يتكون نظام Stage 4 مقاس 4.5" من ICON من سوست رفع (Coil Springs) مقاس 4.5” مُحسّنة للشاحنات المزودة بمحركات بنزين، بتصميم ثنائي المعدل يوفر معدلاً أولياً أكثر ليونة لراحة فائقة على الطرق المعبدة، ومعدلاً ثانوياً أكثر صلابة يزداد أثناء الانضغاط لمقاومة ممتازة لوصول التعليق إلى أقصى انضغاطه وأداء عالٍ على الطرق الوعرة.
توفر أذرع Radius المصنّعة قوة أكبر بكثير مقارنة بالقطع الأصلية (OE)، وتتميز بكامات Caster مدمجة لضبط زاوية الكاستر والمركبة في مكانها، وجلب لا تحتاج إلى صيانة، وخلوص أفضل للإطارات عند أقصى انعطاف للمقود، مع الاستغناء عن كتائف التنزيل وبالتالي زيادة الخلوص الأرضي أسفل الشاسيه.
تتيح كتيفة تنزيل عمود Track Bar المصنّعة توسيط العكس (Axle) بشكل صحيح أسفل الشاسيه، وتقلل ارتدادات الطريق المنتقلة عبر نظام التوجيه، مع سلوك أفضل على الطرق المعبدة والوعرة بفضل التخلص من ظاهرة التوجيه الذاتي عند المطبات (Bump Steer).
يتيح عمود Track Bar القابل للتعديل إمكانية الضبط والمركبة في مكانها لضبط محاذاة المحور بدقة، كما يستغني عن جلب عمود Track Bar الأصلية (OE) القابلة للانحراف، للحصول على وحدة أكثر صلابة بشكل عام تحسّن خصائص ثبات المركبة.
يعمل طقم مانع اهتزاز الدركسون المزدوج المتعاكس (Steering Stabilizer) من ICON والمزود بمساعدات ICON 2.0 Aluminum Series على تحسين تخميد التوجيه للتحكم بشكل أفضل في الارتدادات غير المرغوبة في الدركسون الناتجة عن الإطارات الأكبر حجماً.
توفر حزم الريش الإضافية (Expansion Packs) رفعاً خلفياً بمقدار 2" عن الوضع الأصلي مع تحسين جودة القيادة والاستجابة للمطبات الصغيرة، إلى جانب تقليل التواء المحور (Axle Wrap) مقارنةً ببلوكات الرفع.
تتميز المساعدات الأمامية والخلفية ICON 2.5 Aluminum Series بخزان منفصل (Remote Reservoir) بضبط مخصص للسيارة لتحسين التحكم وجودة قيادة ممتازة على الطرق المعبدة والوعرة، مع أداء أفضل مقارنةً بمساعدات 2.0 Aluminum Series، كما تزيد الخزانات المنفصلة بشكل كبير من حجم زيت المساعد ومساحة سطح تبديد الحرارة لمقاومة السخونة الزائدة والتكهف (Cavitation) تحت الاستخدام الشاق، والذي قد يؤدي إلى ضعف أداء التخميد.
ويشمل طقم الملحقات المرفق حوامل تنزيل مصنّعة لعمود التوازن الأمامي لمنع التقييد، ومباعدات ألمنيوم شديدة التحمل لمصدات الارتداد (Bump Stop)، ولّيات فرامل ممددة من الستانلس ستيل عالية الجودة.

23 FORD F250/F350 4.5" STAGE 4 SUSP SYS GAS W/ RADIUS ARMS/EXPANSION PACKS
ICON's 4.5" Stage 4 System is comprised of 4.5” lift coil springs optimized for trucks equipped with gasoline engines with a dual rate design that allows for a softer initial rate for superb on-road comfort and a firmer secondary rate that increases during compression for excellent bottoming resistance and off-road performance.
Fabricated radius arms offer significantly more strength over the OE units and feature built in caster cams for on-vehicle caster adjustment, maintenance free bushings, and improved tire clearance at full steering lock, all while eliminating the need for drop brackets and thus raising ground clearance under the chassis.
The fabricated track bar drop bracket allows the axle to be properly centered under the frame and reduces road feedback throughout the steering system with improved on- and off-road manners thanks to the elimination of bump steer.
An adjustable track bar allows for on-vehicle adjustment to fine tune track alignment as well as eliminating the deflective OE track bar bushings for an overall more rigid unit to improve the vehicles handling characteristics.
ICON’s dual opposing steering stabilizer kit featuring ICON 2.0 Aluminum Series shocks improves steering damping to better control undesirable steering feedback caused by larger tires. Leaf spring expansion packs provide 2" of rear lift over stock with improved ride quality and small bump compliance while also reducing axle wrap compared to lift blocks.
ICON 2.5 Aluminum Series remote reservoir front and rear shocks feature a vehicle specific tune for improved vehicle handling and excellent ride quality on- and off-road, with improved performance compared to 2.0 Aluminum Series shocks, and remote reservoirs greatly increase shock oil volume and heat dissipation surface area to resist overheating and cavitation under hard use, which can lead to damper fade.
The included box kit includes fabricated front sway bar drop brackets to prevent bind, heavy-duty aluminum bump stop spacers, and high quality stainless steel extended brake lines.
