a sealed pivot bushing that minimizes road feedback and ensures a long life and quiet operation.
Additionally, their fabricated, fully boxed design ensures strength and utilizes a profile optimized for tire clearance at full steering lock, making a 37” tall tire clear without coming in contact with the radius arm.
Important notes
