يتكون نظام Stage 4 مقاس 4.5" من ICON من سوست رفع (Coil Springs) مقاس 4.5” مُحسّنة للشاحنات المزودة بمحركات ديزل، بتصميم ثنائي المعدل يوفر معدلاً أولياً أكثر ليونة لراحة فائقة على الطرق المعبدة، ومعدلاً ثانوياً أكثر صلابة يزداد أثناء الانضغاط لمقاومة ممتازة لوصول التعليق إلى أقصى انضغاطه وأداء عالٍ على الطرق الوعرة.
تعمل كتائف تنزيل ذراع Radius المصنّعة على تصحيح هندسة نظام التعليق وضمان ضبط زوايا العجلات بشكل صحيح مع أذرع Radius الأصلية (OE). تتيح كتيفة تنزيل عمود Track Bar المصنّعة توسيط العكس (Axle) بشكل صحيح أسفل الشاسيه، وتقلل ارتدادات الطريق المنتقلة عبر نظام التوجيه، مع سلوك أفضل على الطرق المعبدة والوعرة بفضل التخلص من ظاهرة التوجيه الذاتي عند المطبات (Bump Steer).
يتيح عمود Track Bar القابل للتعديل إمكانية الضبط والمركبة في مكانها لضبط محاذاة المحور بدقة، كما يستغني عن جلب عمود Track Bar الأصلية (OE) القابلة للانحراف، للحصول على وحدة أكثر صلابة بشكل عام تحسّن خصائص ثبات المركبة.
يعمل طقم مثبت التوجيه المزدوج المتقابل من ICON، المزود بمساعدات ICON 2.0 Aluminum Series، على تحسين تخميد التوجيه للتحكم بشكل أفضل في ارتدادات المقود غير المرغوبة الناتجة عن الإطارات الأكبر حجماً.
توفر حزم الريش الإضافية (Leaf Spring Expansion Packs) رفعاً خلفياً بمقدار 2" فوق الارتفاع الأصلي، مع جودة قيادة أفضل وامتصاص أفضل للمطبات الصغيرة، إضافة إلى تقليل التواء العكس (Axle Wrap) مقارنة ببلوكات الرفع.
تتميز المساعدات الأمامية والخلفية ICON 2.5 Aluminum Series ذات الخزان الخارجي (Remote Reservoir) بمعايرة مخصصة للمركبة لتحسين ثبات المركبة وتوفير جودة قيادة ممتازة على الطرق المعبدة والوعرة، مع أداء محسّن مقارنة بمساعدات 2.0 Aluminum Series.
تزيد الخزانات الخارجية بشكل كبير من حجم زيت المساعد ومساحة سطح تبديد الحرارة لمقاومة السخونة الزائدة والتكهف (Cavitation) عند الاستخدام الشاق، والتي قد تؤدي إلى تراجع أداء التخميد. يشمل صندوق الملحقات المرفق كتائف تنزيل مصنّعة لعمود التوازن الأمامي لمنع الانحشار (Bind)، وفواصل مصدات ارتداد (Bump Stop) من الألمنيوم شديدة التحمل، وليات فرامل ممددة عالية الجودة من الستانلس ستيل.

23-26 FORD F250/F350 4.5" STAGE 4 SUSPENSION SYSTEM DIESEL W/ EXPANSION PACKS
ICON's 4.5" Stage 4 System is comprised of 4.5” lift coil springs optimized for trucks equipped with diesel engines with a dual rate design that allows for a softer initial rate for superb on-road comfort and a firmer secondary rate that increases during compression for excellent bottoming resistance and off-road performance.
Fabricated radius arm drop brackets correct suspension geometry and ensure proper wheel alignment with the OE radius arms. The fabricated track bar drop bracket allows the axle to be properly centered under the frame and reduces road feedback throughout the steering system with improved on- and off-road manners thanks to the elimination of bump steer.
An adjustable track bar allows for on-vehicle adjustment to fine tune track alignment as well as eliminating the deflective OE track bar bushings for an overall more rigid unit to improve the vehicles handling characteristics.
ICON’s dual opposing steering stabilizer kit featuring ICON 2.0 Aluminum Series shocks improves steering damping to better control undesirable steering feedback caused by larger tires. Leaf spring expansion packs provide 2" of rear lift over stock with improved ride quality and small bump compliance while also reducing axle wrap compared to lift blocks.
ICON 2.5 Aluminum Series remote reservoir front and rear shocks feature a vehicle specific tune for improved vehicle handling and excellent ride quality on- and off-road with improved performance compared to 2.0 Aluminum Series shocks.
Remote reservoirs greatly increase shock oil volume and heat dissipation surface area to resist overheating and cavitation under hard use, which can lead to damper fade. The included box kit includes fabricated front sway bar drop brackets to prevent bind, heavy-duty aluminum bump stop spacers, and high quality stainless steel extended brake lines.
