يتميز نظام تحويل الكويل أوفر Stage 4 برفع 4-5.5” من ICON بكويل أوفرات من سلسلة 2.5 Series بخزان منفصل (Remote Reservoir) توفر راحة فائقة على الطرق المعبدة وأداءً عالياً على الطرق الوعرة، مع إتاحة ضبط ارتفاع القيادة من قبل المستخدم. تتيح هذه الكويل أوفرات التي تُركّب بالبراغي مباشرة أيضاً خيار تركيب مساعدات ثانوية في الموضع الأصلي، مما يضاعف فعلياً قدرة التخميد.
تزيد خزاناتها المنفصلة بشكل كبير من حجم زيت المساعد ومساحة سطح تبديد الحرارة لمقاومة السخونة الزائدة والتكهف (Cavitation) أثناء الاستخدام الشاق، والتي قد تؤدي إلى ضعف أداء التخميد.
توفر أذرع Radius المصنّعة قوة أكبر بكثير مقارنة بالأذرع الأصلية (OE)، وتتميز بكامات Caster مدمجة لضبط زاوية Caster على المركبة، وجلب لا تحتاج إلى صيانة، وخلوص أفضل للإطارات عند أقصى انعطاف للمقود، مع الاستغناء عن كتائف الإنزال وبالتالي زيادة الخلوص الأرضي أسفل الشاسيه.
تتيح كتيفة إنزال عمود Track Bar المصنّعة توسيط العكس (Axle) بشكل صحيح أسفل الشاسيه، وتقلل ارتداد الطريق عبر نظام التوجيه مع تحسين سلوك القيادة على الطرق المعبدة وخارجها بفضل التخلص من ظاهرة Bump Steer.
يتيح عمود Track Bar القابل للتعديل الضبط على المركبة لضبط محاذاة المسار بدقة، كما يستغني عن جلب Track Bar الأصلية (OE) القابلة للانحراف للحصول على وحدة أكثر صلابة بشكل عام تحسّن خصائص ثبات المركبة.
يعمل طقم مانع اهتزاز الدركسون المزدوج المتعاكس (Steering Stabilizer) من ICON والمزود بمساعدات ICON 2.0 Aluminum Series على تحسين تخميد التوجيه للتحكم بشكل أفضل في الارتدادات غير المرغوبة في الدركسون الناتجة عن الإطارات الأكبر حجماً.
كما ترفع البلوكات الخلفية المصنّعة شديدة التحمل مقاس 5" مع طقم مسامير U (U-bolt) مؤخرة السيارة، وهي مصممة لتحمل أعمال القطر والنقل الثقيلة بالإضافة إلى إجهادات الاستخدام العنيف على الطرق الوعرة.
تتميز المساعدات الخلفية ICON 2.5 Aluminum Series بخزان Piggyback بضبط مخصص للسيارة لتحسين التحكم وجودة قيادة ممتازة على الطرق المعبدة والوعرة، مع أداء أفضل مقارنةً بمساعدات 2.0 Aluminum Series.
ويشمل طقم الملحقات المرفق حوامل تنزيل مصنّعة لعمود التوازن الأمامي لمنع التقييد، ومباعدات ألمنيوم شديدة التحمل لمصدات الارتداد (Bump Stop)، ولّيات فرامل ممددة من الستانلس ستيل عالية الجودة.
يُعد نظام التحويل إلى كويل أوفر 4-5.5” هذا من ICON Vehicle Dynamics طريقة رائعة لرفع Ford F-250/F-350 Super Duty 2023 بنظام الدفع الرباعي 4WD مع تحسين جودة القيادة والأداء بشكل كبير، ويتيح تركيب تشكيلات أكبر وأكثر شراسة من الجنوط والإطارات.

ملاحظة فنية: بسبب ضيق المسافات واختلاف موضع ضفيرة أسلاك السيارة في منطقة تجويف العجلة الأمامية العلوية من جهة الراكب، يجب على الفني التأكد من وجود مسافة كافية بين الضفيرة وخزان الكويل أوفر والمكونات الأخرى لمنع احتكاك الضفيرة أو تلفها. إذا تعذر تحقيق مسافة كافية، يرجى التواصل مع خدمة عملاء ICON.

23 FORD F250/F350 4-5.5" STAGE 4 COILOVER CONVERSION SYSTEM W/ RADIUS ARMS
ICON's 4-5.5” Lift Stage 4 Coilover Conversion System features 2.5 Series remote reservoir coilovers that provide superb on-road comfort and off-road performance while at the same time allowing for end-user ride height adjustability. These bolt-in coilovers also allow the option to mount secondary shocks in the stock location, effectively doubling shock damping ability.
Their remote reservoirs greatly increase shock oil volume and heat dissipation surface area to resist overheating and cavitation under hard use, which can lead to damper fade.
Fabricated radius arms offer significantly more strength over the OE units and feature built in caster cams for on-vehicle caster adjustment, maintenance free bushings, and improved tire clearance at full steering lock, all while eliminating the need for drop brackets and thus raising ground clearance under the chassis.
The fabricated track bar drop bracket allows the axle to be properly centered under the frame and reduces road feedback throughout the steering system with improved on- and off-road manners thanks to the elimination of bump steer.
An adjustable track bar allows for on-vehicle adjustment to fine tune track alignment as well as eliminating the deflective OE track bar bushings for an overall more rigid unit to improve the vehicles handling characteristics.
ICON’s dual opposing steering stabilizer kit featuring ICON 2.0 Aluminum Series shocks improves steering damping to better control undesirable steering feedback caused by larger tires. Heavy-duty fabricated 5" rear blocks and U-bolt kit lift the rear of the vehicle and are designed to withstand heavy towing/hauling duty as well as the stresses of aggressive off-road use.
ICON 2.5 Aluminum Series piggyback reservoir rear shocks feature a vehicle specific tune for improved vehicle handling and excellent ride quality on- and off-road with improved performance compared to 2.0 Aluminum Series shocks.
The included box kit includes fabricated front sway bar drop brackets to prevent bind, heavy-duty aluminum bump stop spacers, and high quality stainless steel extended brake lines.
