يقدم نظام التعليق Stage 8 مقاس 6" مع تقنية CDEV من ICON Vehicle Dynamics باقة تعليق متطورة للغاية لـ Toyota Tundra 2022-2026، تجمع بين التخميد المتحكم به إلكترونياً ومكونات تعليق فاخرة وهندسة محسّنة لأداء استثنائي على الطرق وخارجها.
صُمم هذا النظام للسائقين الذين يطلبون أعلى مستوى من قابلية ضبط التعليق والتحكم، ويتميز بكويل أوفرات أمامية ومساعدات خلفية من ICON 2.5 Series بخزانات خارجية توفر أداء تخميد فائقاً وسعة زيت أكبر وتبديداً محسّناً للحرارة لأداء ثابت أثناء الاستخدام المطوّل على الطرق الوعرة.
وبفضل تقنية صمام التحكم الإلكتروني في تخميد الانضغاط (CDEV) من ICON، يتيح النظام ضبط إعدادات تخميد الانضغاط من داخل السيارة والتحكم النشط في التخميد عبر نظام ICON Intelligent Control (IIC).
وباستخدام حساسات مدمجة لمراقبة حركة السيارة وديناميكية الشاصي وقوى التسارع (G-forces)، يعمل IIC مع الإعدادات التي يحددها المستخدم لإجراء تعديلات شبه فورية على تخميد الانضغاط أثناء القيادة لتحسين جودة القيادة واستجابة التحكم والسيطرة على السيارة.
يتيح النظام زيادة في مدى حركة العجلات الأمامية تصل إلى 40% مقارنة بالوضع الأصلي دون إجهاد المكونات الأصلية (OE)، ويتميز بارتفاعات أمامية قابلة للضبط من 5 إلى 6 إنشات من الرفع. وبفضل الهندسة المبتكرة، يحقق النظام رفعاً أمامياً كاملاً بمقدار 6 إنشات مع إنزال العارضة (Crossmember) بمقدار 4 إنشات فقط، مما يزيد الخلوص الأرضي إلى أقصى حد مع تقليل زوايا مفاصل CV.
توفر المقصات العلوية المصنوعة من ألمنيوم البيليت والمزودة بتقنية Delta Joint Pro الحاصلة على براءة اختراع من ICON (U.S. Pat. 10,731,700) قوة أعلى ومتانة استثنائية ومدى حركة إجمالي 90 درجة، مع ضبط الكاستر والكامبر والسيارة على الأرض لضبط زوايا دقيق وأفضل قابلية قيادة.
يحافظ النظام على عرض المسار الأصلي، بينما تكاد هندسة التعليق المحسّنة تقضي على ظاهرة التوجيه الذاتي عند المطبات (Bump Steer) الشائعة في سيارات Tundra الأصلية.
توفر مفاصل التوجيه (Knuckles) أحادية القطعة من الحديد المرن عالي القوة، والعوارض الفولاذية بسماكة 1/4 بوصة عالية الخلوص المقطوعة بالليزر CNC والمثنية بالمكبس، ودرع الحماية الأمامي المدمج، القوة والحماية اللازمتين لظروف الطرق الوعرة الصعبة.
وتعمل أذرع التوجيه الخارجية (Tie Rod) القابلة للتشحيم ذات الزاوية العالية، وحوامل تنزيل عمود التوازن، وحوامل مصدات الارتداد الأمامية والخلفية شديدة التحمل، ووصلات وقواعد عمود التوازن الخلفي المحسّنة، وحامل Track Bar الخلفي، معاً للحفاظ على هندسة التعليق الصحيحة وتقليل التعليق على امتداد مدى حركة نظام التعليق.

Designed for drivers who demand the ultimate level of suspension adjustability and control, this system features ICON 2.5 Series front coilovers and rear shocks with remote reservoirs that provide superior damping performance, increased fluid capacity, and improved heat dissipation for consistent performance during extended off-road use.
Equipped with ICON's Compression Damping Electronic Valve (CDEV) technology, the system allows in-vehicle adjustment of compression damping settings and active damping control through ICON Intelligent Control (IIC).
Utilizing onboard sensors to monitor vehicle movement, chassis dynamics, and G-forces, IIC works with user-defined settings to make near-instantaneous, on-the-fly compression damping adjustments for optimized ride quality, handling response, and vehicle control.
The system allows for up to a 40% increase in front wheel travel over stock without overstressing OE components and features adjustable front ride heights from 5-6 inches of lift. The system maintains factory track width while optimized suspension geometry nearly eliminates the bump steer common to stock Tundras. High-strength one-piece ductile iron steering knuckles, high-clearance CNC laser-cut and brake-formed 1/4-inch steel crossmembers, and an integrated front skid plate provide the strength and protection required for demanding off-road conditions.
High-angle greaseable outer tie rods, sway bar drop brackets, heavy-duty front and rear bump stop brackets, improved rear sway bar links and mounts, and a rear track bar bracket work together to maintain proper suspension geometry and reduce bind throughout the suspension's range of motion.
ICON-engineered custom triple-rate rear coil springs provide progressive spring rates for a comfortable on-road ride while delivering the stability and control needed during aggressive off-road driving.
