صُمم هذا النظام للسائقين الذين يطلبون جودة قيادة استثنائية وقدرة أكبر في مجموعة واسعة من ظروف القيادة، ويجمع بين تقنية مساعدات 2.5 Series من ICON والتحكم الذكي في التخميد ومكونات تعليق شديدة التحمل مصممة لمتانة طويلة الأمد.
توفر الكويل أوفرات الأمامية والمساعدات الخلفية 2.5 Series المضبوطة خصيصاً للسيارة بخزاناتها الخارجية تحكماً فائقاً في التخميد وسعة زيت أكبر وتبديداً محسّناً للحرارة لأداء ثابت أثناء الاستخدام المطوّل على الطرق الوعرة.
وبفضل تقنية صمام التحكم الإلكتروني في تخميد الانضغاط (CDEV) من ICON، يتيح النظام ضبط إعدادات تخميد الانضغاط من داخل السيارة والتحكم النشط في التخميد عبر نظام ICON Intelligent Control (IIC).
وباستخدام حساسات مدمجة لمراقبة حركة الشاصي وقوى التسارع (G-forces) والإعدادات التي يحددها المستخدم، يضبط IIC بشكل نشط المساعدات المزودة بتقنية CDEV بتغييرات شبه فورية في تخميد الانضغاط لتحسين جودة القيادة واستجابة التحكم والسيطرة على السيارة في الوقت الفعلي.
يتيح النظام زيادة في مدى حركة العجلات الأمامية تصل إلى 40% مقارنة بالوضع الأصلي دون إجهاد المكونات الأصلية (OE)، ويتميز بارتفاعات أمامية قابلة للضبط من 5 إلى 6 إنشات من الرفع. وبفضل الهندسة المبتكرة، يحقق النظام رفعاً أمامياً كاملاً بمقدار 6 إنشات مع إنزال العارضة (Crossmember) بمقدار 4 إنشات فقط، مما يزيد الخلوص الأرضي إلى أقصى حد مع تقليل زوايا مفاصل CV.
توفر المقصات العلوية الأنبوبية المزودة بمفصل Delta Joint Pro الحاصل على براءة اختراع من ICON (براءة اختراع أمريكية رقم 10,731,700) قوة أكبر ومتانة استثنائية وتصحيحاً أفضل لزاوية الكاستر (Caster) لقيادة محسّنة، مع حركة إجمالية بزاوية 90 درجة لحركة تعليق دون قيود.
يحافظ النظام على عرض المسار الأصلي، بينما تكاد هندسة التعليق المحسّنة تقضي على ظاهرة Bump Steer الشائعة في سيارات Tundra الأصلية.
توفر مفاصل التوجيه (Steering Knuckles) المصنوعة من قطعة واحدة من الحديد المرن عالي القوة، والعوارض الفولاذية بسماكة 1/4-inch عالية الخلوص المقطوعة بالليزر بتقنية CNC والمشكّلة بالثني، ودرع الحماية السفلي الأمامي المدمج، القوة والحماية اللازمتين للظروف الصعبة على الطرق الوعرة.
تعمل أذرع التوجيه الخارجية (Tie Rods) عالية الزاوية القابلة للتشحيم، وكتائف إنزال عمود التوازن، وكتائف مصدات الارتداد (Bump Stop) الأمامية والخلفية شديدة التحمل، ووصلات وقواعد عمود التوازن الخلفي المحسّنة، وكتيفة Track Bar الخلفية معاً للحفاظ على هندسة التعليق الصحيحة وتقليل التعليق (Bind) طوال نطاق حركة نظام التعليق.
توفر سوست (Coil Springs) خلفية ثلاثية المعدل مصمّمة خصيصاً من ICON معدلات نابضية تصاعدية لقيادة مريحة على الطرق المعبدة، مع تقديم الثبات والتحكم اللازمين أثناء القيادة القوية على الطرق الوعرة. والنتيجة نظام تعليق متكامل يُتحكم به إلكترونياً يوفر جودة قيادة استثنائية وأداء تخميد تكيفياً وقدرة معززة على الطرق الوعرة مع خلوص يتسع لإطارات مقاس 37-inch عند أقصى تمفصل.

Designed for drivers who demand exceptional ride quality and increased capability across a wide range of driving conditions, this system combines ICON's 2.5 Series shock technology with intelligent damping control and heavy-duty suspension components engineered for long-term durability.
Vehicle-specific tuned 2.5 Series front coilovers and rear shocks with remote reservoirs provide superior damping control, increased fluid capacity, and improved heat dissipation for consistent performance during extended off-road use.
Equipped with ICON's Compression Damping Electronic Valve (CDEV) technology, the system allows in-vehicle adjustment of compression damping settings and active damping control through ICON Intelligent Control (IIC).
Using onboard sensors to monitor chassis movement, G-forces, and user-defined settings, IIC actively adjusts CDEV-equipped shocks with near-instantaneous compression damping changes to optimize ride quality, handling response, and vehicle control in real time.
The system allows for up to a 40% increase in front wheel travel over stock without overstressing OE components and features adjustable front ride heights from 5-6 inches of lift. Through innovative engineering, the system achieves a full 6 inches of front lift with only 4 inches of crossmember drop, maximizing ground clearance while minimizing CV joint angles.

The system maintains factory track width while optimized suspension geometry nearly eliminates the bump steer common to stock Tundras. High-strength one-piece ductile iron steering knuckles, high-clearance CNC laser-cut and brake-formed 1/4-inch steel crossmembers, and an integrated front skid plate provide the strength and protection required for demanding off-road conditions.
High-angle greaseable outer tie rods, sway bar drop brackets, heavy-duty front and rear bump stop brackets, improved rear sway bar links and mounts, and a rear track bar bracket work together to maintain proper suspension geometry and reduce bind throughout the suspension's range of motion.
ICON-engineered custom triple-rate rear coil springs provide progressive spring rates for a comfortable on-road ride while delivering the stability and control needed during aggressive off-road driving.
