نظام تعليق Stage 2 رفع 4.5" لـ Ford F250/F350 23-26 لمحركات البنزين
يتكون نظام Stage 2 مقاس 4.5" من ICON من سوست (Coil Springs) رفع 4.5” مُحسّنة للشاحنات المزودة بمحركات بنزين، بتصميم مزدوج المعدل (Dual Rate) يوفر معدلاً أولياً أنعم لراحة فائقة على الطرق المعبدة، ومعدلاً ثانوياً أكثر صلابة يزداد أثناء الانضغاط لمقاومة ممتازة للارتطام بالقاع (Bottoming) وأداء عالٍ على الطرق الوعرة.
تعمل كتيفات تنزيل ذراع Radius المصنّعة على تصحيح هندسة نظام التعليق وضمان المحاذاة الصحيحة للعجلات مع أذرع Radius الأصلية (OE). يتيح كتيف تنزيل عمود Track Bar المصنّع توسيط المحور (العكس) بشكل صحيح أسفل الشاصي، ويقلل من ارتدادات الطريق عبر نظام التوجيه مع تحسين سلوك السيارة على الطرق المعبدة والوعرة بفضل التخلص من ظاهرة Bump Steer.
ويحسّن طقم مثبت التوجيه المزدوج المتقابل (Steering Stabilizer) من ICON، المزود بمساعدات ICON 2.0 Aluminum Series، تخميد التوجيه للتحكم بشكل أفضل في ارتدادات المقود غير المرغوبة الناتجة عن الإطارات الأكبر حجماً.
وترفع بلوكات خلفية مصنّعة شديدة التحمل مقاس 5" مع طقم براغي U (U-bolt) مؤخرة السيارة، وهي مصممة لتحمل أعمال السحب والتحميل الثقيلة وكذلك ضغوط الاستخدام العنيف على الطرق الوعرة.
وتتميز المساعدات الأمامية والخلفية ICON 2.0 Aluminum Series بخزان خارجي بمعايرة مخصصة للسيارة لتحسين ثباتها والتحكم بها وتوفير جودة قيادة ممتازة على الطرق المعبدة والوعرة، كما تزيد الخزانات الخارجية بشكل كبير من حجم زيت المساعد ومساحة سطح تبديد الحرارة لمقاومة السخونة الزائدة والتكهف (Cavitation) عند الاستخدام الشاق، والتي قد تؤدي إلى ضعف أداء التخميد (Damper Fade).
ويشمل صندوق الملحقات المرفق كتيفات تنزيل مصنّعة لعمود التوازن الأمامي لمنع تقييد الحركة، وفواصل مصدات ارتداد (Bump Stop) من الألمنيوم شديدة التحمل، ولييات فرامل ممتدة عالية الجودة من الستانلس ستيل.

23-26 FORD F250/F350 4.5" STAGE 2 SUSPENSION SYSTEM GAS
ICON's 4.5" Stage 2 System is comprised of 4.5” lift coil springs optimized for trucks equipped with gasoline engines with a dual rate design that allows for a softer initial rate for superb on-road comfort and a firmer secondary rate that increases during compression for excellent bottoming resistance and off-road performance.
Fabricated radius arm drop brackets correct suspension geometry and ensure proper wheel alignment with the OE radius arms. The fabricated track bar drop bracket allows the axle to be properly centered under the frame and reduces road feedback throughout the steering system with improved on- and off-road manners thanks to the elimination of bump steer.
ICON’s dual opposing steering stabilizer kit featuring ICON 2.0 Aluminum Series shocks improves steering damping to better control undesirable steering feedback caused by larger tires. Heavy-duty fabricated 5" rear blocks and U-bolt kit lift the rear of the vehicle and are designed to withstand heavy towing/hauling duty as well as the stresses of aggressive off-road use.
ICON 2.0 Aluminum Series remote reservoir front and rear shocks feature a vehicle specific tune for improved vehicle handling and excellent ride quality on- and off-road and remote reservoirs greatly increase shock oil volume and heat dissipation surface area to resist overheating and cavitation under hard use, which can lead to damper fade.
The included box kit includes fabricated front sway bar drop brackets to prevent bind, heavy-duty aluminum bump stop spacers, and high quality stainless steel extended brake lines.
