يتميز نظام التحويل إلى كويل أوفر Stage 8 من ICON برفع 4-5.5” بكويل أوفر 2.5 Series بخزان خارجي CDEV توفر راحة فائقة على الطرق المعبدة وأداءً ممتازاً على الطرق الوعرة، مع إتاحة ضبط ارتفاع السيارة من قبل المستخدم. كما تتيح هذه الكويل أوفر القابلة للتركيب المباشر بالبراغي (Bolt-in) خيار تركيب مساعدات ثانوية في الموضع الأصلي، مما يضاعف فعلياً قدرة تخميد المساعدات.
وتزيد خزاناتها الخارجية بشكل كبير من حجم زيت المساعد ومساحة سطح تبديد الحرارة لمقاومة السخونة الزائدة والتكهف (Cavitation) عند الاستخدام الشاق، والتي قد تؤدي إلى ضعف أداء التخميد (Damper Fade).
توفر أذرع Radius المصنّعة قوة أكبر بكثير مقارنة بالقطع الأصلية (OE)، وتتميز بكامات كاستر (Caster) مدمجة لضبط زاوية الكاستر على السيارة، وجلب لا تحتاج إلى صيانة، وخلوص أفضل للإطارات عند أقصى انعطاف للمقود، كل ذلك مع الاستغناء عن كتيفات التنزيل وبالتالي زيادة الخلوص الأرضي أسفل الشاصي.
يتيح كتيف تنزيل عمود Track Bar المصنّع توسيط المحور (العكس) بشكل صحيح أسفل الشاصي، ويقلل من ارتدادات الطريق عبر نظام التوجيه مع تحسين سلوك السيارة على الطرق المعبدة والوعرة بفضل التخلص من ظاهرة Bump Steer.
ويتيح عمود Track Bar القابل للتعديل ضبط محاذاة المحور بدقة وهو على السيارة، كما يستغني عن جلب عمود Track Bar الأصلية (OE) القابلة للانحراف، لينتج وحدة أكثر صلابة بشكل عام تحسّن خصائص ثبات السيارة والتحكم بها.
تتميز مجموعة مانع اهتزاز التوجيه (Steering Stabilizer) طراز Centerline من ICON بمساعد 2.5 Aluminum Series مزود بخزان ملحق (Piggyback) لتخميد أفضل للتوجيه مقارنة بموانع اهتزاز التوجيه المزدوجة 2.0 من ICON، مما يتحكم بشكل أفضل في ارتدادات التوجيه غير المرغوبة الناتجة عن الإطارات الأكبر، مع تحسين الخلوص الأرضي أيضاً.
توفر حزم الريش الإضافية (Expansion Packs) رفعاً خلفياً بمقدار 2" فوق الارتفاع الأصلي مع تحسين جودة القيادة والاستجابة للمطبات الصغيرة، إلى جانب تقليل التواء المحور (Axle Wrap) مقارنة ببلوكات الرفع.

ملاحظة فنية: بسبب ضيق المسافات واختلاف موضع ضفيرة أسلاك السيارة في منطقة تجويف العجلة الأمامية العلوية من جهة الراكب، يجب على الفني التأكد من وجود مسافة كافية بين الضفيرة وخزان الكويل أوفر والمكونات الأخرى لمنع احتكاك الضفيرة أو تلفها. إذا تعذر تحقيق مسافة كافية، يرجى التواصل مع خدمة عملاء ICON.
ملاحظة فنية: عند التركيب مع مساعدات ثانوية ICON 2.5 Series ذات الخزان الخارجي، يلزم أيضاً طقم Reservoir Doubler رقم القطعة 611003. وإذا كانت المساعدات الثانوية مزودة بـ CDEV، يلزم أيضاً رقم القطعة 191207.

23 FORD F250/F350 4-5.5" STAGE 8 COILOVER CONV SYS RADIUS ARM/EXPANSION PACKS
ICON's 4-5.5” Lift Stage 8 Coilover Conversion System features 2.5 Series CDEV remote reservoir coilovers that provide superb on-road comfort and off-road performance while at the same time allowing for end-user ride height adjustability. These bolt-in coilovers also allow the option to mount secondary shocks in the stock location, effectively doubling shock damping ability.
Their remote reservoirs greatly increase shock oil volume and heat dissipation surface area to resist overheating and cavitation under hard use, which can lead to damper fade.
Fabricated radius arms offer significantly more strength over the OE units and feature built in caster cams for on-vehicle caster adjustment, maintenance free bushings, and improved tire clearance at full steering lock, all while eliminating the need for drop brackets and thus raising ground clearance under the chassis.
The fabricated track bar drop bracket allows the axle to be properly centered under the frame and reduces road feedback throughout the steering system with improved on- and off-road manners thanks to the elimination of bump steer.
An adjustable track bar allows for on-vehicle adjustment to fine tune track alignment as well as eliminating the deflective OE track bar bushings for an overall more rigid unit to improve the vehicles handling characteristics.
ICON’s Centerline steering stabilizer kit features a 2.5 Aluminum Series shock absorber with a piggyback reservoir for improved steering damping compared to ICON dual 2.0 steering stabilizers, better controlling undesirable steering feedback caused by larger tires while also improving ground clearance.
Leaf spring expansion packs provide 2" of rear lift over stock with improved ride quality and small bump compliance while also reducing axle wrap compared to lift blocks.
ICON 2.5 Aluminum Series CDEV piggyback reservoir rear shocks feature a vehicle specific tune for improved vehicle handling and excellent ride quality on- and off-road with improved performance compared to 2.0 Aluminum Series shocks.
Focus on driving and let ICON Intelligent Control (IIC) read the terrain and make near-instant adjustments via the Compression Damping Electronic Valve (CDEV) at each individual shock. Control the system wirelessly through the IIC app on your phone and once configured the system functions without driver input.
The included box kit includes fabricated front sway bar drop brackets to prevent bind, heavy-duty aluminum bump stop spacers, and high quality stainless steel extended brake lines.

TECH NOTE: Due to tight clearances and varying placement of vehicle’s wiring harness in the upper front-passenger wheel well area, installer must ensure adequate clearance between the harness, coilover reservoir, and other components to prevent chafing/damage to wire harness. If adequate clearance cannot be achieved, please contact ICON Customer Service.
TECH NOTE: If installing with ICON 2.5 Series remote reservoir secondary shocks, reservoir doubler kit part number 611003 is also required. If secondary shocks are CDEV equipped, part number 191207 is also required.
