يُعد نظام الكويل أوفر 2.5-3” من ICON Vehicle Dynamics وسيلة رائعة لرفع Ford F-250/F-350 Super Duty 4WD 2023 مع تحسين جودة القيادة والأداء بشكل كبير. نظام Stage 2 مثالي للاستخدام على الطرق وخارجها، بما في ذلك السحب والعمل في مواقع المشاريع ومغامرات الطرق الوعرة عموماً.
تكمن ميزة استخدام طقم تحويل الكويل أوفر في أنه مصمم لزيادة قدرة التخميد الإجمالية للمركبة مع إتاحة ضبط ارتفاع القيادة حسب رغبة المستخدم. يعتمد الكويل أوفر 2.5" ذو الخزان المنفصل (Remote Reservoir) المرفق في هذه الأطقم على سلسلة مساعدات 2.5 VS Series من ICON، ما يعني أن مزايا مثل السوست المصممة من ICON ورولمانات FK Rod End والصمامات المعايرة خصيصاً لكل مركبة تأتي بشكل قياسي.
يتكون نظام Stage 2 من ICON من: كويل أوفر 2.5 Series من ICON بخزان منفصل وارتفاع قيادة قابل للضبط، وأذرع Radius مصنّعة، ومساعدات خلفية 2.5 Aluminum Series من ICON بخزان داخلي. تتضمن هذه المرحلة نظام أذرع Radius من ICON Vehicle Dynamics لـ Ford Super Duty، المزود بجلبة محورية محكمة الإغلاق تقلل انتقال اهتزازات الطريق وتضمن عمراً طويلاً وتشغيلاً هادئاً.
إضافة إلى ذلك، يضمن تصميمها المصنّع والمغلق بالكامل (Fully Boxed) متانة عالية، مع شكل محسّن لتوفير خلوص للإطار عند أقصى انعطاف للمقود، ما يسمح بتركيب إطار بارتفاع 37” دون أن يلامس ذراع Radius. وبفضل الساعات الطويلة التي قضتها ICON في اختبار وضبط مكونات التعليق والمساعدات كحزمة متكاملة، يمكنك أن تطمئن إلى أنك تمتلك أفضل حل تعليق في السوق.
ملاحظة فنية: بسبب ضيق المسافات واختلاف موضع ضفيرة أسلاك السيارة في منطقة تجويف العجلة الأمامية العلوية من جهة الراكب، يجب على الفني التأكد من وجود مسافة كافية بين الضفيرة وخزان الكويل أوفر والمكونات الأخرى لمنع احتكاك الضفيرة أو تلفها. إذا تعذر تحقيق مسافة كافية، يرجى التواصل مع خدمة عملاء ICON.
ملاحظة فنية: طقم لي الفرامل (رقم القطعة 61111) اختياري للمستخدمين الذين لا يرغبون في ثني الليات الفولاذية الأصلية أو يبحثون عن ترقية بليات ستانلس ستيل مجدولة (غير ضروري لإتمام التركيب)

23 FORD F250/F350 2.5-3" STAGE 2 COILOVER CONVERSION SYSTEM W/ RADIUS ARMS
This ICON Vehicle Dynamics 2.5-3” coilover system is a great way to lift your 4WD 2023 Ford F-250/F-350 Super Duty while drastically improving ride quality and performance. The Stage 2 system is perfect for on-road and off-road use including towing, job site duty and general off-road adventure.
The advantage of utilizing a coilover conversion kit is that they have been designed to increase the overall damping ability of the vehicle while at the same time allowing for user-defined ride height adjustment.
The 2.5" Remote Reservoir Coilover featured in these kits is based off of ICON’s 2.5 VS Series shock line - meaning that features like ICON engineered coil springs, FK Rod End bearings, and vehicle-specific valving come standard.
ICON's Stage 2 System is comprised of ICON 2.5 Series remote reservoir coilovers with adjustable ride height, fabricated Radius arms, and ICON 2.5 Aluminum Series internal reservoir rear shocks.
This stage sees the inclusion of the ICON Vehicle Dynamics Ford Super Duty Radius Arm System that feature a sealed pivot bushing that minimizes road feedback and ensures a long life and quiet operation.
Additionally, their fabricated, fully boxed design ensures strength and utilizes a profile optimized for tire clearance at full steering lock, making a 37” tall tire clear without coming in contact with the radius arm.

TECH NOTE: Due to tight clearances and varying placement of vehicle’s wiring harness in the upper front-passenger wheel well area, installer must ensure adequate clearance between the harness, coilover reservoir, and other components to prevent chafing/damage to wire harness. If adequate clearance cannot be achieved, please contact ICON Customer Service.
TECH NOTE: Brake line kit (Part # 61111) is optional for end users who do not want to bend the factory steel lines or are looking for a braided stainless upgrade (not necessary for complete install)
